Abstract

The company's main goal to achieve maximum profit, so that the company's goals can be achieved, then the company should have a high effectiveness. Companies and employees are two things that need each other. The success employees of self-actualization of potential and an opportunity to meet their needs. As for the company, success is a means towards the growth and development of the company. The company's success is determined in part by either the employee job satisfaction.The population of study was employees of PT. Rianto Prima Jaya, amounting to 90 employees. The sampling technique used in this study is the Proportional stratified random sampling by taking a sample of 90 people. According Sugiyono (2007: 75), this technique is used when the population has members or elements that are not homogeneous and stratified proportionally. Measurement of variables in this study will use a Likert scale. This data was obtained through HRD in the company. This data is in the form of number of employees, section or division. The interview is with a question and answer directly to the employees of the company and the respondent regarding the motivation, job satisfaction, and employee performance in an organization or company. The questionnaire is to provide a list of written questions to the respondent on motivational factors and hygiene factors and job satisfaction PT. Rianto Prima Jaya. Validity is an instrument that can be used to measure what should be measured. This test is done to approach product moment correlation between each of the items that measure a variable with a total score of the variables. Reliability test was conducted to determine the level of consistency of measurement results when the data measured twice or more the same symptoms.The results showed that the variables of Hygiene negative effect and no significant effect on Employee Satisfaction at PT. Rianto Prima Jaya,, while Motivator variables provide a significant and positive effect on employee job satisfaction. Correlation / relationship between hygiene and motivator factors with job satisfaction of employees of PT. Rianto Prima Jaya is high enough for (r = 0710) in which the adjusted R-square is equal to 0710 this means 71% of the variation in the dependent variable job satisfaction of employees at PT. Rianto Prima Jayayang can be explained by the independent variables of Hygiene and Motivatorsedangkan the balance of 0.290 or 29% is explained by other variables outside the existing variable. Abstract

Keputusan pembelian menggambarkan tahapan dimana konsumen mempertimbangkan beberapa aspek serta alibi yang menguatkan konsumen guna memutuskan membeli sesuatu produk maupun jasa tertentu. Perusahaan harus mempunyai strategi pemasaran yang tepat untuk produk yang dihasilkannya seperti memberikan kualitas produk dengan mutu terjaga, citra merk yang menjadikan konsumen lebih mengingat mie lemonilo karena merupakan mie instan alami yang tergolong aman dan sehat untuk dikonsumsi dan promosi yang menarik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa seberapa besar pengaruh kualitas produk, citra merek, serta promosi terhadap keputusan pembelian mie lemonilo. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer yang berasal dari kuesioner yang disebar secara online dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 100 orang yang dipilih secara acak. Teknik pengambilan riset ini memakai tata cara metode Probability Sampling dan dengan perhitungan mengunakan rumus Rao Purba. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel kualitas produk, citra merk dan promosi secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian dan secara simultan kualitas produk, citra merk dan promosi berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian.

Abstract

Abstract:  The COVID-19 pandemic has hit all over the world, in the last two years and has changed the pace, structure and nature of social life. This study aims to detect COVID-19 using a chest x-ray image dataset sourced from kaggle.com, which is divided into 4 categories. The proposed method is CNN with MobileNetV2 architecture, by dividing 80% train data and 20% test data into 224x224 and batch size 32. The optimizer uses SGD, lr 0.005, momentum 0.9 and epoch 20. The results of the study with the achievement of precision values for the covid category 0.99, lung opacity 0.98, normal 0.96 and viral pneumonia category reached 0.99. Further studies can use the development of the CNN model and can try with other optimizers.Abstrak: Pandemi covid-19 telah melanda diseluruh dunia, dalam dua tahun terakhir dan mengubah langkah, struktur dan sifat kehidupan bermasyarakat. Penelitian ini  bertujuan untuk mendeteksi covid-19 menggunakan dataset citra chest x-ray yang bersumber dari kaggle.com, yang dibagi menjadi 4 kategori. Metode yang diusulkan yaitu CNN dengan arsitektur MobileNetV2, dengan membagi data train 80% dan data test 20% ukuran citra menjadi 224x224 dan batch size 32. Optimizer menggunakan SGD, lr 0.005, momentum 0.9 serta epoch 20. Hasil penelitian ini dengan capaian nilai presisi untuk kategori covid 0.99, lung opacity 0.98, normal 0.96 dan kategori viral pneumonia mencapai 0.99. Studi selanjutnya dapat menggunakan pengembangan dari model CNN serta dapat mencoba dengan optimizer yang lain.

Abstract

In the era of the COVID-19 pandemic, saving activities are becoming increasingly important for students as a strategy in dealing with future economic uncertainties. However, there are several factors that can influence student saving behavior during this pandemic. Some of these factors include the influence of financial conditions, the level of closeness with family, access to technology, and psychological factors. During the COVID-19 pandemic, students around the world are facing increasing economic uncertainty. Therefore, saving is an important strategy for students in facing an uncertain future. However, various factors such as financial conditions, relationships with family, access to technology, and psychological factors can influence student saving behavior. This requires extra attention from educational institutions and financial institutions in providing the necessary education and support for students in facing economic challenges during the COVID-19 pandemic. The research method used is the literature method by conducting a literature search that is relevant to the research topic using sources such as online databases, journals, books, articles, and other publications. That the factors influencing student saving behavior during the COVID-19 pandemic may vary, such as personal financial conditions, general economic stability, the influence of family and friends, and lifestyle changes that have occurred as a result of the pandemic.
