Abstract

Background : Based on data From the World Health Organization (WHO) expressed an increase in the incidence of gout disease. In Indonesia is known to occur at the age below 34 years (32%) and age more than 34 years (68%). Gout disease based on health service data of Pekanbaru is included in the 10 major diseases in Puskesmas. The disease begins with hyperuricemia conditions due to excessive production of uric acid metabolism and decreased urinary acid excretion or one of them. Shallots are known to have active compounds such as flavonoids, saponins, polyphenols, terpenoids, alkaloids. Research Objectives : To analyze the influence of red onion/shallot extract (Allium cepa L) on blood uric acid levels in white rats (rattus norvegicus) potassium-induced oksonate. Research Method : Using the design of experimental studies with the research draft "Pre and Posttest control group Design" using samples of 30 mice that were divided into five groups. Results : Use of shallot extract against the level of blood uric acid in white rats induced potassium oksonat is meaningful with evidence of a decrease in blood uric acid levels between before and after treatment. The most effective dose in lowering blood uric acid levels is a dose in the group of 400mg/KgBB/day. Conclusion : The administration of shallot is known to affect blood uric acid levels in white rats males, and the shallot is known to have active compounds to lower blood uric acid levels in the white rats males. Keywords : uric acid, shallot extract, hyperuricemia

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic had a huge impact on various sectors in Indonesia, including the economic sector. During the COVID-19 pandemic, there has been a significant decline in Indonesia's economic growth from 2019 to 2020, This is caused by the limited space for people to move around for social economic activities, which has an impact on decreasing supply or market balance in Indonesia itself. In response to this, Indonesia needs several methods to rebalance the market balance, especially from the household sphere, that is providing Social Security for former employees who have been laid off during the Covid-19 pandemic era. Not only in empowering workers who have been laid off several policies must be taken into consideration by the government and society, especially in re-stabilizing the country's economic flow. In this paper, the data collection method used is a qualitative research method with a normative juridical approach which is based on applicable legal rules and norms to be able to determine the results of problems based on the cases. The purpose of this writing is to find out the Indonesian government's solution to recovering the country's financial condition after the Covid-19 pandemic. The result of this paper can be concluded that there are national financial problems that arise as a result of the Covid-19 Pandemic causing economic losses, and the weakening of the rupiah exchange rate during the Pandemic. In terms of restoring the state's financial condition, the government took several steps by implementing an allocation policy, a Distribution Policy which is carried out by providing BLT or through social programs and providing more stimulation for the MSMEs community, and also do Stabilization Policy.

Abstract

Providing sufficient and quality breast milk is very important for the health and growth of infants, especially in the postpartum period. One alternative to increase the production and release of breast milk non-pharmacologically is by applying warm compresses to the breasts. This study aims to determine the effect of warm breast compresses on the adequacy of breast milk in postpartum mothers in Nagari Koto Padang, Koto Baru Health Center Working Area. The method used is quantitative with a pre-experimental one group pretest-posttest design. The sample size was 10 people, selected using a purposive sampling technique. Measurement of breast milk adequacy was carried out through a questionnaire before and after the intervention. The results of the study showed that the average decreased to 1.40, meaning that there was a decrease in the level of breast milk insufficiency after the intervention. Statistical tests with Wilcoxon showed a P value = 0.003 (<0.05), which means that the decrease was statistically significant. It can be concluded that warm breast compresses have a real effect in helping to ensure adequate breast milk supply in postpartum mothers and have been proven to significantly help to ensure adequate breast milk supply, so they can be used as an alternative non-pharmacological management. Keywords: warm compress, breast milk, breast milk adequacy, postpartum mother, baby
