Abstract

This study aims to determine whether the factors understanding the Government Regulation on Village Fund Management, Implementation of good governance government, the quality of human resources affect the performance of village government officials in the accountability of village funds. The study was carried out in villages in 3 Sub-districts in Banyumas District namely Sumbang, Patikraja and Rawalo. Data were collected through questionnaires sent to respondents who served as village heads / village secretaries / treasurers. Respondents numbered 38 people representing 38 villages in 3 Subdistricts of Banyumas Regency.Research results indicate that the factor of understanding of the Government Regulation on Village Fund Management does not affect the performance of the village government apparatus in the accountability of village funds. Variables in the application of good governance government principles and the quality of human resources influence the performance of village government officials in village fund accountability

Abstract

The main purpose of this research is to examine the effect of perceived tax understanding, tax penalties, trust in government and law, and nationalism towards taxpayer compliance in paying property tax. Using Slovin formula, 100 respondents were selected as representative sample from the tax payers in Banjar, Indonesia. Data were collected using closed questionnaire and analyzed by multiple linear regression. The results showed that the understanding of tax regulation, tax penalties, and nationalism had significantly positive effect. However, trust in goverment and the law did not significantly affect taxpayer compliance in paying property tax.

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic requires people to study online, one of which is at the elementary school level. Principals and teachers are the most important elements in the process of teaching activities, so they are required to quickly adapt to changes in the learning system. Principals must be able to play a role as managers in managing learning during the Covid-19 Pandemic. Likewise, teachers are required to maintain their pedagogical competence during online learning. This study aims to analyze the role of the principal as a manager and the pedagogical competence of teachers in online learning during the Covid-19 period. This type of research is descriptive quantitative research, namely by interpreting the data obtained from the field. Data collection was carried out on 4 principals and 49 teachers using a questionnaire distributed via google forms. Data analysis used descriptive quantitative with percentages. The results showed that the principal's role as a manager in online learning was not optimal in the indicators of the school determining the curriculum used in online learning (44%) and the principal facilitating support for online learning (50%), while the pedagogic competence also showed less than optimal in Playing their competencies is shown by the 5 lowest percentage indicators, including understanding the cognitive development of students (59%), designing learning methods (52%), designing learning models (56%), carrying out assessments of learning outcomes (54.5%), and conducting material assessments. (56%).

Abstract

Pengukuran momen inersia sebagai konsep penting dalam sistem kerja mesin yang memerlukan gerak rotasi, namun pengukuran secara manual belum menghasilkan hasil maksimal. Diperlukan perancangan sistem peraga penentuan Momen Inersia Bola Pejal Menggunakan sensor Mpu6050 Gyroscope Angle dan sensor photodioda untuk penentuan momen kelembaman bola pejal menggunakan berbasis sensor. Metode yang dilakukan dengan merancang sisten pengukuran momen inersia bola pejal, membuat flowchart prinsip kerja sistem, membuat flowchart sistem, dan perhitungan ketelitian. Abstract

ABSTRAKViskositas merupakan sifat penting dalam banyak aplikasi industri seperti minyak, cat, adhesif, dan bahan kimia. Kualitas bahan material sebagai bahan baku industri memerlukan kualitas yang baik seperti sifat viskositas. Diperlukan sebuah alat pengukuran yang efektif dan presisi dalam mengetahui kualitas bahan berdasarkan sifat viskositasnya. Salah satunya pengukuran berbasis digital dan mikrokontroler. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang alat peraga viskositas yang dilengkapi dengan sensor mini reed switch magnetic berbasis Arduino. Alat peraga ini menggunakan sensor mini reed switch magnetic sebagai detektor pergerakan bola baja di dalam tabung. Sensor ini menghasilkan sinyal yang dikirim ke Arduino, kemudian mengolah data dan menampilkan nilai viskositas pada layar LCD. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian eksperimen berbasis laboratorium  dengan melakukan karakterisasi viskositas skala laboratorium menggunakan lima larutan  fluida yaitu air, minyak goreng bekas, minyak goreng baru, oli bekas dan oli baru. Sampel viskositas dimasukkan ke dalam tabung, dan bola baja ditempatkan di dalam larutan. Motor stepper kemudian menggerakkan bola baja dengan kecepatan yang ditentukan, dan sensor reed switch magnetic mendeteksi pergerakan bola tersebut. Data yang diperoleh dari sensor dikirim ke Arduino, diolah, dan hasil viskositas ditampilkan pada layar LCD. Hasil pengukuran besar nilai viskositas fluida air, minyak goreng bekas, minyak goreng baru, oli bekas, dan oli baru berturut-turut menghasilkan (satuan Pa.s) 2,12; 3,18; 2,84; 3,52; dan 7,71. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa alat peraga viskositas ini mampu memberikan hasil yang akurat dan konsisten dalam mengukur viskositas larutan fluida dengan rata-rata eror 7,425% dibandingkan dengan alat peraga viskositas konvensional. Alat peraga ini juga dapat digunakan untuk mengukur viskositas berbagai jenis cairan dengan penyesuaian parameter yang sesuai. Kata kunci: viskositas fluida; sensor mini reed switch magnetic. ABSTRACTViscosity is an important property in many industrial applications such as oils, paints, adhesives, and chemicals. The quality of materials as industrial raw materials requires good quality such as viscosity properties. An effective and precise measurement tool is needed to determine the quality of materials based on their viscosity properties. One of them is digital and microcontroller based measurements. This research aims to design a viscosity demonstration tool equipped with an Arduino-based magnetic mini reed switch sensor. This teaching aid uses a mini reed switch magnetic sensor as a detector for the movement of steel balls in the tube. This sensor produces a signal which is sent to the Arduino, then processes the data and displays the viscosity value on the LCD screen. This research method uses laboratory-based experimental research by conducting laboratory-scale viscosity characterization using five fluid solutions, namely water, used cooking oil, new cooking oil, used oil and new oil. The viscosity sample is put into a tube, and a steel ball is placed in the solution. The stepper motor then moves the steel ball at a specified speed, and a magnetic reed switch sensor detects the movement of the ball. The data obtained from the sensor is sent to Arduino, processed, and the viscosity results are displayed on the LCD screen. The results of measuring the fluid viscosity values of water, used cooking oil, new cooking oil, used oil and new oil respectively produced (Pa.s units) 2.12; 3.18; 2.84; 3.52; and 7.71. The test results show that this viscosity probe is able to provide accurate and consistent results in measuring the viscosity of fluid solutions with an average error of 7.425% compared to conventional viscosity probes. This instrument can also be used to measure the viscosity of various types of liquids with appropriate parameter adjustments. Keywords: fluid viscosity; magnetic mini reed switch sensor.

Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif menggunakan data primer. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh pertimbangan pasar kerja, kemampuan finansial, dan lingkungan keluarga terhadap minat mahasiswa S1 Akuntansi Universitas Jenderal Soedirman untuk mengikuti ujian CPA. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa akuntansi Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Jenderal Soedirman. Sampel diambil menggunakan metode stratified sampling, dengan jumlah sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 138 responden. Data diperoleh melalui survei menggunakan kuesioner online. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Pertimbangan pasar kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap minat mahasiswa untuk mengikuti ujian CPA; (2) Kemampuan finansial berpengaruh positif terhadap minat mahasiswa untuk mengikuti ujian CPA. (3) Lingkungan keluarga berpengaruh positif terhadap minat mahasiswa untuk mengikuti ujian CPA.

Abstract

As science and technology advance, traditional locks are increasingly considered inefficient. Traditional keys are not only vulnerable to break-ins, but also easy to copy and impractical. The shortcomings of traditional locking systems can be overcome by switching to digital locking systems. Researchers have designed and built a smart double locking system for doors that can be accessed via the rhythm of knocking and the NUID of the RFID tag. The door locking system can also be accessed through an Android smartphone based on IoT technology. In addition, this smart double door lock can also detect intrusion and instantly send notifications of abnormal situations to the user's mobile phone. The research was conducted in four stages: preparation, system design, system development, and system testing to characterize the system. To create a suitable system, the system design phase is divided into several types of diagrams and system designs, including block diagrams, circuit diagrams, schematics, 3D prototype design, and IoT technology interface design. In this research, the system was successfully built and can run with static characteristics of 0% error and 100% accuracy, so it can be said that the system is working well. The power requirement in the active standby state was 1,788W to 2,652W, and the electrical power demand when the system is actively working for ±6 seconds is 6.960 W - 8.016 W.

Abstract

This study aims to calculate and compare the peak ground acceleration (PGA) values using the Esteva and Oliviera methods, analyze the differences in patterns and values on the contour maps produced by both methods and correlate the PGA values with the Modified Mercalli Intensity (MMI) scale. The case study focuses on the earthquake in Bantul on June 30, 2023, with earthquake data obtained from BMKG. The data were processed using the equations of each method to generate PGA contour maps. The results show that the PGA values calculated using the Esteva method range from 5.47 to 6.73 gal, while the Oliviera method produced higher values, ranging from 9.64 to 12.14 gal. The contour maps of both methods exhibit similar distribution patterns but significant value differences. The Oliviera method's contour map shows higher PGA values than the Esteva method. The results from both methods align with the BMKG earthquake intensity map for the June 30, 2023 event, indicating perceived earthquake intensity at levels III-V MMI. This study demonstrates that the Esteva and Oliviera methods can map PGA distribution, albeit with different sensitivities.

Abstract

Abstrak - Era digital sebagai teknologi pengolahan aset/potensi desa sangat diperlukan dalam bentuk pengolahan manajemen berbasis digital dan database atau big data. Manajemen berbasis digital dalam bentuk sistem informasi terpadu untuk mendukung program Kemendes PDTT tentnag program SDGs (Sustainable Development Goals) nasional di bidang pengembangan perekonomian dan pengentasan kemiskinan masa New Normal. Program tersebut mendukung 6 pilar program smart village, salah satu desa yang memerlukan pendampingan dalam pengembangan potensi unggulan desa seperti sistem administrasi desa digital, potensi ekonomi produk lokal, manajemen kesehatan lingkungan, dan potensi pariwisata adalah Desa Winduaji Potensi pendukung Desa Winduaji terlatak pada lokasi yang strategis dilewati jalan nasional Tegal-Purwokerto. Potensi tersebut diantaranya potensi wilayah wisata alam mata air dan Waduk Penjalin dan perkembangan UMKM yang sangat prospektif. Namun potensi tersebut belum termanajemen dengan baik secara digital sehingga masyarakat mengalami kesulitan mengakses informasi yang berkaitan dengan potensi-potensi tersebut. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan solusi dengan pembuatan sistem informasi terpadu “Si D’Windu App.: Aplikasi Sistem Informasi dan Layanan Digital Desa Berbasis Web dan Android untuk Mendukung 6 Pilar Program Smart Village menuju Desa Winduaji Mandiri.” Aplikasi Si D’Windu App. menghasilkan empat fitur yaitu media informasi, tata kelola administrasi dan surat menyurat desa, tata kelola keungan desa, dan lapak desa. Hasil pelatihan memberikan tanggapan positif dan harapan keberlanjutan dari program digitalisasi desa sebagai transparansi informasi publik menuju Desa Winduaji mandiri.
