Abstract

This article examines the concept of khulafah Rasyidin historically by digging meanings, functions and system of succession. The method used in this study is a qualitative method. The author describes the events that occurred during the Rasyidin khulafa associated with the main task of the caliphate and the trajectory of political events that occurred during the turn of the caliphate succession. A variety of events that characterize the succession of governments khulafa Rashidun then analyzed, examined and compared leadership typology of each caliph Rasyidin. Khalifah himself is a title given to those who got the mandate to take the place of the Prophet Muhammad. As a real leader on the world and the Muslims with two main functions, namely as a Muslim leader who must operate a system of governance and as a guard at the same carrier religious treatise, namely Islam. Governmental system of Khilafat al-Rasyidin commonly used as a form of Islamic rule best, it does not have a permanent form, because each caliph who ruled implement its own system, the rhythm of the circumstances that occurred in his time people each.

Abstract

There are three segments of customers in Islamic banking industry: business customers, rational customers, and religious customers. This study found that the level of customers satisfaction/dissatisfaction at the three segments (business, rational, and religious traveler) were differentiating by customers perception of service quality. The business customers has a higher focus on service quality and on time performance factors. In addition, the profit sharing factor is the differentiating variable in the level of satisfaction/dissatisfaction for rational customers. Abstract

Analysis of Islamic Cooperatives SoundnessThe purpose of this study is to investigate and assess the level of health Islamic financial services cooperatives as Islamic microfinance institutions and to measure its overall performance, so the sharia cooperative can continue to improve to improve its quality. This study uses qualitative and quantitative methods. This assessment tool is an adaptation of the method of CAMEL customized with a few extras such as aspects of sharia. The object of this study is a cooperative financial services BMT Sharia al Munawwarah. The findings from this study that the co-operative Financial Services Syariah BMT Al Munawwarah categorized as cooperative healthy enough. But there are some things that do not meet the criteria of soundness. Weaknesses that need to be improved on the aspects of sharia supervisory function, but can be addressed by improving the quality of human resources both supervisors, administrators and managers. Abstract

Abstrak[English]: This paper focus on understanding the tolerance that exists in our Chinese ethnic relatives, especially those in Makassar City, which aims to find out the forms of tolerance of the Chinese Ethnic Makassar City. This paper uses a qualitative design approach, where data is obtained from interviews, observations and documents. The Ethnic Chinese view of tolerance is represented in terms of cognitive, affective, and conative. Abstrak[Indonesia]: Tulisan ini memfokuskan diri pada pemahaman toleransi yang ada pada saudara-saudara kita Etnis Tionghoa, khususnya yang ada di Kota Makassar, yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui bentuk toleransi Etnis Tionghoa Kota Makassar. Tulisan ini menggunakan desain pendekatan kualitatif, di mana datanya diperoleh dari wawancara, observasi dan dokumen. Pandangan Etnis Tionghoa mengenai toleransi tergambarkan dari sisi kognitif, afektif, dan konatif.

Abstract

The aims of this study are to finding, identifying and mapping the condition and situation of the policy and practice of Human Resource Management. This study used a qualitative method with phenomenological approach to uncover the professional development of HR qualify. Data analysis techniques includes reduction, data display, perform verification, and compiling data to draw the conclusions. The study concluded that the conditions of management and human resource development three sharia Bank in Jakarta refers to the philosophy and principles of Islamic economics as well as guided by the vision and mission of sharia banks.
