Abstract

Halal Branding has become a trend and will continue to grow. Halal Branding is implemented in almost all fields, especially food, medicine, cosmetics, fashion, and even tourism. Muslims use halal Branding as a guarantee of consuming a product to avoid sins. Meanwhile, Halal Branding is used by non-Muslims, one of which is for business and consumption purposes. Halal Branding not only guarantees the product is healthy and safe but also as Islamic religious doctrine. This study aims to determine how much Halal Branding is trying to ground the halal concept as the best concept in the halal lifestyle. Another objective is to observe various approaches in developing Halal Branding so that the existence of Halal Branding as a religious doctrine can become a medium for preaching to all groups, including non-Muslims, so that the acceleration of the development of Islamic da'wah will be more aggressive. This paper is expected to be used as knowledge and development of halal in life aspects to be appropriately implemented. Research results show that halal Branding indirectly into religious doctrine on halal products and become a useful tool of Islamic da'wah.

Abstract

Purpose - This study aims to determine the implementation of ta'widh (compensation) for default customers on KPR Platinum iB in the perspective of Fatwa DSN-MUI No.129 / DSN-MUI / VII / 2019.Method - This study uses a qualitative analysis method with data collection techniques through observation, in-depth interviews and documentation. Purposive sampling technique is used by selecting sources who are considered the most knowledgeable related to the research topic.Result - The results of this study indicate that the implementation of ta'widh for default customers on the KPR Platinum iB is in accordance with the DSN-MUI Fatwa No.129 / DSN-MUI / VII / 2019. But in practice, there are several notes. The implementation of ta'widh and ta'zir at Bank BTN KCPS Karawaci is different. Ta'widh is charged to customers who experience delays in paying their obligations for more than 180 days and the ta'widh funds obtained will be recorded as Bank revenue. Ta'zir will be charged to customers who do not pay installments according to the due date and the ta'zir funds obtained will be recorded as non-halal income.Implication - This research can be used as a reference in measuring the conformity between the DNS-MUI Fatwa No. 129 / DSN-MUI / VII / 2019 with its implementation in the practice of financing in Islamic banks.Originality - This research focuses on analyzingimplementation of ta'widh (compensation) for default customers on KPR Platinum iB in the perspective of Fatwa DSN-MUI No.129 / DSN-MUI / VII / 2019..

Abstract

Crisis conditions caused by Coronavirus Disease 2019 (Covid-19) which spread widely to the Tangerang area. Various policies to prevent the spread of COVID-19 actually have bad implications for various other sectors, especially in the economic sector. The Covid-19 pandemic has made everything that was originally done offline/offline now turns into an online/online system, including the business activities carried out by the UKM "Nasi Uduk Kak Uwir" in Binong Village, Tangerang Regency. This community service activity aims to assist business actors "Nasi Uduk Kak Uwir" in the context of re-branding, re-packing, and re-promoting in order to increase business attractiveness so that it becomes a leading micro-enterprise. The activity is carried out using the PAR (Participatory Action Research) method, which is a method that actively involves all relevant parties (stakeholders) in reviewing ongoing actions. Through this method, nasi uduk business actors take part in re-branding, re-packing, and re-promoting activities in increasing the attractiveness of nasi uduk. The result of this activity is an effort to realize a futuristic business branding image, innovative and creative product packaging and digitalization of the marketing of “Nasi Usuk Kak Uwir” in the form of Go-food, Grab-food, Google maps and Instagram as digital marketing media so that “Nasi Uduk Kak Uwir” can compete and develop significantly into a leading micro-enterprise. Digitalization of marketing is carried out to facilitate transactions between sellers and buyers without any time and place limits and to assist SMEs in marketing their products online.

Abstract

Halal tourism has received a rejection from several people in Indonesia because it is understood as a form of Islamization of tourism. This rejection is evidence of the lack of literacy in Halal Tourism in the community regarding Halal Tourism. The purpose of this paper is to investigate the rejection of Halal Tourism in several regions of Indonesia and to discover the important role of Halal Tourism literacy in responding to the rejection of Halal Tourism from some communities. This study used a qualitative descriptive approach using document analysis as a data collection technique. The results of this study indicate that Halal Tourism literacy is very important to be able to increase public understanding of Halal Tourism that the concept of Halal Tourism is a universal concept that can be accepted by all religions, societies, cultures, and governments. Halal Tourism Literacy has an important role to socialize that Halal Tourism is not a form of Islamization of tourism but rather an extended service in the tourism industry in Indonesia.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the Islamic financial literacy index and strategies to increase the Islamic financial literacy index in the millennial generation because based on data released by the OJK through the 2019 National Financial Literacy and Inclusion Survey that the level of Islamic financial literacy is relatively low at 8.39%. The methodology in this study is to use qualitative research with a library approach by analyzing the results of a survey conducted by OJK relating to Islamic financial literacy. The results of this study explain that the Islamic financial literacy index for the millennial generation is low so several strategies are needed to increase the Islamic financial literacy index, namely strategies to educate and socialize the importance of Islamic finance in financial management for millennials through social media, strategies for government participation in increasing Islamic financial literacy, strategies for collaboration between the government and educational institutions in providing easy access to Islamic finance with programs for the millennial generation, strategies for utilizing influencer marketing in marketing Islamic banking products and services, and strategies for increasing the Islamic financial literacy index through the participation of Islamic financial institutions by providing rewards for the millennial generation who have utilized sharia financial products and services.

Abstract

Purpose – This study aims to analyze the utilization of zakat funds carried out by BAZNAS Tangerang City through the ZMart program. Methodology – The method in this research is the descriptive qualitative method. The primary sources in this study were interviews and observations of the administrator of the ZMart BAZNAS program in Tangerang City, mustahik, who owns a ZMart store, and ZMart consumers. Secondary data sources come from several articles, data, and information related to the ZMart program.Findings – The results of this study illustrate that the utilization of zakat funds through the ZMart program is still unable to improve the welfare of mustahik towards muzakki because of the limited capital provided in managing their business, so they are only able to survive in managing a small shop. However, the ZMart application has been beneficial in managing small stalls even though the shop owners are still relatively low in using the latest technology.Practical implications – This research can be a source of data for BAZNAS Tangerang City and researchers, in general, to evaluate the ZMart program and its implementation to improve the welfare of mustahik towards muzakki.Originality – most studies analyze ZMart as a mustahik empowerment program focusing on the programs it does. This research focused on the results of the ZMart program, which can provide welfare in managing the business to increase the degree of mustahik to become muzakki.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui bagaimana implementasi akad murabahah pada pembiayaan kendaran bermotor di BMT Bina Insan Sejahtera Mandiri Syariah Tangerang dengan kesesuaian Fatwa DSN-MUI No.04/DSN-MUI/IV/2000 tentang murabahah. Metode penelitian adalah dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif dan jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian lapangan. Sumber data yang digunakan dalam skripsi ini yaitu data primer yang diperoleh dari sumbernya langsung dengan melakukan wawancara dengan pihak-pihak yang bersangkutan. Sedangkan data sekunder dihasilkan dari studi dokumentasi, observasi, dan studi pustaka. Hasil dari penelitian yang dilakukan di BMT Bisma Kelapa Dua Kabupaten Tangerang adalah BMT BISMA dalam implementasinya sudah sesuai dengan Fatwa DSN MUI NO:04/DSN-MUI/IV/2000 tentang murabahah, namun terdapat perbedaan dalam penentuan uang muka. Didalam fatwa DSN MUI diperbolehkan bank meminta uang muka tetapi di BMT BISMA tidak meminta uang muka melainkan hanya meminta agunan surat-surat berharga kendaraan lama yang dimiliki oleh anggota atau surat-surat penting lainnya agar anggota serius dalam membayar angsuran hutangnya, dan agunan tersebut sifatnya hanya sebagai wadi’ah saja, padahal fatwa juga dijelaskan agunan bisa digunakan sebagai jaminan apabila anggota lalai/bermasalah dalam angsurannya.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran Bank BTN Syariah dalam mendukung program sejuta rumah untuk rakyat dalam pelayanan, pemasaran, dan pembiayaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini adalah sumber data primer yang diperoleh dari hasil observasi dan wawancara karyawan Bank BTN Syariah KCS Tangerang, nasabah dan pakar perbankan syariah. Sedangkan data sekunder diperoleh dari beberapa dokumen, brosur, website, artikel, buku, brosur, dan lainnya yang relevan dengan penelitian ini. Berdasarkan penelitian, diperoleh hasil bahwa peran Bank BTN Syariah dalam program sejuta rumah untuk rakyat sangat penting karena dapat memberikan kemudahan kepada masyarakat dalam memiliki rumah yang layak. Peran BTN Syariah dalam program sejuta rumah untuk rakyat dapat dilakukan dalam beberapa kategori, yaitu: Pertama, kategori pelayanan. Bank BTN Syariah selalu menjunjung lima dimensi kualitas pelayanan yaitu bukti fisik, kehandalan, daya tanggap, jaminan dan perhatian. Kedua, kategori pemasaran, Bank BTN Syariah memasarkan produk dan jasa dengan mengunakan metode langsung dan tidak langsung, pemasaran langsung dengan personal selling dan secara tidak langsung dengan beriklan melalui iklan banner, brosur, televisi dan media sosial. Ketiga, peran Bank BTN Syariah dalam kategori pembiayaan dengan memberikan produk pinjaman kepada semua pihak terkait dengan pembangunan perumahan, baik dari sisi supply maupun demand.

Abstract

Berdasarkan data Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK) bahwa terdapat dua belas bank yang bangkrut hingga bulan Juni 2024 yang terdiri dari Bank Perekonomian Rakyat (BPR) dan Bank Perekonomian Rakyat Syariah (BPRS). Problematika perbankan yang bangkrut karena adanya fraud. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi dan menangani risiko fraud dalam kerangka kerja yang mematuhi prinsip-prinsip syariah. Penelitian ini juga dilakukan untuk dapat mendeteksi dan tantangan fraud di perbankan syariah serta menganalisa strategi pencegahan fraud guna meminimalisir terjadinya tindakan fraud. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus pada bank yang mengalami kebangkrutan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, dapat diketahui bahwa mayoritas bank syariah mengalami kebangkrutan karena adanya tindakan fraud yang dilakukan oleh oknum bankir. Fraud dilarang bertentangan dengan hukum positif dan hukum syariah di Indonesia. Tindakan fraud yang umum terjadi di perbankan syariah berupa korupsi, penggelapan aset, pemalsuan laporan keuangan, tindak pidana bank, dan pencucian uang. Beberapa strategi pencegahan fraud pada sektor perbankan syariah yaitu pertama adalah pencegahan. Kedua adalah strategi deteksi. Ketiga adalah strategi investigasi, pelaporan, dan sanksi. Keempat adalah strategi pemantauan, evaluasi, dan tindak lanjut. Kelima adalah strategi pengawasan terhadap kepatuhan syariah karena dapat memastikan bahwa semua kegiatan bank sesuai dengan aturan-aturan syariah dan tidak melibatkan praktik-praktik yang dilarang oleh hukum Islam.

Abstract

Perbankan syariah dituntut untuk dapat melakukan pengembangan produk yang lebih inovatif dan kompetitif sehingga dapat bersaing pada sektor perbankan di Indonesia. Salah satu pengembangan produk adalah dengan menerbitkan produk dengan menggunakan multi akad (Hybrid Contract). Multi akad merupakan sebuah konsep dalam perbankan syariah di mana sebuah produk atau transaksi menggunakan kombinasi dari dua atau lebih akad (kontrak) syariah yang berbeda. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisa konsep Hybrid Contract (multi akad) dan mengeksplorasi berbagai bentuk implementasi Hybrid Contract (multi akad) dalam produk dan layanan perbankan syariah dalam perspektif Fikih Muamalah. Studi ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan pendekatan penelitian kepustakaan. Penelitian ini mendapati bahwa implementasi Hybrid Contract (multi akad) dalam perbankan syariah terdapat tiga model akad, yaitu: Pertama, model akad tunggal, mengacu pada situasi di mana hanya satu jenis perjanjian yang terlibat dalam suatu transaksi. Kedua, akad berganda atau Murakkabah yaitu penggabungan beberapa akad dalam satu proses muamalah dengan cara disatukan atau beralih, di mana semua kewajiban serta hak pada akad-akad tersebut dipersepsikan sebagai akibat ketentuan dari suatu transaksi. Ketiga, akad terbilang (Muta’addidah) merujuk pada perjanjian yang melibatkan berbagai aspek seperti objek, akad, pelaku, harga, dan sebagainya yang terdiri lebih dari satu perjanjian yang digabungkan dalam satu transaksi. Multi akad dalam perbankan syariah berdasarkan perspektif Fikih Muamalah adalah boleh dengan syarat harus sesuai dengan ketentuan prinsip-prinsip syariah dalam pelaksanaannya yaitu dengan adanya ketetapan fatwa yang dikeluarkan oleh Dewan Syariah Nasional Majelis Ulama Indonesia.
