Abstract

Pertumbuhan UMKM yang melatarbelakagi penelitian ini. Dengan pertumbuhan UMKM, ada batasan modal kerja UMKM. Bank Mandiri merupakan salah satu lembaga milik negara yang menawarkan opsi pembiayaan modal kerja kepada UMKM. Bank Mandiri menerapkan prinsip 5C dalam penilaian kredit modal kerja UMKM (Character, Capacity, Capital, Collateral, dan Economic Condition of the Economy). Fokus dari penelitian ini adalah efektivitas pemberian kedit guna meminimalkan kredit bermasalah. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian kualitatif deskriptif meliputi observasi, dokumentasi, dan wawancara. Teknik analisis menggunakan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan kesimpulan analisis data. Berdasarkan hasil analisis, evaluasi kredit memperhatikan prinsip 5C (Character, Capacity, Capital, Collateral, dan Economic Condition of the Economy) gurun meminimalkan jumlah kredit bermasalah, Bank Mandiri Cabang Malang telah berhasil menerapkan strategi 5C dalam pemeringkatan kredit. Saran untuk Bank Mandiri Cabang Malang khususnya Bank Mandiri antara lain perlu diberikan pemahaman tentang 5C agar pemahaman penilaian kredit sejalan, perlu adanya sistem monitoring bulanan untuk memastikan penggunaan kredit modal kerja yang diberikan kepada debitur. sesuai dengan peruntukannya, serta pemberian program-program khusus untuk membantu usaha debitur dalam hal pemasaran dan pengelolaan sehingga terjamin kelancaran usahanya.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mendeskripsikan bagaimana pajak daerah, retribusi daerah, dan PAD lainnya yang sah berpengaruh terhadap belanja modal di Kabupaten Manggarai selama periode 2011-2021. Penelitian ini juga bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi keragaman antara pajak daerah, retribusi daerah, dan PAD lain yang sah yang akan mendominasi belanja daerah di Kabupaten Manggarai selama periode 2011-2021. Dengan menggunakan regresi berganda, penelitian ini menemukan bahwa pajak daerah, retribusi daerah, dan PAD lainnya yang sah memberikan dampak signifikan terhadap belanja modal. Secara individual, peran paling dominan ditemukan pada variabel pajak daerah dan PAD lainnya yang sah. Temuan ini menggambarkan kompleksitas interaksi antara pemerintah dan masyarakat sebagai dua elemen utama dalam konstruksi pembangunan daerah. Penelitian ini mengusulkan pentingnya memperdalam dinamika sosial dan ekonomi yang mempengaruhi belanja modal.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of brand ambassadors on purchasing decisions at Lazada. This type of research is explanatory research through a quantitative approach. Data collection was obtained through the distribution of online questionnaires to Economics and Business students at University of Merdeka Malang who had purchased and seen Lee Min Hoo's version of Lazada advertisement. The questionnaires collected were 70 questionnaires. The analytical method used is descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis to test the hypothesis using SPSS 25 software. in purchasing decisions at lazada. The credibility variable has the biggest influence on product purchasing decisions at Lazada

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of the digitalization of the Management Administration Information System (SIAM), data efficiency and accuracy, transparency and audit trail, and managerial accountability on smart governance with good governance as a mediating variable. A quantitative approach was used with the Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) method involving 110 respondents from government agencies. The results of the analysis indicate that the digitalization of SIAM has a significant effect on data efficiency and accuracy, which in turn increases transparency and managerial accountability. Each variable has a significant contribution to good governance, which then strongly mediates the relationship towards smart governance. The R-square value indicates that the model has adequate predictive power, and the f-square test and path coefficient indicate a substantial strength of the relationship. This study confirms that the success of smart governance is not only determined by technological aspects, but also heavily depends on transparent, accountable, and efficient governance.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of Solvency, Profitability, Dividend Payout Ratio, and Managerial Ownership on Profit Growth of LQ45 Index companies in Indonesia. Using a quantitative approach, the study sampled 80 data from 45 companies during the 2020-2023 period, obtained through purposive sampling. The data analysis techniques used include Descriptive Statistics, Classical Assumption Test, Multiple Linear Regression, F Test, Coefficient of Determination Test, and t Test, with data processed using SPSS software. The results show that Profitability has a negative and significant effect on Profit Growth, while Solvency, Dividend Payout Ratio, and Managerial Ownership have a negative but not significant effect on Profit Growth. Simultaneously, these factors contribute 13,4% to Profit Growth, while the remaining impact comes from other factors.
