Abstract

The limited ability in providing a good water services to all citizens, as well as the fact that water is a public good, the involvement of citizens in drinking water supply is one way to achieve this goal. The existence of a community-based drinking water supply system in the form of the Community Drinking Water User Association (HIPPAM) needs to be maintained to ensure the sustainability of its social services. The sustainability of the HIPPAM social enterprise is determined by internal aspects such as governance and institutional performance, financial management, technical performance of water distribution services. Other things related to external aspects such as the support of stakeholders such as customers, community members, environment activist and village government related to the issue of conservation as well as environmental sustainability and good water governance. Discussing these issues with all stakeholders in drinking water in the available local public space can be referred to as environmental communication that is hoped will be able to create awareness and citizen?s collective action citizens on the importance of good water governance. This study uses qualitative data with interviews and in-depth interviews as data collection techniques, the informants of this study consisted of the management of the HIPPAM Mangga Dua. The result showed that administrators had sufficient environmental and ecological literacy. For them, water is spiritual and social energy sources that enable them to develop dan enhance the community?s social capital.

Abstract

This research analizes about the affect of incentives and discipline factors on the employees performance The respondents of this study are employees of PT. KAI Technical Implementation Unit Malang. The results of this study shows a positive and significant affect of incentives and labor discipline on the employees performance. Discipline is the dominant factor that influence on employee performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to understand and analize the affect of job promotion and work environment on employee performance. The population of this research are the employees of Royal ATK Malang. The sample in this study are 40 employees who work on Royal ATK Malang. The sample technique is a proportional random sampling. The method used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis. The result of F test indicates that job promotion and work enviroment affect on employee performance simultanly. Based on t test, job promotion and work enviroment has a significant affect on employee performance partially.work enviroment has a dominant affect on employee performance.https://doi.org/10.26905/jmdk.v4i2.497

Abstract

Penelitian dilakukan di PT Pelindo III (Persero) Sub Regional Java Surabaya dengan fokus menganalisis dampak Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja (K3), motivasi kerja, serta lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Dengan melibatkan 50 karyawan dari PT Pelindo III (Persero) Sub Regional Java Surabaya sebagai sampel, analisis dilakukan menggunakan metode regresi linear berganda. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa K3 berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. karyawan bekerja dalam kondisi yang aman dan sehat, yang pada gilirannya dapat mengurangi risiko cedera atau kecelakaan kerja. Karyawan yang merasa aman dan sehat cenderung lebih produktif dan berkinerja baik. Sementara motivasi kerja, dan lingkungan kerja  tidak berpengaruh thd kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini memberikan pemahaman mendalam tentang faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi kinerja karyawan di lingkungan kerja tertentu. Implikasinya dapat digunakan oleh manajemen perusahaan untuk meningkatkan kondisi K3, motivasi kerja, dan lingkungan kerja, sehingga memperbaiki kinerja karyawan dan efisiensi operasional secara keseluruhan. Dengan demikian, penelitian ini tidak hanya bermanfaat bagi PT Pelindo III (Persero) Sub Regional Java Surabaya, tetapi juga dapat menjadi referensi bagi perusahaan lain dalam upaya peningkatan kesejahteraan karyawan.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of the digitalization of the Management Administration Information System (SIAM), data efficiency and accuracy, transparency and audit trail, and managerial accountability on smart governance with good governance as a mediating variable. A quantitative approach was used with the Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) method involving 110 respondents from government agencies. The results of the analysis indicate that the digitalization of SIAM has a significant effect on data efficiency and accuracy, which in turn increases transparency and managerial accountability. Each variable has a significant contribution to good governance, which then strongly mediates the relationship towards smart governance. The R-square value indicates that the model has adequate predictive power, and the f-square test and path coefficient indicate a substantial strength of the relationship. This study confirms that the success of smart governance is not only determined by technological aspects, but also heavily depends on transparent, accountable, and efficient governance.
