Abstract

This research was conducted in Sidoarjo village, Baolan subdistrict, Tolitoli district with the purpose of determining the profitability of tuna fish shredded business based on Return on Investment (ROI) and Profit Margin.. The population of this study was the entrepreneurs of the tuna shredded belong to the women self-sustained businesses present in Sidoarjo village, Baolan subdistrict, Tolitoli district. Data analyzed was depicted descriptively. In 2015, the total production costs incurred was IDR 26,379,996 and the revenue was IDR 37,695,000. The profitability analysis based on the ROI was 42.89% meaning that for every IDR 100,000 of the capital invested in the tuna business generates a profit of IDR 42,890.  Whereas based on the profit margin achieved by the tuna shredded business was 30.01% meaning that for every IDR 100,000 spent results in a  profit of IDR. 30,010.

Abstract

Introduction: Quality health services are one measure of satisfaction which will impact the patient's desire to return for treatment to an institution that provides effective services. Utilization of health services in Indonesia can generally be said to be good, but there are still several areas that experience problems in utiliz-ing health services. The factors that influence the use of health services are predisposing characteristics which include demographic characteristics (gender, age), social (level of education, occupation, ethnicity/race) and beliefs about health (attitudes, perceptions). Supporting characteristics include family capabilities. Method: The method in this research is the literature study method. This research uses a literature review, by collecting articles from research on PubMed and Google Scholar. By using keywords utilization of health services at community health centers. The criteria for research articles are articles published between 2020-2023 in na-tional journals. Results: Factors that were correlated with the use of health services in this study were health workers (nurses and midwives), accessibility, knowledge, attitudes and history of illness. Quality of service, Conclusion: There is a relationship between illness history, knowledge, attitudes, perceptions of health condi-tions and information on the utilization of nursing services at the Community Health Center.

Abstract

Latar Belakang: Kegawatdaruratan merupakan kejadian secara tiba-tiba yang membutuhkan tindakan segera salah satunya adalah kasus henti jantung. Henti jantung maupun henti napas merupakan suatu kondisi yang mengancam jiwa dan dapat berakibat kematian apabila lambat dalam penanganannya. Aspek dasar pertolongan pada henti jantung mendadak adalah bantuan hidup dasar (BHD). Mahasiswa adalah orang yang harus mengetahui dan paham terkait bantuan hidup dasar, serta sebagai agen of change untuk menjadi perubah dan siap tanggap dalam keadaan kegawatdaruratan pada korban henti jantung dan henti nafas. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk diketahui gambaran pengetahuan dan sikap mahasiswa tentang bantuan hidup dasar terhadap penanganan korban henti jantung dan henti napas. Metode Jenis dan desain penelitian merupakan penelitian literatur review dengan metode analisis isi jurnal. Pencarian literatur melalui publikasi di database kualitas tinggi dan sedang yang didapatkan tiga artikel sesuai kriteria inklusi dan ekslusi yang dipergunakan dalam penelitian. Hasil dari analisis tiga jurnal penelitian ini menunjukkan gambaran pengetahuan dan sikap mahasiswa tentang BHD pada jurnal pertama pengetahuan rata-rata 4,97 dari 10, pada jurnal kedua hanya mendapat 22% responden memiliki pengetahuan yang baik, dan pada jurnal ketiga hanya sekitar 9,3% memiliki pengetahuan yang buruk sedangkan untuk sikap mahasiswa dari ketiga jurnal rata-rata 90% responden memiliki sikap yang positif tentang BHD.Kesimpulan bahwa kurangnya pengetahuan mahasiswa terhadap bantuan hidup dasar harus ditingkatkan untuk dapat memberikan pertolongan pada kondisi kegawatdaruratan sampai petugas medis datang. Pendidikan BHD harus menjadi bagian dari kurikulum untuk mengatasi masalah ini. Pelatihan berulang dengan demonstrasi praktis diperlukan untuk memperoleh pengetahuan yang mudah dipahami dikalangan mahasiswa.

Abstract

This study aims to develop a guided inquiry-based biology learning module on the reproductive system material for grade XI SMA/MA. This research is a type of research and development (Research and Development or can also be called R&D). Research and Development (R&D) is one of the research models used to produce a specific product from a problem and test the effectiveness of the product. The results of product validation and trials indicate that the guided inquiry-based biology learning module on the reproductive system material for grade XI SMA/MA obtained qualifications with a validation level of "very suitable" to use and received positive responses from biology teachers and students. This was obtained based on the percentage of product validation and trials results. The percentage results obtained for each were material experts at 91%, media experts at 81%, teacher responses at 96%, and student responses at 86.2%.
