Abstract

Proses kompresi merupakan proses mereduksi ukuran suatu data untuk menghasilkan representasi digital yang padat atau mampat, namun tetap dapat mewakili kuantitas informasi yang terkandung pada data tersebut. Pada citra, video, dan suara, kompresi mengarah pada minimalisasi jumlah bit untuk representasi citra digital. Dalam penelitian ini, proses kompresi citra menggunakan dua wavelet yang terkenal, yaitu wavelet Haar dan Daubechies Db4. Citra yang digunakan terbatas hanya citra grayscale berformat .jpg. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menentukan wavelet manakah yang baik dalam kompresi citra. Dari hasil yang didapat, wavelet Haar dan Daubechies Db4 berturut-turut mempunyai nilai RMSE sebesar 6,54 dan 6,5. Sedangkan rasio kompresi untuk wavelet Haar adalah 25%, lebih besar dibanding wavelet Daubchies Db4, yaitu sebesar 22%.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh kompetensi terhadap kinerja karyawan, seberapa besar pengaruh budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan, seberapa besar pengaruh kompetensi dan budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Otto Pharmaceutical Industries Divisi Marketing Bandung. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriftif, yaitu suatu metode penelitian untuk mengetahui nilai variabel independen. Dan metode verifikatif, yaitu melakukan pengujian untuk mencari kebenaran dari hipotesis yang dilaksanakan melalui pengumpulan data dilapangan dan diperpustakaan serta pengolahan data yang ada dalam penelitian ini menggunakan perhitungan koefisien korelasi. Adapun indikator kompetensi yang digunakan adalah pengetahuan, keahlian dan sikap. Sedangkan indikator dari budaya organisasi yang digunakan adalah kesadaran diri, keagresifan, kepribadian, performa dan orientasi tim. Sedangkan indikator dari kinerja karyawan adalah kualitas, kuntitas, pelaksanaan tugas dan tanggung jawab.

Abstract

The structure of joint property divided governed by Law No. 1 of 1974, and the Compilation of Islamic Law must fully reflect the importance of justice and legal clarity. Based on that, the issue addressed in this journal is how to design a more reasonable and legally specific partition of the joint property after divorce for the community in the relevant marital law in the future. This study is categorized as legal-normative research. According to the study's findings, the future concept of joint property law reconstruction is to incorporate the principle of balanced justice based on Pancasila into Article 37 of Law Number 1 of 1974 concerning Marriage and Article 97 of the Compilation of Islamic Law through amendments to Article 37 of Law Number 1 of 1974 and Article 97 of the Compilation of Islamic Law. The notion of balanced justice has been found in various Republic of Indonesia's Supreme Court decisions. As a result, some of the legal rules in the joint property decision must be reviewed while developing joint property law regulations.

Abstract

Introduction to the Problem: Women and children are frequently mistreated, particularly when they face legal issues. In divorce situations, for example, they often do not receive the entitlements to which they are entitled, such as mut'ah, iddah, and child support. This situation is due to the existing legal system and policies that do not reflect equality and justice for women and children, particularly in the execution of court orders carrying ex-husbands' obligations to their ex-wives. One of the legal advances in this part is using information and technology (IT) to develop a decision execution system. E-MOSI CAPER is one of the IT-based decision execution instruments that ex-wives can employ to demand that their ex-husbands voluntarily carry out the decision's obligations.Purpose/Objective of the Study: This article attempts to describe and analyze how the E-MOSI CAPER App could assure the preservation of women's and children's rights after divorce.Design/Methodology/Approach: This work adopts a qualitative research technique through normative and empirical juridical approaches, with statutory and conceptual approaches.Findings: According to this study, the E-MOSI CAPER application, one of the IT-based services released by the Bengkulu Religious High Court, is an innovation that could be used as a tool in organizing guarantees for the protection of women's and children's rights. This App can increase the compliance of ex-husbands to perform court decisions, which makes this App part of the legal instrument of the Integrated Execution System.Paper Type: Research Article
