Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan: aspek struktural, aspek psikologis dan nilai moral roman ketanggor dalam trilogi kelangan satang karya Suparto Brata. Jenis penelitian adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Sumber data penelitian berupa roman ketanggor dalam trilogi kelangan satang karya Suparto Brata dan data berupa analisis psikologi dan nilai moral yang meliputi aspek strukural, aspek psikologi dan nilai moral dalam roman ketanggor dalam trilogi kelangan satang Karya Suparto Brata. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik pustaka, teknik simak, dan teknik catat. Instrumen penelitian yaitu peneliti sendiri dibantu kartu pencatat data. Teknik keabsahan data menggunakan validitas semantis. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis konten atau isi. Penyajian hasil analisis data menggunakan teknik informal. Dari hasil penelitian, disimpulkan bahwa Hasil penelitian dan pembahasan data menunjukkan bahwa: : 1) aspek struktural pada roman ketanggor meliputi (a) tema: (b) tokoh dan penokohan (c) latar (d) alur (e) amanat (f) pusat pengisahan 2) Aspek psikologis meliputi (a) id (b) ego (c) superego 3) Nilai moral pada roman ketanggor dalam trilogi kelangan satang karya Suparto Brata meliputi: (a) Hubungan manusia dengan dengan diri sendiri (b) Hubungan manusia dengan manusia lain, dan (c) Hubungan manusia dengan Tuhan.Hasil analisis psikologi dan nilai moral roman Ketanggor dalam trilogi Kelangan Satang karya Suparto Brata.   Kata kunci: Psikologis, nilai moral roman ketanggor

Abstract

The climate of literacy in education is increasingly being voiced. To realize the National Literacy Movement, both in the realm of schools, families, and communities, a comprehensive and well-planned strategy is needed. Seeing the importance of reading culture and the lack of interest in reading in Indonesia, the government has launched a literacy movement. The implementation of this strategy is by creating the School Literacy Movement carried out by the Government in the field of education, namely the Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 20 of 2003 concerning the National Education System. In Chapter III article 4 paragraph 5, it reads Education is carried out by developing a culture of reading, writing and arithmetic for all members of the community, making policies regarding reading interest. Interest in reading is expected to grow and develop in these students, guided by the policy of the school literacy movement or commonly referred to as GLS. Thus, it is hoped that schools will be able to develop government policies through literacy movement guidelines which will be able to be implemented and developed according to the situation and conditions of the school. This study discusses how the literacy movement policy in increasing students interest in reading at SMA Al-Huda Tuban. This research is a quantitative research. The research sample is class XI students totaling 47 students. Collecting data with the methods of observation, questionnaires, interviews, and documentation. Test the validity of the data by using the validity test and reliability test. Data analysis with descriptive analysis, hypothesis testing, Product moment analysis. The results of the study explain that there is a good implementation and strategy that leads to increasing students reading interest. The results showed: (1) The literacy movement policy at SMA Al-Huda Tuban was quite good. The number of respondents was the most among the grouping of scores from the number of respondents 47, which was obtained a score of 71-75 with 12 respondents. (2) Reading interest in high school Al-Huda Tuban has the highest frequency, namely 15 respondents with a mean value of 78.463 mode 80 and a median of 80. (3) School Literacy Movement Program on Student Interest in Reading at SMA Al-Huda Tuban, with rxy = 0.759 with a significance value of 0.566 or 0.56 percents.

Abstract

Early childhood education is very important because the potential for intelligence and basic behavior of children is vulnerable at this age, the importance of this age is often referred to as the golden age. The researcher concludes that the child's development at the next stage is the child's productivity to develop according to stimulation, guidance, assistance and treatment in accordance with the level of developmental growth.Researchers know the problems and get accurate data, researchers use the method of observation (field observations), interviews or interviews and documentation. By using qualitative descriptive analysis techniques. The results of the research in curriculum management are that management functions are applied, including the curriculum management planning process that follows the Indonesian Early Childhood Education Association (HIMPAUDI). Curriculum planning is carried out with the preparation of teaching and learning process materials. The implementation of the curriculum is carried out without any necessity, but rather on direction so that students can have an independent character. The supervision and evaluation of this curriculum consists of several stages, namely: measuring the implementation of the curriculum, measuring the implementation of real activities and analyzing errors or deficiencies that exist during carrying out the curriculum, through meetings once a semester with HIMPAUDI.Inhibiting factors in curriculum managementearly childhood in improving the independent character of students, namely, students still want to be close to their parents when they are at school. Supporting factors in curriculum management improve independent character, namely students playing while learning with learning media at school and from the factor of their parents who also provide enthusiasm in the learning process.

Abstract

In this Islamic boarding school, assistance in managing organic and inorganic waste into goods of economic value is carried out to reduce the impact on the environment of the Islamic boarding school. Through the Asset Based Community Development or commonly called ABCD, this waste management assistance is carried out for 1 month, namely strengthening the assets owned. The assets owned are community resources (HR) who are passionate about managing organic and inorganic waste. The methods used are inculturation and 5D (Discovery, Dream, Design, Define, and Destiny). The result of this support is the disposal of waste according to its type. For organic trash into fertilizers and animal feed, as well as for inorganic trash into vases, pencil cases, and makeup.

Abstract

Focus Study this is for understand about management curriculum thematic at SDLB Dharma Wanita Ujung Pangkah Gresik in effort develop ability intellectuals participant educate . Learning thematic in SLB same with school general , which Becomes difference is teacher must capable adapt condition child , if on normally they led for complete target but in SLB is teacher teach slowly until they capable control lesson , because participant educate no easy in understand eye lesson so teacher must have method creative and unique so that participant educate easy in understand . Study this aim answer a number of Formula Problem , ie : 1. How Management Curriculum program thematic in develop ability intellectual participant educate at SDLB Dharma Wanita Ujungpangkah Gresik, 2. How factor supporters and inhibitor Management curriculum program thematic in develop ability intellectual participant educate at SDLB Dharma Wanita Ujungpangkah Gresik.? Method study which used in study this is with study descriptive qualitative . In collection the data use method observation , interview deep as well as documentation . With use technical analysis miles model ie reduction data, presentation data and withdrawal conclusion . Results in study this , First , that Management Curriculum at SDLB Dharma Wanita Ujungpangkah Gresik use Curriculum 2013, Stages which held in Thing the ie 1) Planning curriculum thematic SDLB . 1. Abstract

Pembuatan script produksi konten merupakan suatu proses penting dalam produksi konten media, termasuk di dalamnya video, podcast, artikel, dan konten digital lainnya. Script produksi membantu mengarahkan konten yang akan dihasilkan dengan tujuan agar konten tersebut dapat menarik minat audiens dan mencapai tujuan pemasaran atau edukasi yang diinginkan.Dalam pembuatan script produksi konten, terdapat beberapa faktor yang perlu dipertimbangkan, seperti jenis konten yang akan dibuat, audiens yang ditargetkan, pesan yang ingin disampaikan, dan format yang sesuai dengan platform yang akan digunakan.Proses pembuatan script produksi konten meliputi tahap penelitian, pengembangan ide, penulisan naskah, revisi, dan finalisasi. Hal ini memerlukan kolaborasi antara penulis naskah, produser, dan tim kreatif lainnya. Dengan memperhatikan faktor-faktor tersebut dan melalui proses yang tepat, script produksi konten dapat membantu meningkatkan kualitas konten yang dihasilkan dan memperkuat brand image perusahaan.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kompetensi manajerial dan kompetensi kepribadian mahasiwa Manajemen Pendidikan Islam (MPI) Institut Pesantren Sunan Drajat (INSUD) dalam Program Latihan Profesi (PLP). Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh mahasiswa Program Studi Manajemen Pendidikan Islam yang mengambil mata kuliah Pratikum MPI pada tahun Akademik 2018/2019. Peneliti mengambil sampel sebanyak 15 mahasiswa. Data diperoleh melalui instrumen yang dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari lembar observasi pelaksanaan pembelajaran dan penelaahan lembar penilaian kompetensi manajerial, kompetensi kepribadian. Hasil yang diperoleh adalah kompetensi manajerial dan kompetensi kepribadian mahasiswa saat melaksanakan Program Latihan Profesi (PLP) secara keseluruhan kategori “sangat baik” dengan rata-rata kompetensi manajerial 3,6 dan kompetensi kepribadian 3,5 dari skala 4. Dengan hasil penlitian ini, diharapkan bisa memberikan evaluasi untuk mengingkatkan kualitas pelaksanakan progran PLP yang ada pada program studi, sehingga apa yang dilakukan dalam PLP ini bisa lebih maksimal dalam implementasinya di lapangan.

Abstract

The development of extracurricular activities is important to do, because intracurricular activities are still lacking in developing the potential of students. So it is necessary to have companion activities that can help maximize the potential of students. This study aims to answer several problem formulations, namely, the strategy of the head of the madrasa in developing extracurricular activities, the supporting and inhibiting factors of the principal in developing extracurricular activities. In order to find out the problem and get accurate data, the researcher used observation, interview and documentation methods and used qualitative descriptive analysis techniques. The results of this study, that the principal's strategy in developing extracurricular activities at this madrasa are 1). by dividing into 2 parts in charge, namely PK IPNU IPPNU and Scouts; 2) by involving all stakeholders, especially waka students and coaches to participate in developing extracurricular activities; 3) guided by the vision and mission of the madrasa which reads "High Faith, Superior Achievement, Praiseworthy Morals, Skilled in Innovating (Strong)"; 4) the head of the madrasah appoints a BP teacher to assess the strengths and weaknesses of the students and their extracurricular activities. In addition, it also goes through several stages: a) needs analysis which also aims to identify the needs, potentials, and interests of students; b) determine the type of extracurricular activities through tests, questionnaires, and interviews; c) develop a program of extracurricular activities; d) the implementation stage, namely the implementation of extracurricular activities carried out according to the schedule made by each organization, as well as the implementation of obligatory and non-mandatory activities; e) monitoring and evaluation stage. And as for the supporting factors in developing extracurricular activities, among other stakeholders having the same vision, the existence of breakthrough ideas and good innovations from the head of the madrasa, the management of the IPNU IPPNU PK organization and active Scouts, adequate facilities and infrastructure. Meanwhile, the inhibiting factors for the head of the madrasa in developing extracurricular activities after conducting interviews were as described above, as follows: Lack of funds to support activities, less active students in carrying out activities, less active trainers in training students, the rise of the Covid-19 outbreak until implementation of the PPKM. As for the results of the study, it is suggested that in the future the head of madrasah should be more alert in dealing with existing problems and must be able to motivate students to be more active in carrying out the programs that have been made.
