Abstract Satpol PP is given the authority to serve and maintain public order, and on the other hand the emergence of conflicts with the community that can reduce the discipline of Satpol PP. Therefore, the author considers the importance of this research to find out: (1) The Effect of Performance Allowance on the Performance of the Civil Service Police Unit (Satpol PP) East Jakarta City. (2) The Effect of Work Discipline on the Performance of East Jakarta City Satpol PP Employees and (3) The Effect of Simultaneous Performance Allowance and Work Discipline on the Performance of East Jakarta City Satpol PP Employees. The research method uses quantitative methods with the number of respondents as many as 90 employees of the East Jakarta City Satpol PP. The results of the hypothesis test in this study stated: (1) Performance Allowance has a positive and significant effect on the performance of East Jakarta City Satpol PP employees of 20.5%. (2) Work discipline has a positive and significant effect on the performance of East Jakarta City Satpol PP employees by 24.7%. (3) Performance allowances and work discipline simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on East Jakarta City Satpol PP employees by 30.3%. This study recommends that it is necessary to increase allowances and work discipline, in order to be able to improve the performance of the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government Satpol PP.Keywords: Allowance; Performance; Discipline; Satpol PP. AbstrakSatpol PP diberikan kewenangan dalam pelayanan dan menjaga ketertiban masyarakat, dan sisi lain munculnya benturan dengan masyarakat yang dapat menurunkan kedisiplinan Satpol PP. Karenanya, penulis beranggapan pentingnya penelitian ini untuk mengetahui: (1) Pengaruh Tunjangan Kinerja terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Satuan Polisi Pamong Praja (Satpol PP) Kota Jakarta Timur. (2) Pengaruh Disiplin Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Satpol PP Kota Jakarta Timur dan (3) Pengaruh Tunjangan Kinerja dan Disiplin kerja secara simultan Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Satpol PP Kota Jakarta Timur. Metode penelitian menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 90 Pegawai Satpol PP Kota Jakarta Timur. Hasil uji Hipotesis dalam penelitian ini menyatakan: (1) Tunjangan Kinerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja Pegawai Satpol PP Kota Jakarta Timur 20,5%. (2) Disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja Pegawai Satpol PP Kota Jakarta Timur sebesar 24,7%. (3) Tunjangan kinerja dan Disiplin kerja secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Pegawai Satpol PP Kota Jakarta Timur sebesar 30,3%. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan agar perlu ditingkatkannya tunjangan dan disiplin kerja, agar mampu meningkatkan kinerja Satpol PP Pemprov DKI Jakarta.Kata kunci: Tunjangan; Kinerja; Disiplin; Satpol PP.
