Abstract

In early February 2023, the BMKG predicts that there will be severe drought in June, July and August, even in March 2023 to 2024, the BMKG predicts that the weather in Indonesia will experience an Elnino storm which will cause extreme weather or will feel hotter, it will be very This has an impact on the agricultural sector which really needs water, therefore farmers must have a plan or solution to overcome the water savings that will be needed during the dry season. To overcome the above problems, special methods are needed to save water, therefore researchers will study drip irrigation methods. This research will discuss literature study research regarding drip irrigation. In reviewing literacy studies regarding the use of drip irrigation systems, the author concludes, this application has been widely developed in Indonesia, while the use of the drip method can maximize the efficiency of water use in watering plants, avoid drought during the long dry season, and the most important thing in this irrigation system is regulating the water flow or frequency appropriately so that plants can grow and develop well.

Abstract

Iron Dome is a defense system used in wars between countries. This defense system became very popular during Israel's invasion of Gaza in 2023, even though this technology was introduced by Israel in 2011. The concept of the Iron Dome defense system is to prevent enemy missiles from entering the defense area by launching missiles at the enemy missiles. so that at a certain distance the missile is destroyed before it reaches the area. This principle is very interesting as a way of learning physics that is contextual to life. The aim of this research is to simulate the motion of missiles and missiles using the Iron Dome working principle based on the MATLAB GUI. This research method consists of several stages, namely literature study, creating a Graphic User Interface for the MATLAB display, coding to run the GUI, and testing the running of the MATLAB program that has been created. The results obtained are a MATLAB-based program or application for simulating Iron Dome principles. By creating the Iron Dome simulation, students become more interested and understand the concept of motion kinematics more easily because it is very contextual to life.

Abstract

Minat belajar siswa di Tambelang pada umumnya masih kurang, hal itu dikarenakan berbagai faktor, diantaranya faktor ekonomi dan lingkungan. Selain itu dari yang kami amati di Tambelang merupakan salah satu kecamatan yang berada di kabupaten Bekasi, dimana banyak sekali industri atau pabrik yang merupakan salah satu target atau harapan para siswa dapat bekerja di salah satu kawasan atau pabrik untuk menjadi karyawan di sana, oleh sebab itu kami membuat pengabdian kepada masyarakat guna meningkatkan motivasi untuk jenjang pendidikan yang lebih tinggi atau membangun minat kuliah kepada siswa-siswa kelas 12 di SMAN 1 Tambelang.  Adapun metode yang kami terapkan adalah ceramah dan diskusi dan untuk mengukur hasil, kami wawancara langsung para peserta, dari hasil wawancara ternyata masih banyak siswa yang masih ragu untuk melanjutkan kuliah dan lebih memilih untuk bekerja dikawasan karena faktor ekonomi, namun jumlah siswa yang ingin melanjutkan bertambah dibandingkan sebelum kegiatan motivasi.

Abstract

In the development of agricultural or plant technology, innovations are needed to increase efficiency in the process of accelerating growth and the harvest period. The application of physics in the fields of agriculture and biology is one that can be developed. One study that is very interesting to discuss is the application of the electroculture system, which uses electricity to help speed up the growth process and harvest period, in addition to growth and development of electroculture is also claimed to be able to minimize attacks by insect pests and viruses, in this article we review several studies related to the effect of the electroculture system on plants, and from several studies we can prove the effect of applying the electroculture system in accelerating the growth and development process, there are several ways to Electroculture applications include antenna systems, direct current, alternating current, development of electrogenetic seeds and the use of electrolysis
