Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan motivasi, aktivitas dan hasil belajar mahasiswa melalui penerapan strategi Problem Based Learning (PBL) terintegrasi model pembelajaran kooperatif Peer Mediated Instruction and Intervention (PMII) Tipe Class Wide Peer Tutoring (CWPT) pada mata kuliah fisiologi tumbuhan Program studi pendidikan biologi Sekolah Tinggi Keguruan dan Ilmu Pendidikan Pembagunan Indonesia (STKIP-PI) Makassar.Jenis penelitian ini ádalah penelitian tindakan kelas (Classrom Action). Subyek penelitian ini yaitu mahasiswa program studi pendidikan biologi yang sedang menempuh mata kuliah Fisiologi Tumbuhan pada semester genap (dua) tahun akademik 2017/2018. Prosedur Penelitian dilaksanakan melalui proses beralur terdiri dari 4 tahap, yaitu: perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi, dan refleksi. Teknik Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan teknik observasi, tes, angket dan dokumentasi.Dokumentasi digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data hasil kinerja/prestasi mahasiswa selama proses pembelajaran berlangsung. Data yang terkumpul kemudian dianalisis menggunakan teknik persentase, statistik deskriptif, dan analisis kualitatif. Dari hasil penelitian ini diperoleh data bahwa untuk motivasi belajar pada siklus 1 sebesar 76,18% dan siklus 2 sebesar 85,72% menunjukkan peningkatan sebesar 9,54%. Untuk aktivitas belajar pada siklus 1 sebesar 73% dan siklus 2 78% menunjukkan peningkatan 5%. Untuk hasil belajar siklus 1 sebesar 38,09% dan siklus 2 sebesar 61,91% menunjukkan peningkatan 23,82%. Berdasarkan data tersebut disimpulkan bahwa  penerapan strategi Problem Based Learning (PBL) terintegrasi model pembelajaran kooperatif Peer Mediated Instruction and Intervention (PMII) Tipe Class Wide Peer Tutoring (CWPT) dapat meningkatkan motivasi, aktivitas dan hasil belajar fisiologi tumbuhan mahasiswa STKIP Pembagunan Indonesia Makassar. Kata Kunci: Problem Based Learning (PBL), CWPT, PTK,Motivasi,Aktivitas dan Hasil Belajar.

Abstract

Indonesia is a country with enormous natural wealth, including a wealth of plant species and a diversity of tribes that have local wisdom in the form of traditional medicine traditions. This study aims to: (1) determine the types of medicinal plants; (2) Knowing the plant organs used for treatment; (3) Knowing the process of processing medicinal plants and how to use the ingredients. The research method used is descriptive method and data collection techniques are carried out through observation, interviews, exploration, collection and documentation. The research data were analyzed descriptively and tabulated in tabular form. The results showed: (1) there were 13 species of medicinal plants in Golo Ketak Village, Boleng District, West Manggarai Regency, (2) parts of the plant organs used to treat the roots/rhizomes/tubers, stems, leaves and fruits; (3) the me thod of processing medicinal plants is by boiling, grating, pounding and smearing Indonesia is a country with enormous natural wealth. Abstract

This research is a classroom action research (Classroom Action Research) with the aim of improving students' cognitive learning outcomes through the application of the cooperative learning model The Power of Two students of class XI.b Madrasah Aliyah Madani Pao-pao, Gowa Regency on excretory system material. The research subjects consisted of 40 students with the implementation stage carried out in two cycles (Cycle I and Cycle II), while the data obtained were analyzed using quantitative descriptive analysis. The results showed that the application of the cooperative learning model type The Power of Two can improve cognitive learning outcomes for students of class XI.b Madrasah Aliyah Madani Pao-pao, Gowa Regency. The increase is shown from the results of the research cycle I to cycle II, namely the average value of students' cognitive learning outcomes increased from 59.00 to 68.80 and an increase in the percentage of students who completed from 45.00% to 87.5%. Based on the results of quantitative analysis, the increase in students' cognitive biology learning outcomes from cycle I to cycle II was 42.5%, so it can be concluded that there was an increase in cognitive learning outcomes for students in class XI.b Madrasah Aliyah Madani Pao-pao, Gowa Regency.
