Abstract

Human Immunodeficiency Virus type 1 (HIV-1) known to cause Acquired Immune Deficiency Syndrome (AIDS) disease are divided into several subtypes (A, B, C, D, F, G, H, J, K) and Circulating Recombinant Form (CRF). Different characteristics of subtype of the virus and its interaction with the host can affect the severity of the disease. This study was to analyze HIV-1 subtypes circulatingin HIV/AIDS patients from the East Java region descriptively and to analyze its relationship with clinical stadiums of HIV/AIDS. Information from this research was expected to complement the data of mocular epidemiology of HIV in Indonesia. This study utilited blood plasma from patients who had been tested to be HIV positive who sected treatment to or were reffered to the Intermediate Care Unit of Infectious Disease (UPIPI) Dr. Soetomo Hospital Surabaya from various area representing the East Java regions. Plasma was separated from blood samples by centrifugation for use in the the molecular biology examination including RNA extraction, nested PCR using specific primer for HIV gp120 env gene region, DNA purifying, DNA sequencing, and homology and phylogenetic analysis. Based on the nucleotide sequence of the HIV gp120 env gene, it was found that the most dominant subtypes in East Java were in one group of Circulating Recombinant Form (CRF) that is CRF01_AE, CRF33_01B and CRF34_01B which was also found in Southeast Asia. In the phylogenetic tree, most of HIV samples (30 samples) are in the same branch with CRF01_AE, CRF33_01B and CRF34_01B, except for one sample (HIV40) which is in the same branch with subtype B. HIV subtypes are associated with clinical stadiums (disease severity) since samples from different stages of HIV disease have the same subtype.

Abstract

This research is a field study with the title Study on the Development of the Social Soul of Women's Child Labor using qualitative research approaches and inductive methods. The expected purpose of the research is to find out how the Development of Social Soul of Women child Labor Children and parenting patterns in Joho Village, Merchandise Subdistrict, Madiun Regency. The problem in this study is how is the development of Social Soul and childcare patterns of Women Workers in Joho Village, Merchandise Subdistrict, Madiun Regency?. Research data will be extracted from primary data sources and pseudo-data sources. While the methods used to collect data are methods of observation, interview and dukumentation. Based on the results of data collection, data analysis and discussion showed that the development of the Social Soul of Women's Child Labor is different from children who are always accompanied by their mothers. Childcare is better done by parents because the child's Social Soul Development will be able to develop more optimally in accordance with the rhythm of mental development and will lead the child to better growth, the child can be more independent and can socialize with the environment and be more responsible. While the development of the Social Soul of Women's Child Labor in general experiences psychological social barriers that will not interfere with their developmental tasks.

Abstract

Very complex health problems require treatment involving all health professionals. The nutritional status of children is one of the important things to prepare a quality generation. Health education in the form of training is expected to change the competence of collaboration across healthcare professionals. The type of research used is descriptive using a mix method (qualitative and quantitative). This study aims to determine the effect of training on knowledge about collaboration across health professions in handling cases of malnutrition. This research was conducted at the Banjarejo Health Center, Madiun City. The population in this study were all health workers who served at the Banjarejo Health Center. Respondents were 24 people who were obtained by stratified random sampling technique and that was also used as informants. Data was collected in two ways, namely primary data through filling out questionnaires, in-depth interviews with informants and observation. Secondary data in the form of profiles of Health Center, number of health workers and other data needed. The data that has been collected is then tested for normality of the data and presented in the form of a frequency distribution table. Furthermore, because the data on knowledge of malnutrition were not normally distributed, the Wilcoxon test was carried out and knowledge about cross-professional collaboration was normally distributed, a paired t test was performed. For qualitative data, it was analyzed using content analysis and a matrix of informants' statements was compared with the processed quantitative data. Keywords: training; knowledge; poor nutrition; inter-professional collaborationABSTRAK Permasalahan status gizi yang sangat kompleks memerlukan penanganan yang melibatkan ahli gizi kesehatan.
