Abstract

Opak merupakan makanan camilan sejenis kerupuk, terbuat dari singkong yang melalui proses penggilingan dan perebusan kemudian diberi garam dan daun kucai, dibentuk bulat dan tipis-tipis dijemur lalu digoreng. Opak umumnya dipasarkan dalam bentuk matang maupun mentah. Fortifikasi ikan bandeng pada pembuatan opak merupakan salah satu upaya peningkatan nilai gizi produk makanan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menentukan konsentrasi penambahan ikan bandeng terbaik pada pembuatan opak dan menganalisis mutu kimia dan organoleptik opak. Penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) dengan variasi penambahan ikan bandeng sebesar 5% ; 10% dan 15%. Parameter uji yang dilakukan pada pada penelitian ini yaitu kadar air, kadar protein, kadar lemak dan uji organoleptik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kadar air opak yang telah difortifikasi ikan bandeng berada pada kisaran 3,09 -3,93%, kadar lemak 11,61-24.07% dan kadar protein 3,59-7,81%. Hasil uji organoleptik menunjukkan bahwa semakin tinggi konsentrasi penambahan ikan bandeng maka semakin rendah penilaian konsumen terhadap opak. Perlakuan penambahan ikan bandeng 5% merupakan perlakuan terbaik dengan nilai kadar air 3.09%, kadar lemak 24.07%, kadar protein 3.59% serta nilai kesukaan warna, tekstur, aroma dan rasa 4 (suka).

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the extent to which the implementation of the use of EDMS in managing organizational documents as a digital transformation in the archives sector is able to improve organizational performance through operational efficiency, decision making and document security at the Regional Office of the Ministry of Religion, West Sulawesi Province.The research approach used in this research is qualitative and quantitative methods with explanatory and descriptive approaches. From the total population data, the Slovin formula was used to obtain a sample of 125 respondents.These results show that the path coefficient between variables is that EDMS Implementation has a positive and significant effect on Operational Efficiency, EDMS Implementation directly affects Decision Making, EDMS Implementation has a positive and significant effect on Document Security, EDMS Implementation has no direct effect on Organizational Performance. EDMS has an indirect effect on organizational performance through Operational Efficiency, EDMS Implementation indirectly has an effect on Organizational Performance through Decision Making and EDMS Implementation indirectly has a positive and significant effect on Organizational Performance through Document Security, Operational Efficiency has a positive effect on organizational performance, decision making decisions have a positive effect on organizational performance, document security has a positive effect on organizational performance at the Regional Office of the Ministry of Religion, West Sulawesi Province. Keywords: EDMS, Decision Making, Document Security, Efficiency and Organizational Performance

Abstract

This study investigates and analyzes work discipline and organizational effectiveness at the Kendari Office of the National Search and Rescue Agency of Indonesia (BASARNAS). Work discipline and effectiveness are critical factors in ensuring optimal employee performance, particularly in emergency response operations. Data were collected through interviews and documentation, employing a qualitative descriptive methodology. A descriptive approach in data analysis was used to clarify employees' levels of discipline and job efficiency. The findings reveal that work discipline at the BASARNAS Kendari Office has been well implemented, adhering to established work standards and regulations. Employees demonstrate a high level of commitment and compliance, contributing to maintaining operational efficiency. Furthermore, employee effectiveness is considered relatively high, as personnel are able to perform their duties efficiently and in alignment with organizational objectives. Based on these results, work discipline and effectiveness at the BASARNAS Kendari Office are generally well maintained, supporting smooth operations and high levels of performance. To further enhance outcomes, it is recommended that continuous training and performance evaluations be conducted to strengthen discipline and improve efficiency in emergency response operations. These findings suggest that maintaining strict discipline and closely monitoring work effectiveness are essential for optimizing organizational performance in high-risk environments.

Abstract

Through a Classroom Action Research (CAR) approach, this study aims to optimize students' intrinsic motivation in the learning process by integrating the interactive Quizizz platform as an innovative learning media. The research subjects include all 10th-grade students majoring in Office Management and Business Services at SMK Negeri 1 Makassar in the 2024/2025 academic year, involving 35 students consisting of 6 males and 29 females. The primary focus of this research is the internal drive that motivates students to actively engage in learning the Office Fundamentals course. Aspects examined include students' enthusiasm for participating in the learning process, their perseverance in completing complex tasks, and their level of participation and commitment to academic responsibilities. The primary data collection tools in this study are field notes or observations and documentation archives. The data analysis used is descriptive numerical, with an emphasis on the calculation of proportions. The research results show that the percentage increase in student motivation from 65% in cycle I to 80% in cycle II, as well as an increase in engagement from 60% to 75%, shows the effectiveness of Quizizz in improving the learning experience.

Abstract

Indonesian students’ Mathematics learning Achievement which is internationally measured through TIMSS is still very low. Their attitudes are highly influenced by the attractiveness or not the teaching-learning activities in the class. One of the students’ interest in the teaching-learning activities in the class is the availability of learning media. The objective of this study is to find out the correlation between the students attitudes and the learning media. The data used for this study is the TIMSS data of 2011 which is the result of the questionnaire consisting of 25 questions on students’ attitudes and 5 questions on learning media. The samples are the participants of TIMSS 2011 for Mathematics which is amounting of 5.795 students of 8th grade from all over Indonesia. Students’ Mathematics learning attitudes meant here are students’ interest in Mathematics, their appreciation to Mathematics, and their confidence on Mathematics as well as its usage in their life. The result shows that there is a positive and significant correlation between students’ interest on Mathematics, their appreciation to Mathematics as well as to the teacher, their confidence on their competence on Mathematics as well as its usage, and the learning media (computer, computer software, and audio-video media). For calculator media, it has correlation only with few questions. The interesting thing in this study is that the media used by the teacher is highly correlated with students’ attitudes in learning Mathematics as well as in understanding its usage in their life and their future. Hasil belajar Matematika siswa Indonesia yang diukur secara internasional melalui TIMSS masih sangat rendah.Sikap siswa sangat dipengaruhi oleh menarik-tidaknya kegiatan pembelajaran di kelas. Salah satu hal yang menarik siswa adalah ketersediaan media pembelajaran. Dalam kaitan ini, peneliti mencoba mencari hubungan antara sikap siswa dengan media pembelajaran di sekolah. Data yang digunakan adalah data TIMSS 2011 yang berupa data hasil angket kuesioner yang terdiri dari 25 pertanyaan tentang sikap dan 5 pertanyaan tentang media. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah peserta TIMSS 2011 untuk mata pelajaran Matematika yang berjumlah 5795 orang siswa kelas VIII perwakilan dari seluruh Indonesia. Sikap belajar Matematika yang dimaksudkan dalam penelitian ini adalah kesukaan siswa terhadap Matematika, sikap menghargai Matematika, serta kepercayaan diri siswa terhadap kemampuan matematikanya dan kegunaannya untuk kehidupannya dan masa depannya. Hasil analisis menunjukkan adanya korelasi positif dan signifikan antara perasaan senang atau suka belajar Matematika, sikap menghargai pelajaran Matematika dan gurunya, serta rasa percaya diri terhadap kemampuannya dan kegunaan Matematika dengan media pembelajaran (komputer, perangkat lunak komputer, dan media audio visual). Untuk media kalkulator, hanya berkorelasi pada sebagian kecil dari item yang ditanyakan. Hal yang menarik dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa media yang digunakan guru sangat berhubungan dengan sikap siswa dalam belajar Matematika dan memahami kegunaan Matematika untuk kehidupannya dan masa depannya.
