Abstract

Managing a cooperative based on family economics and mutual cooperation really requires hard work and double enthusiasm. Cooperatives are seen as the right business entity to grow and support popular economic growth. Cooperatives are a pillar of the Indonesian economy. Cooperatives have various obstacles in terms of running their business and quite a few cooperatives do not grow despite the lack of need for information technology to support business processes and the lack of financial support (Wahid Iswara & Iswari, 2007). Of course, a strategy for potential cooperative development is needed. It is time for regional government institutions at sub-district level, such as those in Banjrnegara sub-district, Ciwanda sub-district, Cilegon city, to establish a cooperative institution to provide shelter for businesses and MSMEs.  Building quality businesses such as Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are three different aspects but have the same aim, namely efficiency and increased results. Apart from that, in facing business challenges in the digital era, MSMEs need to adapt and be dynamic in technological developments. The goal of establishing a cooperative is of course to accommodate production results and savings and loan institutions based on a people's economy.  This is of course accompanied by MSME coaching which includes exposure, training through practice and mentoring. This method is quite appropriate to apply because the results of the activity show that the target audience has been able to identify HR empowerment through mentoring. Furthermore, in dealing with obstacles that arise in human resource management, the role of local government in the form of intensive and continuous training is needed.  This makes us aware that it is very important to carry out sustainable planning in industrial areas in rural areas, so that villages can develop through industry without experiencing the negative impacts mentioned previously

Abstract

Gastritis is a health problem with a high prevalence in society. Gastritis is a digestive tract disorder that has problems with damage to the gastric mucosa. Drug interaction events occur when the effect of a drug changes due to the presence of another drug. The purpose of this study was to describe the actual incidence of drug interactions in the treatment of inpatients with gastritis at RSUD X. This research was conducted at RSUD X as an observational study with a cross-sectional study design which was carried out prospectively while the patient was undergoing treatment at the hospital during the period January-April 2023. The sample was collected using a consecutive sampling technique and a total of 64 patients who met the inclusion criteria were obtained. The research results obtained from 22 cases of potential drug interactions found actual drug interaction events in the drug combination between Potassium Chloride (KSR) and Hyoscyamine which provides a synergistic or additive pharmacodynamic interaction because it can benefit patients with increased potassium levels from the therapy. Keywords: Gastritis, Aktual Drug Interaction

Abstract

Public order and the use of public space are crucial issues in Serang City, especially in the Aria Wangsakara Bridge area. This situation causes aesthetic problems for the city, as well as social unrest, reflecting the ineffective implementation of policies in the field. This study is based on Van Meter and Van Horn's policy implementation theory, which identifies six variables in policy implementation, to assess the extent to which Local Regulation No. 12 of 2020 has been effectively implemented and to identify factors that support or hinder its implementation. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach. Data collection methods were conducted through interviews, observations, and documentation. Informants involved included the Serang City Satpol PP apparatus, Banjar Agung Village, the Head of RW, and street vendors at the Aria Wangsakara Bridge. The results of the study show that the implementation of the local regulation has not been optimal. The main obstacles include the lack of socialization of the policy to the community, the lack of human resources and supporting facilities, weak coordination between agencies, and inconsistency in the enforcement of sanctions. Although there has been a persuasive approach from the authorities, the results have not been strong enough to bring about a comprehensive change in attitude among street vendors. To improve the effectiveness of the policy, it is necessary to strengthen the capacity of implementers, adopt a participatory approach, and provide alternative locations.
