Abstract

Artikel ini mendeskripsikan penerapan manajemen mutu terpadu pendidikan di MTs Negeri 2 Banjarmasin dengan fokus pada pelanggan, keterlibatan total, pengukuran, komitmen, dan perbaikan berkelanjutan. Penelitian ini menggunakan teori Jerome S. Arcaro. Metode penelitian dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif melalui kegiatan observasi, dokumentasi dan wawancara di MTs Negeri 2 Banjarmasin. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan langkah-langkah: data reduction, data display, dan conclusion/verification). Hasil penelitian ini diperoleh gambaran bahwa:1) Penerapan manajemen mutu pada fokus pada pelanggan sudah berjalan dengan baik baik, karena madrasah tidak hanya melibatkan pihak internal dalam setiap prosesnya tetapi juga melibatkan pihak eksternal. 2) Penerapan manajemen mutu pada keterlibatan total sudah berjalan dengan baik dengan adanya MGMP, dibawah bimbingan kepala madrasah, dibinanya kerjasama antara guru dan siswa diluar jam pelajaran. 3) Penerapan manajemen mutu terpadu pada pengukuran sudah berjalan dengan baik dengan mempunyai struktur organisasi yang mengandung kontrol, dan adanya rapat evaluasi. 4) Penerapan manajemen mutu terpadu pada membangun dan menjaga komitmen sudah berjalan dengan baik dengan selalu diadakannya rapat koordinasi, memberikan reward kepada guru pembimbing dan pelatih serta siswa yang memenangkan lomba. 5) Penerapan manajemen mutu pada perbaikan berkelanjutan juga sudah berjalan dengan baik dengan selalu diadakannya supervisi, serta adanya workshop dan pelatihan-pelatihan.

Abstract

AbstractThis research is motivated by the weak ability of students to read the yellow book at Madrasah Diniyah Takhassus Darussalam Martapura. The research approach used is a qualitative approach, with a descriptive method. Data collection techniques include interviews, observations, and documentation. The main research subjects are Qism Tarbiyah and teachers of instrumental sciences. Data analysis techniques involve data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this research are as follows: (1) Planning the learning process at Madrasah Diniyah Takhassus Darussalam is structured and logical, (2) the teaching process of instrumental sciences at Madrasah Diniyah Takhassus Darussalam is good, (3) in assessment, the process and results of teaching instrumental sciences at Madrasah Diniyah Takhassus Darussalam often do not meet the targets, and (4) in follow-up actions, there are two policies taken for the process and results of teaching instrumental sciences at Madrasah Diniyah Takhassus Darussalam, namely directives and reprimands.Keyword: Learning Management; Ilmu Alat; Nahwu dan Sharaf;AbstrakPenelitian ini dilatarbelakangi karena lemahnya kemampuan para santri dalam membaca kitab kuning pada Madrasah Diniyah Takhassus Darussalam Martapura. Pendekatan penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, dengan metode deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan cara wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Subjek penelitian utama adalah Qism Tarbiyah dan guru pengajar ilmu alat. Teknik analisis data menggunakan reduksi data, penyajian data kemudian penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitan ini adalah (1) Perencanaan (plan) proses pembelajaran Pada Madrasah Diniyah Takhassus Darussalam sudah terstruktur dan logis (2) proses pembelajaran ilmu alat baik di Madrasah Diniyah Takhassus Darussalam sudah bagus, (3) Dalam penilaian (check) proses dan hasil pembelajaran ilmu alat di Madrasah Diniyah Takhassus Darussalam seringkali tidak mencapai target, , dan (4) Dalam tindak lanjut (act) proses dan hasil pembelajaran ilmu alat di Madrasah Diniyah Takhassus Darussalam ada dua kebijakan yang diambil, yaitu; himbauan dan teguran,.Kata Kunci: Manajemen Pembelajaran; Ilmu Alat; Nahwu dan Sharaf;

Abstract

This research was conducted at SDTQ-T Irsyadul Aulad School, South Basirih, East Banjarmasin Sub-district, Banjarmasin City. The focus of this study was to explore the practical implications and effectiveness of IQM implementation in improving the quality of education at the school. This research discusses how the implementation of IQM can influence the quality of learning, improve teacher performance and facilitate the participation of school members in the process of continuous improvement of education quality. Data were collected through literature review, interviews and documentation. Interviews were conducted with 2 informants, namely the supervisor and teachers in the school. The data collected were then analyzed qualitatively, the qualitative method was chosen because this article aims to understand and describe the teaching supervision program at SDTQ-T Irsyadul Aulad. The data analysis technique used in this research is thematic analysis[B1]. Thematic analysis is conducted by identifying, categorizing, and interpreting data obtained from literature study, interviews, and documentation. This research explores the concept of teaching supervision in the context of Integrated Quality Management (IQM) at SDTQ-T Irsyadul Aulad. The main findings show that teaching supervision is a continuous coaching process to improve the quality of learning. Teaching supervision at SDTQ-T Irsyadul Aulad can improve the quality of learning, help teachers achieve goals, and develop teachers' professionalism. Teaching supervision can be measured through several specific indicators, such as increasing the frequency of classroom observations by principals and supervisors, using structured constructive feedback for teachers after observations, conducting periodic training sessions and workshops focusing on innovative teaching strategies, and increasing teachers' participation in professional discussion forums. This research proves that IQM is an effective supervision model to improve the quality of education, with tangible results seen at SDTQ-T Irsyadul Aulad Banjarmasin. It can provide practical implications for other schools that want to implement a similar approach.

Abstract

AbstractThis research was motivated by the weak learning management at the tahfidzul qur'an boarding school in achieving the target of memorizing the Qur'an. The research approach uses a qualitative approach, with descriptive methods. Data collection techniques by means of interviews, observation and documentation. Data analysis techniques use data reduction, data presentation then conclusion drawing. The results of this research are learning planning guided by the vision, mission, and graduation standards that have been set. organizing is carried out by appointing a senior ustadzah as the person in charge of the tahfiz Qur'an program whose job is to coordinate the halaqah ustadzah-ustadzah, the implementation of learning is carried out in the form of ziyadah deposits and murajaah deposits with different times, supervision of learning is supervised directly, through cctv. Once a month the report on the results of memorization is also submitted to the parents of the santriwati. Keyword: Learning Management; Tahfiz Qur'an.Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh lemahnya manajemen pembelajaran pada pondok pesantren tahfidzul qur’an dalam mencapai target hafalan Al-Qur’an. Pendekatan penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, dengan metode deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan cara wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan reduksi data, penyajian data kemudian penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitan ini adalah perencanaan pembelajaran berpedoman pada visi, misi, dan standar kelulusan yang sudah di tetapkan. pengorganisasian dilaksanakan dengan menunjuk seorang ustadzah senior sebagai penanggung jawab program tahfiz Qur’an yang bertugas untuk mengkoordinir ustadzah-ustadzah halaqah, pelaksanaan pembelajaran dilaksanakan dalam bentuk setoran ziyadah dan setoran murajaah dengan waktu yang berbeda, pengawasan pembelajaran diawasi melalui secara langsung, melalui cctv. Setiap satu bulan sekali laporan hasil hafalan tersebut juga disampaikan kepada orang tua santriwati.

Abstract

This paper explores the meaning of the Qur'anverses that contain the concept of teachers andeducators employee management functions. Fromthis paper found that: First. The concept of planningare: (1) Al-Hashr: 18, that the man was told to planhis lunch for tomorrow; (2) Al-Baqarah: 197,concerning the obligation to plan carefully based onpiety to Allah. Second. Organizing concept containedin: (1) Al-Anfal: 46, about the importance of unity inall actions; (2) Ash-Shaff: 4, about the importance ofregularity; (3) Ali Imran: 159, on the order toapproach the meek and deliberation. Third. Theconcept of encouragement contained in Al-Kahf: 2,about the importance of the guidance process that isbased on religious principles. Fourth. The concept ofsupervision are: (1) Al-Mujadalah: 7, about themuraqobah; (2) Ash-Shaff: 2, absolute requirementfor leaders to be better than its members; (3) At-Tahrim: 6, about maintaining the safety.
