Abstract

Penelitian dilakukan untuk menganalisa pengaruh brand image dan kualitas pelayanan terhadap loyalitas pengguna aplikasi Jaga dengan kepuasan sebagai variable intervening. Pengguna aplikasi Jaga yang dimaksud adalah PNS di lingkungan pemerintahan, dan mengambil 138 orang sebagai sampel penelitian. Pengambilan data menggunakan kuisioner tertutup dan dilakukan secara kuantitatif, serta dengan menggunakan metode Path Analysis. Penelitian menemukan bahwa kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan pengguna dan ikut mempengaruhi loyalitas. Brand image berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan pengguna dan ikut mempengaruhi loyalitas namun tidak signifikan. Kepuasan pengguna tidak dapat memediasi pengaruh antara brand image dan kualitas pelayanan terhadap loyalitas. The study was conducted to analyze the effect of brand image and service quality on the loyalty of users of the Jaga application with satisfaction as an intervention variable. The users of the Jaga application in question are civil servants in Ministries, Institutions and Local Governments, and take 138 people as research samples. Data retrieval using closed questionnaires and carried out quantitatively, as well as using the Path Analysis method. The study found that service quality affects user satisfaction and affects loyalty. Brand image has an effect on user satisfaction and affects loyalty but not significantly. user satisfaction cannot mediate the effect of brand image and service quality on loyalty.

Abstract

AbstrakPengaruh motivasi, disiplin dan manajemen stres kerja yang diduga mempengaruhi kinerja pegawai Anggota Satuan Reskrim (Reserse Kriminal) di Polres Metro Depok. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Polres Metro Depok dengan jumlah sampel 84 responden. Sampel diambil menggunakan teknik non probability sampling yaitu consecutive sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer yang berupa jawaban responden atas kuesioner yang dibagikan. Penilaian kuesioner menggunakan skala Likert. Sedangkan pengujian hipotesis dilakukan dengan uji t dan uji F dengan menggunakan SPSS. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa: 1) Motivasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai anggota Satuan Reskrim (Reserse Kriminal) di Polres Metro Depok. 2) Disiplin kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja anggota Satuan Reskrim (Reserse Kriminal) di Polres Metro Depok. 3) Manajemen stres berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja anggota Satuan Reskrim (Reserse Kriminal) di Polres Metro Depok.Kata Kunci: Motivasi keja, Disiplin Kerja, Manajemen Stres, Kinerja AbstractThe influence of motivation, discipline and work stress management which is thought to affect the performance of members of the Criminal Investigation Unit at the Depok Metro Police. This research was conducted at Polres Metro Depok with a total sample of 84 respondents. Samples were taken using a non-probability sampling technique, namely consecutive sampling. This study uses primary data in the form of respondents' answers to the questionnaires distributed. Assessment of the questionnaire using a Likert scale. While the hypothesis testing is done by t test and F test using SPSS. The results of this study indicate that: 1) Motivation has a significant effect on the performance of members of the Criminal Investigation Unit at the Depok Metro Police. 2) Work discipline has a significant effect on the performance of members of the Criminal Investigation Unit at the Depok Metro Police. 3) Stress management has a significant effect on the performance of members of the Criminal Investigation Unit at the Depok Metro Police.Keywords: Work Motivation, Work Discipline, Stress Management, Performance
