Abstract

This study aims to determine whether the factors understanding the Government Regulation on Village Fund Management, Implementation of good governance government, the quality of human resources affect the performance of village government officials in the accountability of village funds. The study was carried out in villages in 3 Sub-districts in Banyumas District namely Sumbang, Patikraja and Rawalo. Data were collected through questionnaires sent to respondents who served as village heads / village secretaries / treasurers. Respondents numbered 38 people representing 38 villages in 3 Subdistricts of Banyumas Regency.Research results indicate that the factor of understanding of the Government Regulation on Village Fund Management does not affect the performance of the village government apparatus in the accountability of village funds. Variables in the application of good governance government principles and the quality of human resources influence the performance of village government officials in village fund accountability

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the entrepreneurial characteristics of students in University of Jenderal Soedirman to Entrepreneurship subject. Sampling was done by using a convenience sampling method. Respondents consisted of 55 students from various faculties at the University of Jenderal Sudirman. Data analysis techniques were done by using IBM SPSS 22 software. Final data that can be analyzed is 50 while 5 were excluded from the sample because of data categorized as outliers. The results showed 50 respondents are interested to follow an entrepreneurial course even though 40% of whom there are already into business. Furthermore, result of analysis showed that the greatest reason for the respondents follows entrepreneurship subjects due to desire to develop themselves and to gain extra knowledge. The average respondent have the entrepreneurial characteristics of 83.33%. Surveys show that the most desirable areas of entrepreneurship are fashion, art, and research and development.

Abstract

Desa Pliken adalah salah satu desa di Kabupaten Banyumas yang sudah memiliki Badan Usaha Milik Desa (BUMDes). Namun, setelah hampir satu tahun berdiri, dampak keberadaannya sulit diukur. Saat ini, salah satu kegiatan BUMDes adalah pengelolaan sampah, meskipun masih menjadi kegiatan utama, pemerintah desa saat ini sedang mempertimbangkan kegiatan lain untuk ekspansi aktivitas bisnis BUMDes. Untuk memastikan keberlanjutan kegiatan perusahaan milik desa, gagasan perluasan bisnis harus didasarkan pada perencanaan dan strategi yang menyeluruh. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat dilakukan untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut dengan melakukan pemetaan terhadap potensi desa. Kegiatan ini merupakan bagian dari perencanaan dan strategi komprehensif untuk menciptakan BUMDes yang berkelanjutan. Kegiatan ini dilakukan dengan partisipasi masyarakat desa yang mewakili keragaman desa. Kami menggunakan pendekatan pembangunan berbasis masyarakat yang berbasis aset untuk memastikan bahwa setiap potensi anggota diakui dan dapat digunakan untuk meningkatkan pembangunan desa. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa bakat/potensi individu, organisasi warga dan lembaga lokal adalah faktor utama dalam penyusunan peta potensi desa. Lebih lanjut, hasilnya menunjukkan peningkatan kapasitas dan manajemen serta pengembangan jaringan desa sangat penting untuk penguatan BUMDes.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepatuhan syariah, return, risiko, dan pengetahuan investasi terhadap minat mahasiswa berinvestasi saham di pasar modal syariah. Populasi pada penelitian ini yaitu seluruh mahasiswa aktif Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Jenderal Soedirman pada tahun 2020 dengan jumlah 3772 mahasiswa. Teknik pengumpulan sampel menggunakan teknik probability sampling sehingga diperoleh sampel sebanyak 100 responden. Data yang dikumpulkan dianalisis menggunakan teknik analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa: (1) Kepatuhan syariah berpengaruh positif terhadap minat mahasiswa berinvestasi saham di pasar modal syariah; (2) Return berpengaruh positif terhadap minat mahasiswa berinvestasi saham di pasar modal syariah; (3) Risiko tidak berpengaruh terhadap minat mahasiswa berinvestasi saham di pasar modal syariah; (4) Pengetahuan investasi berpengaruh positif terhadap minat mahasiswa berinvestasi saham di pasar modal syariah. Implikasi dari penelitian ini ialah minat mahasiswa berinvestasi saham di pasar modal syariah dapat ditingkatkan dengan berbagai faktor yang mempengaruhinya seperti aspek kepatuhan syariah, return, risiko, dan pengetahuan investasi.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Modal Intelektual, Pendapatan Islami, Pembiayaan Bagi Hasil, dan Zakat Terhadap Kinerja Keuangan Bank Umum Syariah di Indonesia. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh Bank Umum Syariah di Indonesia yang terdaftar di Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK) tahun 2012 sampai dengan tahun 2016 yang secara keseluruhan berjumlah 13 bank. Bank yang dijadikan sampel dalam penelitian ini diambil dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Berdasarkan metode tersebut, didapatkan jumlah bank yang memenuhi kriteria pemilihan sebanyak 7 bank. Data dianalisis dengan teknik analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Modal Intelektual berpanguh positif terhadap kinerja keuangan Bank Umum Syariah di Indonesia; (2) Pendapatan Islami tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja keuangan Bank Umum Syariah di Indonesia; (3) Pembiayaan Bagi Hasil tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja keuangan Bank Umum Syariah di Indonesia; (4) Zakat berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja keuangan Bank Umum Syariah di Indonesia.

Abstract

In this modern era, fashion is evolving at a rapid pace, with high-quality and attractive clothing becoming a favorite of many. Indonesian local fashion brands, such as Erigo, are showing significant growth, not only in the domestic market but also internationally. This is evidenced by Erigo's participation in New York Fashion Week, a prestigious fashion event in the world, as well as its marketing strategy that extends to Time Square in New York, USA, signaling significant progress compared to other brands. Erigo, which is in high demand among young people who are searching for identity and following trends, is the focus of this research. In particular, this study took a sample of teenagers in Banyumas Regency, which is known to have a very large number of students and college students, being at the forefront of the Bralingmascakeb region. In the midst of growing fashion trends, Muslim teenagers are also expected to choose clothes that are in accordance with Islamic law. This study aims to examine the effect of brand image and Islamic fashion style orientation on Erigo's competitive advantage. The research method used is associative with a quantitative approach, using primary data from a questionnaire with a sample size of 150 Muslim teenage respondents in Banyumas Regency. Data analysis involves instrument test, classical assumption test, multiple regression analysis, and hypothesis testing. The results show that both brand image and Islamic fashion style orientation have a positive influence on Erigo's competitive advantage.

Abstract

Banaran is a small area in Pasir Kidul Village, West Purwokerto, Banyumas. Banaran as a typical Banyumas Bandol crafts center is in danger of losing its distinctive characteristics. This makes information related to Bandol Banaran crafts increasingly difficult to find even in the Bandol Banaran crafts center. The website is present as a solution to become an information center for Bandol Banaran crafts. The presence of the Website allows Bandol Banaran crafts to be reached by a wider community. The website provides complete information related to the history of Bandol Banaran crafts, Bandol products, Bandol craft preservation communities, information on Bandol craft preservation activities, as well as product order contact information that can be accessed by the wider community easily and quickly. Information data was obtained through in-depth interview techniques with local craftsmen and cultural experts. The beauty and uniqueness of Bandol crafts are displayed online so that the website can be an information center as well as a promotional tool for Bandol Banaran craft MSMEs. This is expected to help restore the glory of Banaran Bandol crafts and improve its preservation.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of financial management, financial experience, education level, and accounting knowledge of MSMEs in Pemalang Regency. The population in this study is MSME players in Pemalang Regency, Central Java Province. The sample selection in this study used purposive sampling, and there were 100 MSMEs. Based on the results of the study, it shows that: (1) financial management has a positive effect on the managerial performance of MSMEs; (2) Financial experience does not have a positive effect on the managerial performance of SMEs; (3) Educational level does not have a positive effect on the managerial performance of SMEs; (4) Accounting knowledge has a positive effect on the managerial performance of SMEs.
