Abstract

Industrial revolution of the 4.0 era, the industry began to touch the virtual world in the form of human, machine, and data connectivity. This term is known as the internet of things. The development of information technology today has an excellent influence on the development of Science. The era of the industrial revolution 4.0 marked by this development has made technology one of the tools that can help humans to achieve their goals. With the development of Information Technology currently has penetrated various sectors, such as the office sector in the field of public services, the service sector is one area to measure general satisfaction. In this field, employees are one of the spearheads that function to carry out their responsibilities. Apart from the rapid and rapid development of Information Technology, employees who provide services still do not have an accurate and comprehensive performance measurement system by community expectations and the vision and strategy of the institution's leadership. For this reason, an evaluation technique or method is needed to evaluate the work results of employees, to get maximum results, one of the methods used is a measurement method with the IT Balanced Scorecard approach. The technique itself is a system that has 4 (four) perspective methods at work, while the system is: User Orientation, Company Contribution, Operational Excellence, Maximum. Expectations with a performance measurement system using the IT Balanced Scorecard method to improve the evaluation and assessment system in performance measurement to be able to produce data that can be used in the management process of improving employee performance in institutions in the future.

Abstract

Background: Osteomyelitis is an inflammation of bone marrow, caused by microorganisms, developed from odontogenic infection, and usually also affects the cortical bone and periosteum. There are several classifications of the osteomyelitis, according to the affected anatomy, acute and chronic, suppurative and non-suppurative. The treatment of the osteomyelitis is surgery and antibiotic therapy. Objective: A case report of a management of chronic osteomyelitis came from odontogenic infection. Case: A-39-years old male patient who came to the hospital, presented complaining of pain and swelling of the right mandibular region for 1 year. From the dental history, tooth on the right lower jaw had been extracted about two years ago. Osteomyelitis had developed from odontogenic infection. On examination, there was an asymmetrical face, right-sided facial swelling and an extraoral fistula, edentulous at 46 and 47 regions. Panoramic radiograph showed radiolucent regions which surround aportion of dense bone. Management: The treatment were sequstrectomy and fistulectomy which performed under general anesthesia. Conclusion: A sequestrectomy is a surgical intervention in treatment of the chronic osteomyelitis to remove the necrotic bone, improve the blood supply in the involved area thereby allowing adequate penetration of antibiotic.

Abstract

The journey of the Religious Courts that has been passed in such a long period oftime means that we are talking about the past, namely the history of the Religious Courts.With the entry of Islam into Indonesia, which for the first time in the first century Hijri (1 H /7 AD) brought directly from Arabia by merchants from Mecca and Medina, the communitybegan to implement the teachings and rules of Islamic religion in everyday life. The ReligiousCourt is one of the Special Courts under the authority of the Supreme Court as the highestcourt in the Republic of Indonesia. As an Islamic Judiciary that had been established longbefore Indonesia's independence, the Religious Courts certainly could not be separated fromthe changes that occurred considering the reign of the Government of Indonesia had been heldby various people with different backgrounds, politics and goals, surely it would have animpact on the existence Religious Courts both materially and immaterially, including duringthe Dutch and Japanese colonial rule in Indonesia.

Abstract

Background : Based on data From the World Health Organization (WHO) expressed an increase in the incidence of gout disease. In Indonesia is known to occur at the age below 34 years (32%) and age more than 34 years (68%). Gout disease based on health service data of Pekanbaru is included in the 10 major diseases in Puskesmas. The disease begins with hyperuricemia conditions due to excessive production of uric acid metabolism and decreased urinary acid excretion or one of them. Shallots are known to have active compounds such as flavonoids, saponins, polyphenols, terpenoids, alkaloids. Research Objectives : To analyze the influence of red onion/shallot extract (Allium cepa L) on blood uric acid levels in white rats (rattus norvegicus) potassium-induced oksonate. Research Method : Using the design of experimental studies with the research draft "Pre and Posttest control group Design" using samples of 30 mice that were divided into five groups. Results : Use of shallot extract against the level of blood uric acid in white rats induced potassium oksonat is meaningful with evidence of a decrease in blood uric acid levels between before and after treatment. The most effective dose in lowering blood uric acid levels is a dose in the group of 400mg/KgBB/day. Conclusion : The administration of shallot is known to affect blood uric acid levels in white rats males, and the shallot is known to have active compounds to lower blood uric acid levels in the white rats males. Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian terapan yang bertujuan untuk mengoptimalkan sistem penjadwalan mata kuliah pada program studi Pendidikan Matematika FKIP Universitas Muslim Maros tahun akademik 2020/2021 menggunakan teori pewarnaan graf Welch-Powell. Sumber data pada penelitian ini adalah kartu rencana studi setiap tingkat mahasiswa program studi Pendidikan Matematika FKIP Universitas Muslim Maros semester genap tahun akademik 2020/2021, 14 dosen pengampuh mata kuliah, 17 ruang kuliah dan slot waktu yang tersedia untuk proses perkuliahan. Data penelitian ini diolah dan dianalisis dengan teori pewarnaan graf algoritma Welch-Powell, mata kuliah dimisalkan sebagai simpul-simpul graf dan hubungan antara mata kuliah tersebut dimisalkan sebagai sisi. Pewarnaan berdasarkan dari simpul berderajat tertinggi dan simpul-simpul yang bertetangga diberi warna yang berbeda. Simpul yang berwarna sama merupakan mata kuliah yang dapat diadakan secara bersamaan dan banyaknya warna yang dihasilkan menunjukkan banyaknya sesi perkuliahan yang dibutuhkan. Dengan penerapan teori pewarnaan graf dengan algoritma Welch-Powell dihasilkan jadwal perkuliahan yang optimal tanpa adanya bentrok antar mata kuliah.
