Abstract

Deksametason merupakan glukokortikosteroid yang banyak digunakan di masyarakat, penggunaan jangka waktu lama dan dosis besar dapat mengganggu fungsi dan struktur hati. Untuk mengurangi efek samping pemberian deksametason, maka diberikan vitamin E. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuktikan bahwa  vitamin E dapat memperbaiki organ hati akibat efek samping deksametason, yang diperiksa secara histopatologi. Penelitian menggunakan 25 ekor tikus putih jantan, dibagi dalam lima kelompok perlakuan, yaitu kontrol(-), tidak diberi deksametason dan vitamin E; kontrol (+) diberikan deksametason  dosis 0,13 mg/kg, P1  diberikan deksametason 0,13 mg/kg dan vitamin E dosis 100 mg/kg, P2 deksametason dosis 0,13 mg/kg dan vitamin E  dosis 150 mg/kg, P3 deksametason 0,13 mg/kg dan vitamin E dosis 200 mg/kg. Setelah 14 hari, semua tikus dikorbankan nyawanya (nekropsi), selanjutnya diambil organ hatinya untuk pembuatan preparat histopatologi dengan pewarnaan hematoksilin eosin (HE). Variabel yang diperiksa didasarkan pada perubahan normal (skor1) perdarahan (skor 2), degenerasi (skor 3) dan nekrosis (skor 4). Dari hasil pengamatan histologi dari semua subyek perlakuan. Kontrol negatif (-) tergolong dalam kategori skor 1, kontrol positif (+) ini tergolong dalam skor 4, kelompok tikus putih P1 4 subyek skor 2 dan 1 subyek skor 3, kelompok P2 4 subyek skor 3 dan 1 subyek skor 4, dan kelompok P3 4 subyek skor 3 dan 1 subyek skor 4. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan nilai rerata skor perbaikan hati yang signifikan pada semua perlakuan, namun pada kelompok perlakuan P1 hasil rerata skoring yang paling mendekati kontrol (-). Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah vitamin E dosis 100 mg/kg terbukti terbaik mengurangi efek samping deksametason.

Abstract

Gymnastics ability is useful and necessary capability children in their everyday lives. But in modern timeswith various forms of technological advancements, as now, most children choose to spend a lot more timeto play in a way that facilities are available, compared to an activity that should be moving a muscle.Cognitive abilities in children are also very important because it can hone accuracy, ability to think andsolve problems. This study aims to determine the relationship of exercise with cognitive skills in studentskindergarten group B Kemala Bhayangkari I Surabaya. This study aims to determine the relationship ofexercise with cognitive skills in students kindergarten group B Kemala Bhayangkari I Surabaya. Thisresearch was conducted using quantitative research methods. In this study took a sample of 31kindergarten students in group B Kemala Bhayangkari I Surabaya. Data was collected using observationand study documentation. The technique of data analysis is product moment. Results of data analysis areknown to result count r is 0.213. At the 5% error level, then the price of the table r = 0.355. r count islower than r table so as to have low in view of the interpretation of the interpretation table r value. It canbe concluded that there is no relationship gymnastics skills with cognitive skills in students kindergartengroup B Kemala Bhayangkari I Surabaya.

Abstract

This research was conducted against the background of underdeveloped children's ability to count numbers 1-20. The purpose of this study is to get a picture of the use of snakes and ladders media in developing the ability to count numbers and understand the function of playing instruments used as media in learning with play activities. Play is the most influential factor in children's self development, one of which is cognitive development. In this activity the method used is giving tasks and direct practice with observation as an assessment tool. The subjects of the study were all students of group A Tunas Mekar Kindergarten in Surabaya in the academic year 2019-2020 with a total of 20 participants. The results of the descriptive analysis revealed: The ability to count numbers before using the media was not optimal, in the assessment scores achieved from each indicator of completeness learning below the average, while using the media snakes and ladders experienced a very optimal development in the assessment scores achieved from each indicator of mastery learning very well.

Abstract

Each child has a variety of different abilities, and talents brought from birth. In the hands of intelligent and barrel teachers, children can grow into people who think, spirit, and work big. But with a variety of different abilities it needs to be done various ways to develop these abilities. One of these abilities is creativity. Creativity is not an innate ability from birth, but an ability that can be learned and developed. Creativity is important to develop because creativity affects a person's life. With creativity one is driven to create new ideas, discoveries or technologies that can improve the well-being of society at large. With their creativity, they can become creative individuals. So that this ability can be developed early on.

Abstract

This research was conducted to find out how the role of parenting influences the introduction of sexual education in children aged 4-5 years. The research method used is descriptive qualitative by collecting data through observation, interviews and documentation. Then, the subjects of this study were 3 children who had democratic, authoritarian and permissive parenting styles. Informants taken were 3 people who were parents, siblings and grandmothers who helped care for the object.Based on the research that has been done, the results show that the type of parenting applied by parents causes differences in behavior towards knowledge of sexual education in children aged 4-5 years.

Abstract

Parents and teachers must be able to prepare their children to study at school in accordance with established regulations, namely following the health protocols recommended by the government. The purpose of this community service is to solve problems for PAUD teachers and parents of students in preparing face-to-face learning preparations. This activity was carried out at LIYA III Kindergarten in Surabaya. The method used by the workshop is. The presenters gave various explanations about the preparations that must be made to carry out face-to-face learning for early childhood so that they feel happy and comfortable learning at school. Through this activity, PAUD teachers gain knowledge and skills in preparing children for face-to-face learning in early childhood. The material provided explains various systems for preparing and motivating early childhood in face-to-face learning at school.
