Abstract

Studi ini bertujuan untuk melakukan kajian empiris mengenai strategi peningkatan organizational green performance melalui green HRM dan Islamic spiritual intelligence. Studi ini dilakukan kepada 144 pekerja Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) di Nusa Tenggara Barat. Studi ini menggunakan pendekatan survei, kemudian data diuji dengan pendekatan structural equation model (SEM) yang spesifik pada alat analisis partial least square (PLS). Penelitian ini pada akhirnya mengkonfirmasi green HRM dan Islamic spiritual intelligence berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap employee green behavior. Selain itu, employee green behaviour juga ditemukan berpengaruh langsung secara positif dan signifikan terhadap organizational green performance, dan menjadi pemediasi pada pengaruh green HRM dan Islamic spiritual intelligence terhadap organizational green performance. Studi ini menghadirkan sejumlah keaslian yang memberikan keunikan daripada studi-studi sebelumnya yang relevan, pertama, studi ini fokus pada kajian mengenai peran domain individu yang spesifik pada Islamic spiritual intelligence pada perilaku ramah lingkungan karyawan, mayoritas studi di Indonesia lebih banyak melibatkan domain individu yang spesifik pada kepribadian untuk menjelaskan fenomena perilaku dan kinerja ramah lingkungan. Kedua, studi ini fokus pada implementasi teori dasar person-environment fit theory dalam menjelaskan peran Islamic spiritual intelligence dan praktik green HRM pada peningkatan perilaku dan kinerja ramah lingkungan, beberapa peneliti dan akademisi di Indonesia masih relatif jarang mengeksplorasi peran teori dasar yang mapan dalam bidang manajemen sumber daya manusia dan organisasi untuk menjelaskan fenomena kinerja ramah lingkungan organisasi. Temuan pada studi ini dapat memberikan sejumlah kontribusi positif dalam pengembangan teori ramah lingkungan di bidang SDM, dan dapat diimplementasikan sebagai strategi dalam praktik peningkatan kinerja ramah lingkungan organisasi.     Kata kunci; Organizational Green Performance, Green HRM, Islamic Spiritual Intelligence, Employee Green Behavior   Abstract: This study aims to conduct an empirical study regarding strategies for increasing organizational green performance through green HRM and Islamic spiritual intelligence. This study was conducted on 144 Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) workers in West Nusa Tenggara. This research uses a survey approach, then the data is tested using a specific structural equation modeling (SEM) approach using the partial Least Square (PLS) analysis tool. This research confirms that green HRM and Islamic spiritual intelligence have a positive and significant effect on employees' green behavior. Apart from that, employees' green behavior also has a direct positive and significant effect on organizational green performance and mediates the influence of green HRM and Islamic spiritual intelligence on organizational green performance. This study presents a number of originalities that provide uniqueness compared to previous relevant studies, first, this study focuses on studying the role of individual domains specific to Islamic spiritual intelligence on employee green behavior, most studies in Indonesia involve more individual domains. specific to personality to explain the phenomenon of green behavior and performance. Second, this study focuses on implementing the basic theory of person-environment fit theory in explaining the role of Islamic spiritual intelligence and green HRM practices in improving green behavior and performance. Several researchers and academics in Indonesia still relatively rarely explore the role of established basic theories in the field of human resources management and organizations to explain the phenomenon of organizational green performance. The findings in this research can provide several positive contributions to the development of green theory in the HR field and can be implemented as a strategy for improving the performance of green organizations.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adala untuk menjelaskan tentang: 1). Apa saja peran guru fiqih dalam meningktkan kedisiplinan melaksanakan shalat wajib pada siswa kelas VIII MTs Yasti Simpang Empat tahun pelajaran 2022-2023. 2). Apa saja pendekatan yang digunakan guru fiqih dalam meningkatkan kedisiplinan melaksanakan shalat wajib pada siswa kelas VIII MTs Yasti Simpang Empat tahun pelajaran 2022-2023. 3). Bagaimana implikasi dari peran guru fiqih dalam meningkatkan kedisplinan melaksanakan shalat wajib pada kelas VIII MTs Yasti Simpang Empat tahun pelajaran 2022-2023. Pendekatan dan jenis penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif dan jenis penelitian deskriftif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Adapun teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah reduksi data, penyajian data, dan pengambilan keputusan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Peran yang dilakukan guru fiqih dalam meningkatkan kedisplinan melaksanakan shalat wajib pada siswa kelas VIII MTs Yasti Simpang Empat tahun pelajaran 2022-2023. Yaitu; a). Peran sebagai pendidik; b). Peran sebagai tauladan; c). Peran sebagai pengajar; d). Peran sebagai penasehat; e). Peran sebagai pembimbing. 2) Pendekatanyang digunakan guru fiqih dalam meningkatkan kedisiplinan melaksanakan shalat wajib pada siswa kelas VIII MTs Yasti Simpang Empat tahun pelajaran 2022-2023. Yaitu: a). Pendekatan rasional; b). Pendekatan pembiasaan; c). Pendekatan fungsional; d). Pendekatan keteladanan. 3) Implikasi dari peran guru fiqih terhadap kedisiplinan melaksanakan shalat wajib pada siswa kelas VIII MTs Yasti Simpang Empat tahun pelajaran 2022-2023. Yaitu: a) Tepat waktu dalam melaksanakan shalat wajib di sekolah. b) Termotivasi untuk lebih disiplin dalam melaksanakan shalat wajib di sekolah. c). Tertib artinya terarah dalam melaksanakan shalat wajib di sekolah.

Abstract

Marketing mix (marketing mix) is used to achieve marketing objectives. Using a qualitative research method, a descriptive approach. The findings show that the implementation of the marketing mix increases the sales volume at the Kita Family Building Store, namely in terms of products it still focuses on building equipment such as cement, sand, bricks, etc. Marketing it using media is very simple and according to the Islamic Economics Perspective, the implementation of the marketing mix for Our Family Building Store is in accordance with Islamic marketing. To a large extent, the concept of Islamic marketing is in accordance, namely in terms of products, always being honest and prioritizing product quality. In terms of price, set the price according to the quality of the product. then in terms of promotion, always emphasize ethics in business, don't cheat, don't sell products that are forbidden by religion, never force consumers to buy their products, don't badmouth other people's businesses in marketing their products and from distribution places/channels, namely providing a sense of comfort and easy access for consumers.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the flexibility of Islamic law in addressing the economic impacts of climate change, focusing on applying relevant Sharia principles in mitigating and adapting to these global challenges. It also analyzes how religious fatwas, such as MUI Fatwa No. 86 of 2023, and approaches by religious organizations like Nahdlatul Ulama and Muhammadiyah contribute to sustainable, Sharia-based solutions. This research employs a qualitative methodology with a juridical-normative approach. The primary sources include literature reviews of books, academic journals, religious fatwas, and official documents related to the flexibility of Islamic law, climate change impacts, and their economic implications. Data were analyzed to evaluate the relevance of Islamic law in providing adaptive solutions to contemporary issues. The findings reveal that the flexibility of Islamic law enables Sharia regulations to adapt to modern social and environmental conditions, including climate change. Principles such as maqasid al-shariah, maslahah mursalah, and usul al-fiqh have proven effective in supporting climate change mitigation and adaptation. Religious fatwas, such as MUI Fatwa No. 86 of 2023, along with the approaches of NU and Muhammadiyah, have significantly contributed to raising collective awareness and formulating environmental policies grounded in religious values. This study underscores the critical role of Islamic law in offering sustainable solutions that are both relevant and adaptive to the economic impacts of climate change.

Abstract

The 5.0 era demands deep digital transformation in all sectors, and education units are no exception. This article aims to discuss policy management in the context of education, especially in the 5.0 era, which is characterized by the integration of technology and humanist approaches in the learning process. The 5.0 era prepares students to face the challenges of the future, and requires educational units to adapt to rapid social and technological changes. This study uses a qualitative method with the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach by examining the results of research that have been published in journal articles that discuss the 5.0 era in educational units. The results of the study show that effective policy management in the 5.0 era includes the development of a curriculum that is responsive to industry needs, improving teacher competence through technology-based training, and collaboration between schools, parents and the community. Then, the article identifies the challenges faced by education units in implementing the policy, including resource limitations and resistance to change. It is hoped that these findings can provide insight for stakeholders in formulating better policy management strategies to improve the quality of education in the 5.0 era.

Abstract

Abstrak: SMKN 5 Mataram, merupakan salah satu sekolah kejuruan di Kota Mataram yang memproduksi produk dengan unsur nilai budaya yang berpotensi untuk mencapai pasar nasional dan mancanegara. Namun, SMKN 5 Mataram belum konsisten dalam menawarkan produknya secara lingkup nasional dan mancanegar disebabkan karena keterbatasan mereka dalam mempromosikan dan mengenalkan produk yang dihasilkan dapat diakses dari luar daerah bahkan internasional. Ditambah kurangnya kemampuan sumber daya manusianya dalam membuat dan mengelola website dan sosial media atau marketplace, minimnya kemampuan pengambilan foto/video untuk mengisi website galeri usaha yang dihasilkan. Untuk itu diperlukannya upaya untuk meningkatkan kemampuan siswa dan juga sekolah.  Salah satunya yakni melalui implementasi teknologi digital pada usaha ekonomi kretif. Tujuannya agar siswa atau sekolah dapat memaksimalkan pemamfaatan teknologi terhadap pemasaran dan e-niaga sebagai media untuk memperluas jangkauan pasarnya. Hal ini sejalan dengan keinginan Menteri Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan Nadiem Makarim untuk mengimplementasikan teknologi dan digital dalam kurikulum 5.0. Dalam pelaksanaannya pelaksanaan kegiatan ini akan dibagi menjadi tiga tahap dan dilaksanakan dalam waktu tiga pertemuan dengan pendekatan persuasif dan interaktif (timbal balik). Hasil kegiatan pelatihan ini mampu memberikan wawasan lebih banyak mengenai bagaimana melakukan ekspor barang, peningkatan kualitas konten dan pemanfaatan teknologi digital berupa pengelolaan media sosial dan website khususnya.Abstract:  SMKN 5 Mataram is one of the vocational schools in Mataram City that produce cultural products with the potential to reach national and international markets. However, the school has not been consistent in offering its products nationally and internationally due to its limitations in promoting and introducing products that can be accessed from outside the region and even internationally. The institution's capacity to create and manage websites, social media, and marketplaces is deficient, as is its capability to produce visual content, such as photographs and videos, to populate the business gallery website.To address these limitations, there is an imperative for enhancing the competencies of students and schools.A proposed solution involves the integration of digital technology into creative economic initiatives. The objective is to empower students and schools to leverage technology for marketing and e-commerce purposes, thereby expanding their market reach. This objective is consistent with the Minister of Education and Culture, Nadiem Makarim's vision for the integration of technology and digital elements into the 5.0 curriculum.The implementation of this activity will be meticulously structured into three phases, spanning three meetings, employing a persuasive and interactive approach. The training activity is expected to yield several key outcomes, including a deeper understanding of strategies for enhancing the quality of exported goods and leveraging digital technologies for effective management of social media and websites.

Abstract

This research was conducted at SDTQ-T Irsyadul Aulad School, South Basirih, East Banjarmasin Sub-district, Banjarmasin City. The focus of this study was to explore the practical implications and effectiveness of IQM implementation in improving the quality of education at the school. This research discusses how the implementation of IQM can influence the quality of learning, improve teacher performance and facilitate the participation of school members in the process of continuous improvement of education quality. Data were collected through literature review, interviews and documentation. Interviews were conducted with 2 informants, namely the supervisor and teachers in the school. The data collected were then analyzed qualitatively, the qualitative method was chosen because this article aims to understand and describe the teaching supervision program at SDTQ-T Irsyadul Aulad. The data analysis technique used in this research is thematic analysis[B1]. Thematic analysis is conducted by identifying, categorizing, and interpreting data obtained from literature study, interviews, and documentation. This research explores the concept of teaching supervision in the context of Integrated Quality Management (IQM) at SDTQ-T Irsyadul Aulad. The main findings show that teaching supervision is a continuous coaching process to improve the quality of learning. Teaching supervision at SDTQ-T Irsyadul Aulad can improve the quality of learning, help teachers achieve goals, and develop teachers' professionalism. Teaching supervision can be measured through several specific indicators, such as increasing the frequency of classroom observations by principals and supervisors, using structured constructive feedback for teachers after observations, conducting periodic training sessions and workshops focusing on innovative teaching strategies, and increasing teachers' participation in professional discussion forums. This research proves that IQM is an effective supervision model to improve the quality of education, with tangible results seen at SDTQ-T Irsyadul Aulad Banjarmasin. It can provide practical implications for other schools that want to implement a similar approach.

Abstract

Banking is a business entity that collects funds from the public in the form of deposits and distributes them to the public in the form of loans and other services to improve the lives of many people. This study aims to analyze the influence of various factors such as capital adequacy, credit risk and bank size on the net interest margin of conventional banks in Indonesia. The method used in this study was associative quantitative, and secondary data in this study was obtained from the annual financial statements of several conventional banks in Indonesia during the period 2018-2022. Data analysis was conducted using panel data regression analysis to test the effect between independent variables consisting of capital adequacy ratio (CAR), non-performing loans (NPL), and bank size (Size) on net interest margin (NIM). The data was processed using E-Views 12. The results of this study indicate that only capital adequacy has a positive and insignificant effect on NIM, while NPL and bank size have a negative and significant effect on NIM. The findings of this study imply that in order to enhance NIM, companies can optimize CAR, thereby attaining optimal profits and minimizing investment risk. The results of this study also contribute as a reference and an overview of the factors that influence NIM in conventional commercial banks before investing.

Abstract

There are various challenges faced by young people to develop a leadership mentality, therefore it is necessary to develop a tough mentality and be ready to become a leader. Through the Indonesian Youth Diplomacy (IYD) Local Chapter West Nusa Tenggara Goes to School, the title Youth Empowerment in Building a Leader's Mentality Through the Experience of International Figures was published. Goad's training model starts from analyze, design, develop, conduct and evaluate which are included in the preparation, implementation and evaluation process. This method aims to make it easier to interact and communicate. It is hoped that the results of this training activity will provide a deeper understanding of leaders and leadership, students will be able to have the character of a leader and follow in the footsteps of young leaders, as well as the awareness that building a leader's mentality from an early age is very important.

Abstract

Final year students or often referred to as final students are a group that is in an important transition period from the academic world to the world of work. This study aims to improve the communication skills of final year students in the world of work. The method used in this research is interactive lectures, with an experimental design of One Group Pre-test-Post-test Design, which is an activity that gives a pre-test before being given treatment and then gives a post-test after giving treatment to 23 final students of Makassar State University. The results showed that participants experienced an increase in knowledge, understanding, and confidence in making presentations, with significant differences (p<0.005) based on the Wilcoxon signed rank non-parametric test. This training can help final students in preparing themselves to compete professionally in the world of work.
