Abstract

ABSTRACT Different regions across Indonesia play crucial roles in advancing the national economy. The regional governments, with their in-depth understanding of local conditions, are best positioned to create policies that align with community needs and foster regional economic development. This research aims to analyze the impact of working capital distribution, investment credit, labor force size, and agricultural land area on economic growth within the agricultural sector in Karanganyar Regency. This study employs an empirical method combined with quantitative research techniques. To meet the data requirements, the researcher used secondary data from Karanganyar Regency for the years 2011–2021. Multiple linear regression analysis techniques were utilized for data analysis. The findings indicate that the distribution of working capital credit and the amount of arable land significantly impact the economic growth of Karanganyar Regency's agricultural sector. In contrast, the distribution of investment credit and the number of productive workers do not have a significant impact. Abstract

This study aims to determine the implementation of the ACFTA policy and the factors that influence the implementation at the Medium Customs Type, Customs and Excise Controlling and Servicing Office of Belawan, North Sumatra. The method used is descriptive qualitative with data collection is done through observation, interviews and documentation. Meanwhile the data analysis techniques used are data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Based on the results of the study, it is known that the implementation of the Asean-China Free Trade Area (ACFTA) Policy in Improving the Quality of Services for Medium Customs Type, Customs and Excise Controlling and Servicing Office of Belawan, North Sumatra, North Sumatra still need improvement because communication and bureaucratic structure have not gone well, which is influenced by This is due to the absence of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), wide fragmentation, different understandings between employees, the absence of special channels related to handling COO constraints, limited socialization and competence of Information Services officers. Meanwhile, those that support implementation are Disposition and Resources which are influenced by organizational culture factors, incentives, infrastructure, internal control, age, information disclosure and performance contracts.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan pembelajaran praktek produktif di SMK Negeri I Kalijambe Sragen. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SMK Negeri I Kalijambe Sragen. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif deskriptif dengan studi kasus. Pada penelitian ini disimpulkan bahwa 1) pelaksanaan pembelajaran praktek produktif di SMK Negeri I Kalijambe Sragen program keahlian Tata Buasana dilaksanakan dari kelas X sampai XII menganut model Pendidikan Sistem Ganda (PSG) 2) kerja sama yang dilaksanakan dengan perusahaan berupa praktek kerja industri (Prakerin) dan perekrutan tenaga kerja; c) hasil praktek siswa berbentuk nilai dan produk barang/pakaian, penilaian dilakukan oleh guru selama proses kegiatan dan melihat hasil praktek siswa. Hasil tamatan dua tahun terakhir sebanyak 33 siswa dan 94% sudah bekerja dan melanjutkan sekolah.   Kata Kunci: pembelajaran praktek
