<![CDATA[ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh latar belakang pendidikan terhadap efektivitas kinerja pegawai. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif. Sampel dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari 11 informan di PT. Eriadi Fatkhur Rokhman. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa latar belakang pendidikan terhadap efektivitas kinerja karyawan pada PT. Eriadi Fatkhur Rokhman berpengaruh positif signifikan. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan latar belakang pendidikan pegawai yang tingkat pendidikannya mayoritas menempuh pendidikan tinggi dan sesuai dengan spesifikasi jurusan serta efektifitas kinerja yang dihasilkan pada PT. Eriadi Fatkhur Rokhman telah diraih dengan baik.Kata kunci: latar belakang pendidikan, efektivitas kinerja karyawan.ABSTRACTThis study aims to identify and analyze the effect of educational background on the effectiveness of employee performance. The approach used in this research is qualitative. The sample in this study consisted of 11 informants at PT. Eriadi Fatkhur Rokhman. The data collection technique in this research is descriptive qualitative. The results showed that the educational background on the effectiveness of employee performance at PT. Eriadi Fatkhur Rokhman had a significant positive effect. It is evidenced by the educational background of employees whose education levels are the majority taking higher education and in accordance with the specifications of the majors and the effectiveness of the resulting performance at PT.
