Abstract

The globalization era has imperceptible impacts on all sectors, one of which is education. The rapid changes in the era lead to a significant increase in the environmental community, which are driven by transculturation and the development of information and communication technology and the booming of information and knowledge. As a result, the world of education has gone in such a dynamic way as the era of globalization. The development of knowledge, experiences, innovations and a variety of things related to the globalization of education make up what is called the information resources. The information literacy has been needed by the education community, so that education will be able to compete on a global level. The information literacy will be proper in complying with the development. This is the actual demand for the academic community. Moreover, the information literacy will meet the demands of development faster. This is actually a request for the academic community.

Abstract

EQ had a role to give a strong certainty. It would haveadvantage to understand the reality of emotion instantly, and make appraisal shortly, so that one can show will be distrusted, who have to trust, who will suffer. While AQ will give a horizon and a lot new of tools to decrease adversity and to increase some one’s qualities so they could face the continues change.EQ and AQ in developing of librarian profession will aid to self control and emotion management. By EQ and AQ will aid librarians able to manage self complexity, so it will bear intellectual, skill, behavior, leadership, good personality, smart, creative, progressive and broad horizon.

Abstract

Library is an institution that can not be separated from the role of librarians. Library dependence to the librarian is seen almost in the whole library complexity. Starting from planning, organizing, leadership, and control. Through this writing the authors will contribute a more real attachment between librarians and libraries. Based on some literature proves that between librarian and library can not stand alone. Starting from the management, service products and aspects of library accreditation assessment, librarians are instrumental in contributing enormously. Because of this dependence illustrates that the quality of the library will be seen from the quality of the librarian profession.

Abstract

Islamic work ethic is an Islamic ethic that has been pradiced among the staff base on Islamideaching. islamic work ethic is very important applied in the workplace as a guide staff in performing work in accordance with the values of religious teachings, because the Islamic religion is not only seen as the work of worshipthatwill getthe reward forthe perpetrators, butalso can affedtheformation of a good culture work environment. Abstract

Building and developing an institutional repository by Islamic Religious Colleges in Indonesia aims to accommodate, process and disseminate or publish online so that it can be used in ongoing scientific communication. In fact, there are many models of publishing repository content among state Islamic religious universities in Indonesia, so that is the reason for the need to study the publication policies that are applied. This research uses a descriptive analysis method with a mixed method approach. Quantitative methods are used to map the number of institutions that are used as research objects. Qualitative methods were applied in the analysis of the collected data. The study was carried out between March 2022 and July 2022. Data analysis was carried out by interpreting the data obtained from interviews with informants, reinforced by data from documentation and observations. Based on an in-depth study, the researchers found that there are 3 publication models among institutional repository managers, namely open access, closed access and limited access models. The background to the diversity of repository publication models is the lack of integrated management support between institutional leaders, faculties and libraries in institutional repository management.

Abstract

Understanding ḥadīth requires more than a literal reading of the text; it must also take into account the historical, social, cultural, and linguistic contexts behind the Prophet Muhammad’s sayings. The theory of asbāb al-wurūd serves as a critical approach in ḥadīth studies, as it helps to uncover the underlying reasons or circumstances surrounding a particular prophetic statement. Through a qualitative library-based research method, this study explores the relationship between text and context in ḥadīth, and highlights the significance of asbāb al-wurūd in preventing misinterpretation and deepening the understanding of Islamic legal rulings. The findings reveal that asbāb al-wurūd not only clarifies the meaning of a ḥadīth more accurately but also provides a dynamic, inclusive, and contextually grounded interpretation aligned with the principles of maqāṣid al-sharī‘ah. Nevertheless, this approach faces certain limitations, particularly when the context is not explicitly recorded or relies on weak chains of narration. Therefore, methodological caution and a critical approach are essential in applying the asbāb al-wurūd theory in contemporary ḥadīth scholarship.
