Abstract

The current system in the DX JUNIOR Volleyball Team still uses a manual process, because there is no application or method used in determining players on the first team. However, with so many prospective players who want to play to become the main players, it becomes an obstacle in determining who deserves to enter the first team, and requires a long process in determining prospective players who are eligible and not eligible to enter the first team. So a determination classification system is needed by applying the C4.5 Algorithm method which can simplify the process of determining the main players. The purpose of this research is to create an application for Classification of Volleyball First Team Determination Using the C4.5 Algorithm in the DX JUNIOR volleyball team. The methods used include the type of data for data collection techniques using observation and interview methods and literature studies to determine the theoretical basis for research related to the matters under study. As for the system analysis method, for system design using UML, Matlab. The application of the C4.5 Algorithm method for determining first team players was made to make it easier to determine prospective players in the first team based on criteria, namely Physical Strength, Attitude, Cooperation, and Test Score. The results of the research were tested using the blackbox test the system runs accordingly, the validity test was tested on 72 data, resulting in an analysis value which can be concluded that the results of the comparison of Entropy and Gain calculated manually with Entropy and Gain calculated by the program process the results are the same, so the application is in accordance with the results of the C4.5 algorithm analysis.

Abstract

Health Polytechnic of the Ministry of Health Surakarta uses the Registration Information System (SIREG) as a tool for New Student Admission Selection (SIPENMARU) processing registration data in order to improve efficiency, performance and provide valid information . In implementing the Registration Information System, In the use of SIREG to date, no audit or evaluation of the implementation of the system has ever been carried out. Given the importance of the function of SIREG on performance performance in new student admission services, it is necessary to conduct an evaluation related to the assessment of the maturity level of the implementation of the SIREG application, with this evaluation it can determine the extent of the implementation of IT governance, especially in the Registration Information System. From this, the purpose of this study is to evaluate the maturity level of the Registration Information System. This research uses reference to the COBIT 2019 Framework framework domain, namely APO (Align, Plan and Organize): APO-04 and APO-12. The results of the maturity level research in the objective domain APO04 (Innovation Management) get a value of 3.3 with Level 3 Category: Defined and there is a gap of 1.7 so that agencies still need to prepare documentation related to the evaluation and follow-up of innovations in IT governance development, especially in the Registration Information System to achieve a maturity level achievement index of 4 (Quantitative), the objective domain APO12 (Risk Management) gets a value of 1.89 with Level 2 Category: Manage, and there is a gap of 3.11 so that agencies still need to prepare documentation related to planning, monitoring, evaluation and follow-up of IT governance risk management, especially in the Registration Information System to achieve a maturity level achievement index of 3 (Defined).

Abstract

The ability to understand mathematics in children with special needs (CSN) needs to be constantly improved. Because the capabilities of CSNs are not the same, they should be grouped based on the results of the evaluations that have been carried out. The purpose of this study is to group children with special needs who receive therapy at Mutiara Al Islam Therapy based on the progress of their mathematical skills. For grouping, use the K-Means Algorithm because this method can be effective in grouping data. Data was obtained from the Mutiara Al Islam therapy institution in Surakarta. The data is in the form of initial math skill scores and new math skill scores, the next process is calculated as a percentage increase in intentions, then clustered. The result of this study is the formation of 2 clusters, namely low improvment and high improvment, so that it can help therapists to improve CSN math skills based on the results of the cluster. Based on the results of the silhouette validity test, the accuracy level of cluster 1 is 0.575629 and cluster 2 is 0.471283.

Abstract

PAUD Kenangan Desa Banaran Kec Grogol Sukoharjo didirikan bulan April 2023. Didirikan PAUD Desa merupakan salah satu luaran Desa Binaan di Sukoharjo. Lokasi PAUD jadi satu lokasi dengan balai desa Banaran. PAUD Kenangan Banaran mempunyai pendidik yang berlatar belakang pendidikan Usia Dini (PAUD) setingkat Diploma III dan mempunyai sertifikat mengajar PAUD. Kelompok siswa PAUD dibedakan kelompok usia 2-3 tahun dan 3-4 tahun. Pengelola dan pendidik belum sepenuhnya menguasai pembuatan administrasi dengan Microsof Office word dan excel. Tujuan pengabdian masyarakat adalah peningkatan kapasitas pengelola dan pendidik dalam membuat dan mengelola administrasi PAUD. Metode yang digunakan obsevasi, wawancara dan pelatihan pengelola dan pendidik agar bisa membuat dan mengelola administrasi kegiatan belajar PAUD. Hasil pengabdian masyarakat adalah pengelola dan pendidik bisa membuat file data siswa sesuai kelompok umur 2-3 tahun dan 3-4 tahun, data presensi siswa, pendidik dan pengelola serta materi bahan ajar dalam bentuk gambar berwarna, serta pendidik dan pengelola dapat mencetak dengan printer.

Abstract

Based on data obtained from the Sukoharjo District Health Office in 2021, the Maternal Mortality Rate is 0.17%. The death of a pregnant woman is caused by uterine rupture and amniotic embolism, ekalamsi, hypovolemic shock, hepaomegaly. While the Infant Mortality Rate in Sukoharjo Regency in 2021 was 3.88%. The biggest cause of infant death is because the baby is born prematurely with a low birth weight baby (Dinkes, 2018). In the Independent Practice Midwife (BPM) Ponirah Tawangsari Sukoharjo, only a few pregnant women know the knowledge of pregnancy and babies because of the lack of information facilities used. In addition, because of the limited time mothers can not tell their complaints in full to the health workers, so there are still many mothers who are confused and less quick to take action due to lack of knowledge. The method used in developing this application is to use the RAD (Rapid Application Development) method. While the construction uses the Kotlin and XML programming languages with Android Studio software. This application is divided into 2 namely applications for midwives and pregnant women. Android-based maternal health applications consist of the process of managing patient data, examination data, complaint data, fetal development data, health check features and HPL (Estimated Birth Day) with the aim of providing information about the health of pregnant women during pregnancy

Abstract

Research Report entitled "Decision Support System for Determining Recipients of UKT Dispensation (Single Tuition Fee) at the Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences UNS with the AHP Method" aims to facilitate the Leaders who will provide UKT relief Dispensation for students who apply for UKT relief Dispensation for applications paid each semester. The many criteria that affect the weight of the score determining the recipient of UKT relief dispensation make it difficult to calculate the amount of weight that has been submitted and the accuracy in determining the weight of the score for each criterion cannot be ascertained, so the Decision Support System with the AHP method is the right method to overcome the problem of determining recipients of UKT dispensation with many supporting criteria submitted. Abstract

Dinas Penanaman Modal dan Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu (DPMPTSP) Surakarta is an institution that can be used as a solution by the Regional Government, especially the Surakarta City Government to overcome the problems of public services that are expected to have the competitive advantage of Surakarta City in service to the community. The forms of services provided include prime licensing and non-licensing services and one door with convenience, transparent costs, and timely completion. In addition, it is also supported by the use of an adequate Information and Information Technology System, so that the data stored and data presented are always fast, precise and accurate. The purpose of this study was to obtain knowledge about the application of an integrated service information system and to evaluate to determine whether the system was used with the existing provisions and according to procedures. Weaknesses of agencies that have never been measured by system performance in the application system. Based on the constraints that exist in the agency, the method used in this study is the COBIT 4.1 framework with the Delivery and Support domain which includes DS10 (manage problem) and DS11 (manage data). From this research produces on process DS10 count to 3.71 and DS11 count to 3.86 that describe DPMPTSP Surakarta is only at level 4 (manage level) which means the use of the system is in accordance with its functions and procedures existing and standardized in the Standard Operating System (SOP) documented and applied and formalized. The optimized procedure has been socialized to all management and employees and has been obeyed and worked on in daily activities.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kapasitas guru PAUD dalam mengimplementasikan administrasi digital melalui pemanfaatan teknologi informasi. Fokus kegiatan mencakup tiga aspek utama, yaitu digitalisasi presensi siswa, pengembangan database siswa, dan pelatihan literasi digital bagi guru. Pendampingan dilakukan melalui sesi pelatihan, praktik langsung, dan bimbingan berkelanjutan. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman dan keterampilan guru dalam menggunakan platform digital untuk administrasi harian. Program ini berkontribusi pada efisiensi kerja, ketepatan penyimpanan data, serta peningkatan layanan pendidikan di lingkungan PAUD.

Abstract

Permutation optimization is a fundamental problem in large-scale computing that arises in various applications such as scheduling, resource allocation, and combinatorial decision-making. As the size of the solution space grows exponentially, conventional optimization methods often struggle to achieve acceptable performance within reasonable computational time. Heuristic and metaheuristic algorithms have therefore become widely adopted due to their flexibility and ability to provide near-optimal solutions for NP-hard problems. However, increasing data scale significantly impacts their computational complexity, making efficiency and scalability critical concerns.This study aims to analyze the computational complexity and performance characteristics of several heuristic algorithms applied to permutation optimization in large-scale computing environments. The research employs a quantitative experimental approach combined with theoretical complexity analysis. Greedy heuristic, simulated annealing, genetic algorithm, and adaptive heuristic methods are evaluated using synthetic permutation datasets with varying sizes. Performance is assessed based on execution time, memory usage, scalability, and solution quality. The results indicate that greedy heuristics offer the fastest execution and lowest memory consumption but tend to produce suboptimal solutions due to their local search strategy. Simulated annealing improves solution quality through probabilistic exploration, while genetic algorithms achieve the highest-quality solutions at the cost of substantial computational and memory overhead. Adaptive heuristic algorithms demonstrate a balanced performance by dynamically adjusting parameters during execution, achieving near-optimal solutions with reduced computational complexity. Overall, this research highlights the trade-offs between efficiency and solution quality among heuristic algorithms and emphasizes the potential of adaptive heuristic approaches for large-scale permutation optimization. The findings provide valuable insights for designing efficient and scalable optimization algorithms suitable for real-world large-scale computing applications.

Abstract

Desa Banara merupakan salah satu desa di Kecamaran Grogol Kabupaten Sukoharjo  yang berbatasan langsung dengan Kota Surakarta, tepatnya Kecamatan Laweyan. Dengan letak geografis ini membuat UMKM banyak tumbuh. Akan tetapi masih banyak dari UMKM tersebut kurang begitu maksimal dalam meningkatkan potensi produknya. Teknologi informasi khususnya dibidang digital marketing sangatlah sesuai dengan keadaan saat ini. Termasuk didalamnya keterlibatan 5 unsur (pentahelix) pemerintahan, akademisi, pelaku usaha, komunitas, dan media. Pelatihan dengan kegiatan sosialisasi dan workshop pengetahuan digital marketing, packaging, serta pembuatan konten digital marketing ini sangatlah penting untuk meningkatkan perekonomian bagi UMKM. Materi tersebut disampaikan dalam tajuk sosialisasi UMKM berbasis teknologi informasi, branding kuat, marketing cepat, UMKM melesat. Kegiatan berupa sosialisasi dan workshop sederhana yang diselenggarakan pada Kamis 18 September 2025. Hasil dari kegiatan ini menunjukkan antusiasme peserta yang sangat bagus. Ini terbukti dari hasil kegiatan diperoleh bahwa terdapat peningkatan pemahaman konsep digital marketing sebesar 11%, pengenalan platform digital sebesar 14%, pengetahuan tentang strategi branding sebesar 15%, pengetahuan dan pemahaman mengenai pembuatan konten promosi sebesar 11% dan penggunaan tools digital marketing sebesar 18%. Kegiatan ini akan terus berjalan karena Desa Banaran merupakan salah satu desa binaan Universitas Tiga Serangkai. Masih terdapat potensi desa yang dapat di eksplor guna meningkatkan perekonomian masyarakat Desa Banaran. Kegiatan-kegiatan lanjutan digital marketing bagi pelaku UMKM juga masih sangat dibutuhkan
