Abstract: The objective of this research was to investigate the effect of learning models on the high order mathematical thinking skill viewed from the emotional quotient of the students. The learning models compared were PBL model, GI learning model, and direct learning model. This research used the quasi experimental research. Its population was all of the students in Grade VII of State Junior Secondary Schools in Sragen. The samples of the research were taken by using the stratified cluster random sampling technique and consisted of 269 students. They were grouped into three classes, namely: 90 students in Experimental Class 1, 90 students in Experimental Class 2, and 89 students in Control Class. The instruments to collect the data were test of high order mathematical thinking skill, and emotional quotient questionnaire. The proposed hypotheses of the research were analyzed by using the two way analysis of variance with unbalanced cells. The results of the research were as follows. (1) PBL model results better high order mathematical thinking skill than GI learning model, and direct learning model, GI learning model results better high order mathematical thinking skill than direct learning model. (2) Emotional quotient gives students different effect on high order mathematical thinking skill of students. The students with the high emotional quotient have better high order mathematical thinking skill than those with the moderate emotional quotient and those with the low emotional quotient, the students with the moderate emotional quotient have better high order mathematical thinking skill than those with the low emotional quotient. (3) There was not an interaction of the aforementioned learning models and the categories of the emotional quotient on the high order mathematical thinking skill of the students.Keywords: PBL model, GI learning model, direct learning model, high order mathematical thinking skill and emotional quotient

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) mengembangkan modul berbasis Problem Based Learning (PBL) guna memfasilitasi Kemampuan Berpikir Matematika Tingkat Tinggi (KBMTT) siswa; (2) mengetahui kualitas modul berbasis PBL berdasarkan peringkat validator; dan (3) mengetahui efektivitas modul tersebut. Penelitian ini termasuk penelitian pengembangan, meliputi tahap pendahuluan, tahap pengembangan, dan tahap pengujian produk. Instrumen yang digunakan meliputi lembar penilaian modul berbasis PBL dan tes KBMTT. Subjek penelitian adalah pihak-pihak yang terlibat selama proses pengujian produk, yaitu validator modul berbasis PBL dan siswa yang akan menggunakan modul tersebut. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini meliputi analisis data pengembangan modul, kualitas modul, dan efektivitas penggunaan modul. Produk yang dihasilkan dari penelitian ini adalah modul matematika berbasis PBL untuk memfasilitasi keterampilan berpikir matematika tingkat tinggi yang dilengkapi dengan perangkat pembelajaran. Kata Kunci: Modul berbasis PBL, Kemampuan Berpikir Matematis Tingkat Tinggi.                           Abstract : This study aims to (1) develop a module based on Problem Based Learning (PBL) to facilitate High Level Mathematical Thinking Ability (KBMTT) of students; (2) knowing the quality of PBL-based modules based on validator ratings; and (3) knowing the effectiveness of the module. This research includes development research, including the preliminary stage, the development stage, and the product testing phase. The instruments used included the PBL-based module assessment sheet and the KBMTT test. The research subjects are the parties involved during the product testing process, namely PBL-based module validators and students who will use the module. The data analysis in this study includes module development data analysis, module quality, and module usage effectiveness. The products produced from this study are PBL-based mathematical modules to facilitate high-level mathematical thinking skills equipped with learning devices. This research aims to develop the design of wind-solar power plants in shrimp pond areas. The prototype was developed according to the design of the generator made. Design efficiency is demonstrated by analyzing electrical energy generated in the system. The methods include: build generator system design, prototype assembly and testing. The design developed is to maximize work of the radial generator system through manufacturing of rotors with neodymium magnets. The test results obtained an average battery charging of 29.72 watts. The lowest solar intensity occurs at 06.00 WIB (46300 lumens). While the highest intensity occurred at 14.00 WIB (116200 lumens). The highest wind speed of 2.8 m/s at 12:00 WIB. This clarifies that the intensity of the sun and wind speed affect the value of battery, the value will be directly proportional that the greater the intensity and speed, the greater electrical energy produced.

Zakat?s fund raising is currently far below its great potential in Indonesia which indicates the low of interest from the community to tithe. To increase the interest, the organization of Zakat Management created someinnovations to the management of zakat. This study aims to determine the innovations of zakat management which have been initiated by Dompet Dhuafa Waspada and to see how it affects the interest of tithe to Dompet Dhuafa. The sample are Professional Muzakki who pay zakat at LAZ Dompet Dhuafa Waspada. This study was a quantitative study, used data processing methods through SPSS 22. The results of the study showed that Dompet Dhuafa Waspada has made some innovations of collecting zakat method, its distribution program, its utilization and reporting system on management implementation. While the impact analysis found that the innovations of zakat management variables aff ected the variable interest to tithe with t count> t-table is 52.339> 1.66.

Examining visual representations of knowledge, generally speaking of imagery or mental imagery. In recent years, mental imagery through visual representation in mathematical problem solving is still an interesting study to be explored. However, studies on the implications of visual representation of blind people have received much less investigative attention. In this paper, we will investigate three factors that address the goal of this review and to present some of the prominent questions for future research: 1) format of visual representation; 2) mental imagery on the congenital blindness; and 3) visualization on mathematical word problem-solving. Results indicate that the visual representation of knowledge is very substantially used to communicate various types of knowledge that describe relationships or patterns. Mental visualization between congenitally blind and sighted people qualitatively similar, but this results only on visuospatial skills. The results also indicate that visual representation can be used as a tool to solve mathematical word problems. For further study, this result proposes how the mental imagery of blind people can solve the mathematical problems (e.g. geometry, statistics) through visualization.

Distribution becomes a key issue in the management of zakat in terms of its elementary role to achieve maqasid sharia as the goal. Today, there are a plenty of innovative programs made by zakat management agencies in distributing zakat such as by DDW in North Sumatra to persuade people to give up their zakat to optimize in targeting the maqasid sharia. This study will elaborate the role of distribution in meeting the requirement of targeted maqashid sharia involving qualitative data collection method based on interview and documentary inter-rater reliability procedure. The study reveals that the distribution organized by DDW has been successfully allocating zakat to major eligible beneficiaries which are predominantly poor and not riqab. Those programs have met the indicators of the fulfillment of the maqashid sharia. This study could explore more extensively on targeting to riqab and to the supporting programs purposing to hifz an-nasl (preserving the descendants).

ABSTRACTThe aim of this study is to know the effect ofemotional quotienttowardhigh order mathematical thinking skill students of Universitas Nahdlatul Ulama Lampung. This research is a quantitative research. The technique of collecting data is test in the form of essay test. The population of this study is allstudents of the sixth semester of Mathematics Education studyprogram inUniversitas Nahdlatul Ulama Lampung consisting of 60 students. The sample in this research is 40 students of Mathematics Education Study Program. The collecting data instrument is the instrument of high order mathematical thinking skillstudent and emotional quotient questionnaire instrument. The validity of the test instrument and questionnaire was performed by the validator, the test reliability was tested by the KR-20 formula and the questionnaire reliability was tested by the Alpha formula. The result of analysis concluded thatthe result of student highemotional quotient have betterhigh order mathematical thinking skill with student moderate and low emotional quotient, student moderate emotional quotient have betterhigh order mathematical thinking skill with student low emotional quotient.Key Words: Emotional Quotient, High Order Mathematical Thinking Skill

Fish in the river are mubahah goods that do not belong to anyone so that everyone can have them perfectly (milk at-tamm) by hunting them (ishthiyad). However, in the lubuk larangan case, local villagers forbade people from anywhere to hunt fish at that location, with any fishing gear, for a certain period. They also release fish seeds there and then ask for some payment when harvesting the forbidden river for those who want to hunt fish. This article aims to describe the problems in the lubuk larangan case related to the practice of muamalah jurisprudence using qualitative methods with a fiqh-empirical approach. The results invite us to discuss how the fiqh of muamalah reviews the prohibition on hunting fish in the lubuk larangan area, the release of fish seeds in the prohibition area and their ownership status, and the transaction costs of fish hunting in the lubuk larangan area.

This study aims to identify and analyze the opportunities and challenges faced by professional accountants, how accountants deal with technological advances, and technological developments in the Industrial Revolution Era 4.0. The approach used in this research is qualitative. The sample in this study consisted of 4 informants at PT. Eriadi Fatkhur Rokhman. The data collection technique in this research is to conduct structured interviewsThe results show that if accountants must be technology literate and able to adapt to technology, even though technology will not eliminate the accounting profession but will reshape it with new and challenging responsibilities, it is likely that some of the accounting profession's work will be taken over by technology, accountants will turn into interpreter, or analyze and interpret data, so that the accounting profession can continue to survive, therefore, accountants must be able to follow existing developments. Abstrak: Jenis penelitian yang dilakukan adalah penelitian kualitatif yang bertujuan mendeskripsikan kemampuan berpikir matematis tingkat tinggi mahasiswa pendidikan matematika semester empat Universitas Nahdlatul Ulama Lampung. Pengambilan subjek menggunakan snowball sampling. Subjek penelitian meliputi 12 sebjek. Penelitian dilakukan dengan cara observasi, tes dan wawancara. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data dari 12 subjek yang diteliti dapat disimpulkan bahwa: (1) subjek yang memiliki kategori kecerdasan emosional tinggi menunjukkan kemampuan berpikir matematis tingkat tinggi yang baik; (2) subjek yang memiliki kategori kecerdasan emosional sedang menunjukkan kemampuan berpikir matematis tingkat tinggi yang cukup; (3) subjek yang memiliki kategori kecerdasan emosional rendah menunjukkan kemampuan berpikir matematis tingkat tinggi yang rendah.Abstract: The Qualitative Research method aim to describe the level of students mathematics education high order mathematical thinking skill of Universitas Nahdlatul Ulama Lampung. The data used snowball sampling. The participans of this study were 12 students. The research used observation , test and interview. Based on the data analysis result from 12 subjects, the reseacher concluded that: (1) subjects who have high emotional quotient show that their high order mathematical thinking skill is good, (2) subjects who have medium emotional quotient show that their high order mathematical thinking skill is enough; (3) subjects who have low emotional quotient show their high order mathematical thinking skill is low.
