Abstract

Sosialisasi budaya organisasi menjadi bagian yang wajib dilakukan bagi pengelola organisasi dalam penguatan nilai-nilai budaya organisasi. Robbins (2003) mengatakan terdapat tiga tahap dalam sosialisasi budaya organisasi yaitu tahap prakedatangan, tahap pertemuan, dan tahap metamorfosis. Dalam penelitian ini, teori sosialisasi budaya organisasi tersebut diujikan dalam organisasi pondok pesantren Muhammadiyah yaitu Pendidikan Ulama Tarjih Muhammadiyah (PUTM). Dalam penelitian ini menghasilkan fakta bahwa teori sosialisasi budaya organisasi yang dikemukakan oleh Robbins dapat direalisasikan di PUTM. Dalam penelitian ini juga membahas tentang berbagai temuan tentang fenomena komunikasi yang terjadi dalam sosialisasi budaya organisasi di PUTM. Penelitian ini menggunakan studi kasus, agar lebih terfokus kepada objek kajian serta mampu menjelaskan objek-objek di sekitar kajian. Juga dalam makalah ini menggunakan motode wawancara, penelususan dokumen dan observasi langsung dalam proses pengumpulan data.Kata kunci: Sosialisasi, Budaya Organisasi, Pondok Pesantren

Abstract

Abstract: Organizational culture is not just a relative habit or moderate behavior, but rather as a unique characteristic of an organization. Organizational culture is a metaphor to depict norms, feelings, and activity patterns of a group as well as a communication climate rooted from a set of same norms. St. Paul Seminary is an institution that educates diocesan priests or pastors candidates. This study is based on case study and using interviews, document searches and direct observation in the data collection. The results show that the organizational communication applied in St. Paul’s Seminary is both vertical and horizontal.Abstrak: Budaya organisasi bukan sekedar kebiasaan relatif atau perilaku rata-rata (moderate behavior), melainkan sebagai karateristik unik suatu organisasi. Budaya organisasi merupakan metafora untuk menggambarkan norma, perasaan, dan pola-pola aktivitas suatu kelompok serta merupakan iklim komunikasi yang berakar pada seperangkat norma yang sama. Seminari Tinggi Santo Paulus adalah lembaga pendidikan yang mencetak calon-calon imam diosesan atau pastor. Studi ini berdasarkan pada studi kasus dan menggunakan wawancara, penelusuran dokumen dan observasi langsung dalam pengumpulan data. Hasil yang diperoleh memperlihatkan bahwa komunikasi organisasi yang diterapkan di Seminari Tinggi Santo Paulus bersifat vertikal dan horisontal.

Abstract

Usaha Micro Kecil Menengah (UMKM) berkembang cukup pesat, artinya pemberdayaan masyarakat agar mandiri berjalan dengan baik. Kemampuan UMKM untuk dapat bertahan di jaman serba digital saat ini sangat penting untuk menopang keberlangsungan unit usahanya. Terlebih lagi UMKM yang ada di daerah pedesaan, sangat diperlukan penyuluhan, pelatihan, dan pendampingan untuk dapat GO Online. UMKM dilatih agar Siap Digital yaitu dapat menggunakan teknologi-teknologi digital yang ada saat ini untuk meningkatkan kualitas pengelolaan. Selain itu juga dapat digunakan sebagai media promosi dan penjualan produk maupun jasa UMKM. Setelah UMKM Siap Digital dilanjutkan dengan pendampingan untuk memilih teknologi yang tepat sehingga pemanfaatan teknologi dapat benar-benar efektif dan efisien. Kegiatan Pelatihan GO Online diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kualitas pengelolaan UMKM, serta mampu memaksimalkan teknologi untuk memaksimalkan marketing.

Abstract

An effective leadership model can influence the personality of the leader himself. Every leader must be able to have aspects that can support efforts in improving good relations with members of the organization. The reality is that leaders must be able to deal with their members (employees) who have different characters, dispositions, and ideologies, the same as individual human traits who have different traits, attitudes, ways of thinking and views. Therefore, the figure of a leader must have the ability to influence the opinions and attitudes of others in order to carry out employee duties professionally. Employee performance really determines the results of the achievement of organizational performance, it is necessary to have a good system to be able to improve employee performance to support success in leading the company. The method in this study uses qualitative research with a descriptive approach. This research uses Aji's theory which includes Ingarso sung tulodo, Ing madyo mangunkarso, and Tut wuri handayani and also uses Bernandin and Russel's theory which covers the amount of work, work quality, work knowledge, creativity, cooperation, initiative, and personality. The results of this study indicate that the leadership model is very influential in improving employee performance and can also provide the best results for the company so that this increase becomes an achievement for all.

Abstract

Stunting is a major cause of under-five child mortality due to malnutrition. According to UNICEF, in 2022, 21.6% of children in Indonesia and over 11 million children in China were stunted, particularly in rural areas. This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of Risk Communication and Community Engagement (RCCE) in addressing stunting in both countries. RCCE involves effectively communicating stunting risks and fostering community participation in prevention and treatment efforts. A qualitative approach was employed, focusing on interpretive analysis of field data, including observations and interview with the Ministry of Health Indonesia. The findings reveal that both the Indonesian and Chinese governments have implemented commendable RCCE programs; however, their effectiveness can be further enhanced by strengthening communication, education, community participation, and monitoring. The study concludes that RCCE has significant potential to reduce stunting rates if implemented holistically and collaboratively.
