Abstract

Pengembangan e-learning ini dikarenakan kurangnya pemanfaatan fasilitas yang ada di sekolah guna menunjang kegiatan pembelajaran dan hasil belajar siswa yang kurang maksimal pada mata pelajaran IPA. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan rancang bangun dan mendeskripsikan hasil validasi e-learning yang dikembangkan menurut review para ahli dan uji coba produk. Di samping itu penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji efektivitas e-learning yang dikembangkan terhadap hasil belajar pada mata pelajaran IPA siswa kelas VII semester genap di SMP Laboratorium Undiksha tahun pelajaran 2014/2015. Model pengembangan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah model waterfall. Tahapan model pengembangan ini dijadikan acuan dalam memproduksi dan memvalidasi media e-learning yang dikembangkan. Data dikumpulkan dengan metode pencatatan dokumen, kuesioner dan tes tertulis. Analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif kualitatif, deskriptif kuantitatif dan uji-t independent. Hasil penelitian ini adalah e-learning yang dikembangkan dengan prosedur pengembangan model waterfall, validitas hasil pengembangan e-learning menurut review ahli dan siswa yaitu: ahli bidang studi menunjukkan kategori baik (82,7%), ahli desain pembelajaran menunjukkan kategori baik (88%), ahli e-learning menunjukkan kategori baik (89,3%), uji coba perorangan menunjukkan kategori sangat baik (90,2%), uji coba kelompok kecil menunjukkan kategori sangat baik (90%), dan uji coba lapangan menunjukkan kategori sangat baik (91%), dan efektivitas e-learning menunjukkan hasil yaitu terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan hasil belajar antara siswa yang menggunakan e-learning dengan siswa yang tidak menggunakan e-learning pada mata pelajaran IPA kelas VII semester genap di SMP Laboratorium Undiksha tahun pelajaran 2014/2015. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa e-learning efektif terhadap hasil belajar siswa. This study aimed to describe the design and describe the results of a developed e-learning validation according to the experts review and product trials. In addition, this study aims to test the effectiveness of a developed e-learning on learning achievement in science subjects at the second semester of seventh grade Undiksha Laboratory junior high school academic year 2014/ 2015. Development models used in this study is the waterfall model. Stages of this development model used as a reference in producing and validating the media of developed e-learning. Data collection method by recording documents, questionnaires and written test. Analysis of data using qualitative descriptive analysis, quantitative descriptive and independent t-test. Results of this research is an developed e-learning with the waterfall model of development procedures, the validity of the developed e-learning results according to experts and students review, namely: expert studies showed good category (82,7%), instructional design experts showed good category (88% ), an e-learning shows good category (89,3%), individual testing showed very good category (90,2%), small group trial showed very good category (90%), and field trials showed very good category ( 91%), and the effectiveness of e-learning results showed that there were significant differences between the learning outcomes of students who use e-learning with the students who did not use e-learning in science subjects at the second semester of seventh grade Undiksha Laboratory junior high school academic year 2014/ 2015. It can be concluded that an effective e-learning on learning outcomes of students.keyword : Development, E-learning, Waterfall Model, Science

It needs a strategic plan to support the vision, mission and company objectives. Strategy that developed need to be supported with information that can support organization system which helps in the enterprise information system. Abstract

Utilization of information technology is a necessity in looking at opportunities available for decision making by the management. With the ability of information technology to analyze existing used the data into useful information for a company. OLAP is Able to Overcome problems in the data processing mechanisms guided to know various information from different angles. By utilizing transactional analysis, then we know the reaction of customers in choosing the products that we will market. The result of Web-based sales has Decreased for the Gianyar and Denpasar regions but has Increased for the Ubud and online areas so as to give a benefit in terms of production costs. With the training for a sales increase of sales can evenly across locations and need input from customers related to minimize returns.

Abstract

Good governance (good governance) is the most prominent issue in the management of public administration today, the municipal government of Denpasar appointed Office of Communications and Information Technology as a service manager SIPKD. The rapid development of the growing information demands to the use of information technology in the management of IT services that are strategic in getting the information service that is fast, precise and accurate. Hence the need for a standard integrated IT governance while providing best practice guidance in managing IT services framework. ITIL V3 is able to provide a detailed description of some IT practices with emphasis on life cycle management services relating to several areas of work which includes Service Strategy, Service Transition, Service Operation and CSI. Audit V.3 ITIL-based information technology is expected to give a picture of the extent to which the maturity level of the service rendered, resulting in a decision in the form of recommendations to management in Diskominfo Denpasar

Abstract

In the logistics and distribution of goods, the expedition service is necessary, because the expedition is an important part of a business that has a strong attachment to the distribution. The number of deliveries from an expedition per period is uncertain, sometimes the number increases or decreases. This may result in an imbalance between existing facilities and employees and the number of shipments from customers or company policies. To overcome this, required forecasting techniques that are able to predict total shipments, as well as predict which goods and products are the most widely sent. The moving average method using the last 5 period data is used as a way of forecasting. MAPE (Mean Absolute % Error) is used as a test method, and a result of 34 %, indicates that the method is feasible to use.

Abstract

Along with the development of technology and business needs that are more advanced, the more effective and efficient uses of Information Systems is an important thing for companies to continue competing in the era of globalization. Every company wants an appropriate Information System to run business activities smoothly. Using data warehouses can help PT ABC's problems in accommodating large amounts of data with its OLTP system which can then be processed in determining future strategies through OLAP systems. So as to get the reports needed in maintaining the consistency and improve the performance of the company.
