Abstract

Motivasi sebagai suatu kondisi yang menyebabkan atau menimbulkan perilaku tertentu, dan memberi arah serta ketahanan pada tingkah laku tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan usaha-usaha Kepala Sekolah, pemanfaatan sumber belajar dan hambatan yang dihadapi dalam meningkatkan sumber belajar siswa. Jenis penelitian adalah kualitatif. Subjek penelitian yaitu kepala sekolah SMP Negeri Perisai Kutacane. Teknik pengumpulan data yaitu observasi dan wawancara. Data dianalisis dengan reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini yaitu usaha yang dilakukan Kepala Sekolah menjadi supervisor bertugas memantau, membimbing, dan membina kinerja guru melaksanakan pembelajaran dan menjadi fasilitator bertugas memberikan kebebasan guru untuk meningkatkan kompetensi pedagogik sesuai kebutuhan pendidikan dan peserta didik, pemanfaatan sumber belajar siswa berpengaruh positif terhadap motivasi yang dicapai, hambatan yang dihadapi adalah keterbatasan waktu, biaya, jumlah sumber belajar.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengungkap kegiatan realisasi manajemen dan kepegawaian kependidikan serta mengetahui upaya yang dilakukan untuk meningkatkan mutu pendidikan melalui manajemen pendidikan dan kepegawaian. tenaga kependidikan bisa di katakan sebagai salah satu kunci berhasil tidaknya penyelenggaraan pendidikan maka perlu di pahami apa hakikat dari pengelolaan tenaga kependidikan itu serta aspek-aspek pengelolaan tenaga kependidikan. Pengelolaan dapat diartikan sebagai penyelenggaraan atau pengurusan agar suatu yang dikelola dapat berjalan dengan lancar, efektif dan efisien. Pengelolaan juga dapat diartikan sebagai penyelenggaraan kegiatan dengan memanfaatkan seluruh sumber daya yang ada, yang telah direncanakan untuk dilaksanakan serta dievaluasi secara teratur menurut prosedur tertentu guna mencapai tujuan yang telah ditetapkan. Sedangkan aspek dari pengelolaan tenaga kependidikan terdiri dari, perencanaan, rekruitmen, pelatihan dan pengembangan. Sehingga kalau aspek dari pengelolaan tenaga kependidikan di harapkan bisa meningkatkan mutu pendidikan. Hal-hal yang harus dilakukan untuk meningkatkan efektivitas dengan perencanaan yang baik, dan pemilihan apa yang dibutuhkan sekolah, pengembangan melalui pelatihan, sertifikasi, pengamatan dan kompensasi sebagai pembelajar yang adil.

Abstract

School behavior strategies In managing student conflict, it involves a deep understanding of the sources of conflict, the application of communicative approaches, and the formation of an environment that supports conflict resolution.madrasah heads need to promote open dialogue, involve stakeholders and be able to implement proactive policies in creating a harmonious and warm and inclusive learning atmosphere. The purpose of this study was to find out the head of the madrasah in managing conflicts that occur between students at MAS Jemala Amal, namely planning, and constraints in conflict management. Remembering conflict is a sensitive topic and often intersects with one's emotions. The method that researchers use is to use qualitative methods by means of a descriptive approach through observation, interviews and documentation. The research subjects of madrasah heads, Guidance Counseling teachers, homeroom teachers and Students. The results of research obtained by researchers in the field include: First, Student conflict management includes: (a) madrasah heads and teachers are quite creative and understand appropriate conflict management strategies in managing conflicts that occur among students in madrasahs. (b) The madrasah identifies problems in advance or examines problems that occur between students. (c) provide coaching. (d) seeking the relevant parties. (e) evaluation of problems that have occurred. Second, constraints in managing student conflicts as follows: (a) social environment. (b) personality differences between learners. (c) not tell what actually happened.

Abstract

Character education plays an important role in shaping a child's personality, especially in instilling the value of honesty which is a major aspect in a child's moral development until they are adults. The success of teachers in instilling the value of honesty in early childhood can be seen through changes in behavior that are reflected in their daily activities. Children who are accustomed to being honest from an early age tend to grow into trustworthy and responsible individuals. TK IT Al-Azhar Cairo Banda Aceh has implemented character education, especially the character of honesty, but there are several factors that influence the process of instilling honesty values ​​in children, both from the teacher's personal side and external factors related to the child's environment. This study aims to determine the planning, implementation and evaluation of children's honesty character in TK IT Al-Azhar Cairo Banda Aceh. This study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. The subjects in this study were the principal, curriculum representative, student representative and teacher. Data were obtained from interviews, observations and documentation. The results of the study indicate that 1. Character education planning at TK IT Al-Azhar Cairo Banda Aceh includes a). determining character education goals that are in accordance with the school's vision and mission, b). preparing rules that support honest behavior, c). integrating honesty values ​​into the curriculum, d). establishing cooperation between schools and parents. 2. The implementation of character education at TK IT Al-Azhar Cairo Banda Aceh, teachers provide real examples through honest attitudes and give appreciation to children who show honesty. 3. Evaluation of character education at TK IT Al-Azhar Cairo Banda Aceh is carried out through direct observation of children's behavior and direct coaching for children as well as recording children's social emotional development in report cards and anecdotal notes.
