Abstract

This research aimed to find out the result of green bean production towards the use of cow manure, to find out one spacing that can improve the production of green bean as well as to find out interaction between the use of cow manure  and spacing towards the production of green bean. This research was done at Suka Damai Village of Bolango Utara District in Bone Bolango Regency. This activity was done during the months of January to March 2012. This research used experimental method by using 2 factors in the form of Random Group Pattern. The first treatment was given by using the following manure dosage: P0 : Zero manure, P1 : Cow manure dosage of 5 ton/ha, P2 : Cow manure dosage of 10 ton/ha. Then the second treatment was the spacing in the following: J1 : 40 cm x 15 cm, J2 : 40 cm x 20 cm, J3 : 40 cm x 25 cm. Data were analyzed by using Analysis Of Variance and to find out the influence of dominant treatment by performing Honesty Significant Different Test. The result of the research shows that the treatment of P1J3 or cow dosage manure of 5 ton/ha with the spacing of 45 cm x 25 cm can give good result. Key Words: Green Bean Plant, Cow Manure and Spacing

Abstract

Teluk Kendari merupakan perairan yang sangat kompleks karena beragam aktivitas dan permasalahan degradasi perairan. Salah satu sampah laut yang banyak menimbulkan masalah adalah sampah plastik. Sampah plastik akan mengalami degradasi di perairan yakni terurai menjadi partikel-partikel plastik kecil yang disebut mikroplastik. Keong Bakau (T. telescopium) merupakan salah satu jenis organisme pengumpan deposit yang secara langsung akan terakumulasi mikroplastik di dalam tubuhnya karena keberadaanya di dasar perairan. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan selama bulan Januari 2021 dan bertujuan untuk mengetahui sebaran komposisi jenis mikroplastik yang terdapat dalam lambung keong bakau, serta relatif mikroplastik dalam lambung keong bakau di perairan Teluk Kendari.Pengambilan sampel lapangan dilakukan secara bebas. Pada setiap lokasi pengambilan sampel masing-masing, diambil sebanyak 25 sampel keong bakau sehingga jumlah total sampel yang dibutuhkan sebanyak 100 sampel selama 1 bulan. Panjang total cangkang menggunakan mistar dengan ketelitian 1 mm. Proses destruksi dilakukan menggunakan larutan KOH 10% yang lalu diinkubasi pada suhu 40ºC selama 48 jam (Collard et al., 2015). Kemudian dilakukan penilaian dengan menggunakan kertas saring berukuran 0,5 mm (Claessens et al., 2013). Sampel yang telah tersaring diidentifikasi menggunakan mikroskop untuk menghitung mikroplastik.Hasil analisis sebaran ukuran keong bakau di perairan Teluk Kendari dapatkan ukuran paling banyak yaitu 48-55 mm (35 individu) dan nilai terendah terdapat pada ukuran 79-86 mm (1 individu). Hasil analisis sebaran mikroplastik tertinggi terdapat pada ukuran 48-55 mm (34,8%) dan nilai terendah pada ukuran 32-39 mm dengan presentase 0,8%. Terdapat empat jenis mikroplastik yaitu fiber, film, fragment, dan monofilament dengan nilai relatif tertinggi yaitu jenis fiber (91,91%), dan nilai terendah terdapat pada monofilament (0,05%)Kata Kunci: Keong bakau, T. telescopium, mikroplastik, Teluk Kendari
