Abstract: This paper discusses the fatwa from DSN-MUI about the maintenance of the Hajj using twocontract, namely Ijara as the main contract and qardh the form of bailout funds pilgrimage (if re-quired); between funds qardh with ujrah there should be no ta’aluq; and these in line with the fatwacouncil hisbah Exactly. The question by the community is the practice of financing the maintenance ofthe Hajj by a number of Islamic banks. Of this paper can be concluded that the financing arrangementpilgrimage serves as Kasab/initiative/effort for financing receiver pilgrimage of Islamic Financial Insti-tutions. Method of payment on the debt qardh Taqsith considered more easy than by saving. Through-out not used negatively, financing the maintenance of pilgrimage by Islamic Financial Institutions arenot contrary to the concept of fi istitha’ah there ‘al-hajj.

Abstract

As the Quran is the most read holy book, efforts of grounding it is frequently undertaken by scholars in order to live Al-Qur’an in accordance with the term being relevant all time and place. The actualization of Al-Qur’an with local culture in mitoni which read seven letters in the Quran are al-Kaḥfi, Maryam, Yāsīn, Yūsuf, al-RahÌ£man, al-Wāqiah, and al-Mulk, in spite of various types of reading depending on the leader of the ceremony. A term referring to the realization of Quran in life is living Quran in which society places the Qur’an as being read and the highest guide for Moslems to attain a state of happiness in the world and the hereafter. The actualization of seven letters of the Quran is inseparable from the acculturation of local culture with Islamic values brought by Wali Songo especially from Tuban school which allowed and preserved the local culture with an Islamic nuance.

Abstract

Landing Craft Utility (LCU) mempunyai peranan yang penting bagi Tentara Nasional Angkatan Laut (TNI-AL) digunakan sebagai kapal amphibious mendaratkan: pasukan, logistik dan kendaraan. Desain  LCU TNI-AL mengunakan metode optimasi belum pernah dilakukan, desain kapal umumnya menggunakan metode spiral design yang berlangsung beberapa putaran secara manual yang membutuhkan waktu yang lama dan seringkali tidak mencapai hasil yang optimal. Untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut dalam makalah ini digunakan metode Non Linier Constrains Optimization sehingga perlu satu putaran untuk menyelesaikannya yaitu pada tahap preliminary design. Pemodelan optimasinya dilibatkan ukuran utama dan hull form secara bersamaan sehingga tidak diperlukan pembuatan lines plan. Variables yang dicari adalah ukuran utama dan propulsi kapal; constrains adalah ukuran utama, rasio ukuran utama, stabilitas dan propulsi; objective functions adalah meminimalkan biaya pembanguan.  Dari hasil perhitungan didapatkan Landing Craft Utility yang optimal adalah: bentuk round bilge, Lpp=46,76m, B=9,63m, T=2,56m, H=4,63m, dan Vs= 11knot.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the potential of micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in the border region and to design a model of institutional synergy in the entrepreneurship development of MSMEs in the border region with the approach of one village one product. The approach taken in this study is a qualitative approach with the case study research type. For analysis purposes, data can be collected using triangulation data collection methods involving observation, interview and documentation as well as Focus Group Discussion (FGD). Based on the model developed in the MSMEs entrepreneurship development in border areas, there are 3(three) institutions that play a role and can synergize with each other, namely business development institutions; village incubator of superior village products and village-owned enterprises.

Abstract

Insurance came to the Islamic world around the 19th century AD. As long as the insurance law in Islam is concerned, the contemporary Islamic scholars are divided into three groups. First, scholars who allow it absolutely; secondly, the ulama who forbid it absolutely; and thirdly, scholars who legalize social insurance and forbid commercial insurance. One of the contemporary scholars who justifies insurance is Muṣṭafā Aḥmad al-Zarqā', a prominent Islamic scholar of Ḥanafi from Syria. The findings of this study are that in the perspective of Islamic legal theory the arguments of al-Zarqāʼ can be justified. The theory of Islamic law used by al-Zarqā' in examining insurance is the theory of ijtihad bi ar-ra'y by istiṣḥābī and ta'līl methods. Al-Zarqa' views that insurance is a new contract that does not exist in Islamic jurisprudence. Every Muslim is allowed to create new contracts that have not existed before as long as there is no prohibition against them. Al-Zarqāʼ analogize the insurance with the existing contracts in Islamic jurisprudence, among which is the contract of muwālāh from Hanafite school of law, ḍamān khaṭr al-ṭarīq from Hanafites, al-iltizām wa al-wa’d al-mulzim in Malikites, and al-‘āqilah in Syafi’ites.

Abstract

Extending the planting area to a less-fertile soil, such as Ultisols, become inevitable choice to increase the national chili pepper production in Indonesia as this types of soil is the largest part of dry land of Indonesia, about 29.7% or around 51 million ha.  However, efforts to increase its productivity by providing sufficient fertilizers application is most frequently inefficient because in the conventional fertilizer applications, broadcasted fertilizer on the soil bed, are not readily available for the plant as their solubility is limited under the plastic mulch and still in the form of granular until the end of planting season.  Fertigation, therefore, maybe the answer for this problem.  The objective of this study was to determine the best NPK fertigation method on four chili pepper hybrids.  The experiment was conducted in a randomized complete block design with three replication, and the treatments were arranged in a split plot design.  As the main plots were NPK fertigation intensity, i.e. 100%, 75%, 50%, 25% and 0% fertigation with the remnant fertilizers were circularly broadcasted surrounding the plant.  As the subplots were chili pepper hybrids, i.e. ‘Maxima’, H39, H14, and ‘UNIB CHR17’.  The results showed that there was no interaction effect of fertigation intensity indicated that all hybrid genotypes showed similar pattern of responses.  The H39 hybrid had better vegetative growth compared to other hybrids in term of plant height, dichotomous height, stem diameter, number of branches, plant fresh-weight.  Whereas the hybrid cultivar ‘Maxima’ showed the highest yield followed by H14 and cultivar ‘UNIB CHR17’.  The 100% fertigation was the best method of NPK fertilizer application for chili pepper in Ultisols.keywowrd: fertigation, chili pepper, fertilizer application, acidic soil

Abstract

Pelaporan Pajak PPN melalui aplikasi e-Faktur dari Direktoran Jendral Pajak diawali dari pembuatan faktur pajak yang benar. Hal tersebut dapat tercapai apabila seorang accounting staff menguasai dengan baik system aplikasi e-faktur tersebut dan juga diperlukan system informasi pembuatan faktur di perusahaan, agar dapat meminimalisir kesalahan-kesalahan baik disebabkan oleh human eror ataupun dari kelemahan aplikasi e-faktur tersebut. Banyak masalah dalam pembuatan faktur yang harus diketahui diantaranya aplikasi memerlukan koneksi internet yang baik, tidak menguasai aplikasi efaktur sampai dengan eror di server DJP sendiri. Hal tersebut dapat di minimalisir dengan system informasi yang baik di perusahaan. Dalam jurnal ini kami mempelajari dan menganalisa ssstem informasi perekaman e-faktur untuk mempelajari system pembuatan efaktur dan menganalisa permasalahn yang ada serta memberikan solusi apabila diperlukan. Adapun kesimpulannya adalah bahwa dalam pembuatan faktur pajak di perusahaan ini masih mengalamai beberapa masalah, diantaranya adalah :  Kurang telitinya administrasi dalam menginput pada saat rekam faktur pajak baru, dalam kegiatannya sistem yang digunakan bergantung pada system online resmi Direktorat Jendral Pajak, sehingga dapat memakan waktu yang lama, Pada sistem berupa aplikasi online memerlukan jaringan internet, dimana terkadang jaringan mengalami error, permintaan barang khusus untuk barang yang akan dijadikan stok,  harus IC yang melakukan pemesanan sehingga proses datang ke toko lebih lama, dan kurangnya informasi yang diberikan oleh petugas.

Abstract

Persaingan dalam dunia usaha menuntut perusahaan bersaing ketat dalam memasarkan produknya sehingga mendapatkan keuntungan yang semaksimal mungkin. Salah satu upaya perusahaan adalah  dengan menekan seminimal mungkin biaya-biaya produksi sehingga mendapatkan posisi harga jual yang lebih murah dibandingkan dengan pesaing.Dalam penelitian ini, penulis tertarik meneliti upaya PT. X di Jakarta dalam menentukan harga pokok produksi di bidang handscraft yang memproduksi hair accessories seperti bando, jepit dan ikat rambut. Produk dari PT. X ini memiliki brand ternama yang sudah terkenal dan memiliki harga jual yang  kompetitif.Analisa yang digunakan adalah analisa biaya produksi yang menggunakan selisih varian, sehingga ditemukan jawaban apakah komponen-komponen  biaya yang terjadi efisien atau tidak sehingga menjadi harga pokok produksi yang menentukan pula performa perusahaan. Hasil analisa ditemukan ada komponen biaya yang efisien dan ada juga yang tidak efisien. Biaya yang efisien menimbulkan keuntungan bagi perusahaan (favourable)  dan sebaliknya biaya yang tidak efisien menimbulkan kerugian bagi perusahaan (unfavorrable).
