Abstract

Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini di laksanakan sebagai upaya peningkatan pengetahuan masyarakat akan fisioterapi Tingkat keluhan pada remaja yang mengalami keluhan nyeri haid (Dismenore) akan menurun dan para instansi kesehatan masyarakat bisa mengaplikasikan sistem fisioterapi ini kepada masyarakat dengan adanya peyuluhan ini. Kegel Exercise bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kekuatan otot dasar panggul dan dapat meningkatkan ambang rangsang nyeri. Lingkup pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah masyarakat Desa Pagar Batu khususnya remaja putri yang tergabung di Karang Taruna Desa Pagar Batu. Kegiatan yang dilakukan dengan teknik penyuluhan serta edukasi tentang disminore dan Kegel Exercise juga pendampingan dan praktek yang dilakukan secara online. Berdasarkan pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian yang telah dilakukan selama 4 bulan, ketercapaian target yang telah dilakukan sebesar 90% dari kegiatan yang telah dilaksanakan serta adanya peningkatan pengetahuan remaja putri di Desa Pagar Batu, Lahat mengenai Dismenore dan Kegel Exercise untuk menghadapi dan mengurangi nyeri disminore dan meningkatkan produktifitas remaja dalam beraktivitas saat mengalami Menstruasi, juga mampu mempraktikkannya dengan baik. Kesimpulan PKM ini adalah remaja putri yang mengikuti pendampingan ini mengalami peningkatan status kesehatan, pengetahuan, keterampilan, juga penurunan skala nyeri saat disminore. Kata kunci : Fisioterapi, Dismenore, Kegel Exercise

Abstract

Increase agility for students is determined by muscular strength, speed, and flexibility. The ability of muscles to contract quickly will increase the speed of muscle in motion. Increase in speed, strength and flexibility of muscles due to stretch muscle-tendinous unit. The mechanism become the basis for moving in the shortest possible time. Agility on student issues has not received much attention, the attention of the agility found better in many athletes. This research is an experimental study to analysis at the difference between the intervention of with gastrocmineus muscle eccentric exercises and plyometric exercises with eccentric exercise quadriceps muscle and plyometric to increase agility on students at the University of Esa Unggul. A total of 40 students aged 18-21 years old who meet the criteria inclusion were randomly divided into 2 treatment groups. The old treatment group I was given quadriceps muscle eccentric and plyometric treatment group II eccentric exercise gastrocmineus muscle and plyometric exercises. Both exercise was done 3 times was given per week for 6 weeks. Agility is measured by Right-Boomerang Run Test. The results of the hypothesis testing using t-test related and different mean values obtained agility treatment group I (16,43±0.89secon) and a second treatment group (16,01± 1,04secon)with p?0.05. Conclusion of the study is a combination of eccentric exercise m.gastrocnemius with plyometric exercise no better than the m.quadriceps eceentric exercises with plyometric exercises to increase agility on student at Esa Unggul University.

Abstract

Alignment Knee joint alignment is a critical component in the biomechanical analysis of the body, particularly in locomotor activities such as running. Imbalance or malalignment in the knee joint can disrupt movement patterns and increase the risk of musculoskeletal injuries. In pediatric physiotherapy, early identification of lower limb posture is essential to support optimal gross motor development. This study aims to examine the relationship between knee joint alignment and running speed in children aged 4–6 years. A crosssectional design was used, involving 45 children who met the inclusion criteria. Measurement of knee alignment was performed using a goniometer to assess the quadriceps angle (Q-angle), and running speed was evaluated using a 20-meter sprint test. Statistical analysis with Spearman’s correlation revealed a significant relationship (p=0.012; r=0.373). These findings indicate that better knee joint alignment is associated with faster running speed in young children. This study underscores the importance of biomechanical evaluation in physiotherapy interventions for early childhood development.
