Abstract

About 80% shipwreck occurred by human error, human error is 75% due to the poor management system, it must bemade to the management system that is able to create a good and close cooperation between the management boardand land management. International Safety Management Code (ISM Code) is an international standard of safetymanagement regulations for the security and safety of the operation of the ship and the prevention of pollution of themarine environment established by the IMO Maritime Safety Council. Purpose ISM Code is to ensure safety at sea,prevent accidents and loss of human life and avoid damage to the environment, especially the marine environmentand as well as the loss of property. Companies must certify in writing its policy on maritime safety andenvironmental protection and ensure that everyone in the company know and understand it. But perception Crewand Application Management in the ISM Code For Maritime Safety and Marine Environment Protection can bedifferent if there is no good training and application of the management company. To that periodically companiesneed to conduct training on the prevention and prevention of disorders of the safety of shipping activities concernedShipping Company. To overcome and prevent safety, Shipping Company should have the facilities and equipment inaccordance with the provisions of the ISM Code.Keywords: ISM Code, Sailing, Maritime Safety, Marine Environment

Abstract

Motivation is crucial for learning in school. Without motivation, students tend to have low self-confidence. On the other hand, students may lack enthusiasm for learning and fail to achieve their learning goals. The issue in this study is whether the motivation provided by the teacher at Ayadil Ikhwah Elementary School in Mataram has been implemented effectively or not. The subjects of the study are the teachers and students of Grade 1 at SD-IT Ayadil Ikhwah. The research method employed is qualitative descriptive. Data collection was conducted through interviews, observations, and documentation. Data were analyzed using critical analysis with the model by Miles and Huberman. Based on the research findings, the motivation provided to the students of Grade 1 at SD-IT Ayadil Ikhwah is still categorized as low. This is evidenced by many students still showing a lack of enthusiasm and perseverance in learning, and 20% of the students still having low self-confidence.

Abstract

The increasing demand of beef commodity in Indonesia must be supported by agood supply chain management to achieve self-sufficiency and food security. This study aimsto analyze consumers'expectations for commodity beef in Depok, identifying and mappingthe beef agro-industry value chain, and analyze strategic alternatives in order to enhancethe value chain agroindustry beef based on the characteristics of the livestock industry inDepok. The method used in this research is descriptive method with a case study approach.Based on analysis, 11 attributes was obtained to affect the quality of the beef ie. ratio of fat,flavor, color, marbling, juiceness, scents, halalness, freshness, price, texture, and availabilityin the market. The result of gap analysis showed that the actual conditions perceived byconsumers related quality of beef has not fulfilled consumers'expectations. In result of qualityhouse, strong relationships contained the halalness attributes. Moderate relationshipsare contained in the freshness and cutting process. Weak relationship found in all facilitiesin the technical characteristics. In the value chain analysis, identified two types of flowactivity. The results of the stakeholder analysis shows that the attributes of consumers andentrepreneurs have the same powerful and highest position compared with other stakeholders.
