Abstract

In the world of construction services, labor productivity is one of the critical success factors of a development project. In measuring the level of labor productivity there are various ways, one of which is to examine thelevel of LUR (Labor Utilitation Rate) of each worker, which examines to what level of effectiveness of workers in the work. The magnitude of the level of labor productivity is influenced by many factors, such as age, work experience, education level, wage conformity, number of family dependents, worker health, inter-worker relationship, managerial and work group compositionThe research was conducted in Dr. Hospital's development project. Soegiri Lamongan. The research was conducted by observing the productivity level of 20 workers and accompanied by filling the questionnaire. Observation of productivity level (LUR) conducted for 3 days on each worker. From the results of data collection, both productivity data and questionnaires performed data processing process with the help of MS program computer. Excel.From the analysis of data that has been done can be seen that the level of productivity (LUR) of the average worker on brick work in the building project Dr. Hospital. Soegiri of 75.83%, it means quite productive because more than 50%. Variables that have been determined in fact significasinya <0.005 (sig required) then the simulatan have an effect on the level of productivity.The predetermined variable that is age, work experience, education level, wage appropriateness, number of family dependent, worker health, inter-worker relationship, managerial and work group composition simultaneously have a significant influence on the productivity of the masonry work. Partially or individually variables that have a significant influence on the level of labor productivity is the variable age and work experience variables.

Abstract

The aims of this study are to know the effect of sand sea compound on asphalt (Ac-Wc), (2) To know the trial outcome of sand sea compound at Paciran on hot adpal (Ac-Wc).The research method is experimental research. The experiment object which made for each increasing percentages are three samples, trial by using 1 mold 1100 grams. The result of this research is the variation of sand sea substitution 0%, 50%, 75%, and 100% from soft electric generator weight shown the value of Marshall Properties ideal calculate by using equation regression model with highest decision index. On that equation model got the determination index value (R2) = 1. On the Highest Marshall Properties is 30 percent of sand sea substitution which Marshall parameter consists of Stability 1029.27 kg, VIM 5.07%, VMA 16.35%, VFWA 81.36%, Flow 2.98 mm, Marshall Question 343.85%. From these results, the substitution of 30% sea sand fulfills criteria in Indonesian national standards.Keywords: Sea sand, hot asphalt (AC-WC)

Abstract

Agriculture is a sector of economic development considering its function and role in providing food for the population, as well as the place where the livelihoods of the residents of Jubelkidul Village depend. To increase food yields, irrigation network management was held in Jubelkidul Village. Irrigation is the most important thing in the food production process. The development of the Jubelkidul irrigation area is carried out with the aim of maintaining the sustainability of irrigation water supply in the Jubelkidul area. Efforts that can be made to maintain the sustainability of the function of the irrigation area of ​​Jubelkidul Village in supporting increased agricultural yields are participatory management of irrigation areas through institutional empowerment of water-using farmers. agriculture in Jubelkidul Village. This research is descriptive qualitative research with survey method. The research location is the Jubelkidul irrigation area which includes 5 hamlets in the Sugio sub-district. The types of data used are primary and secondary data collected by field observations, and interviews. The results show that the irrigation management of Jubelkidul village on water use is influenced by the dimensions of location, time and certain qualities.

Abstract

Public transportation has a great potential in the transmission of Covid-19. For this reason, it is necessary to have good transportation services that can provide comfort and safety to users. Due to poor transportation services can cause users uncomfortable and unsafe. For this reason, it is necessary to assess the performance of transportation services. The purpose of this study is to assess the level of user satisfaction with public transportation services in the greater Surabaya area and to map sectors that need improvement. The research was conducted by giving questionnaires to users of public transportation in the Greater Surabaya area. From these data, instrument test was conducted. Furthermore, IPA analysis is carried out to obtain a mapping of the sectors that need to be improved. CSI analysis is also carried out to assess the level of user satisfaction with existing services. The results of this study obtained a value of 0.786 based on CSI analysis, which means that Surabaya land transportation users during the Covid-19 pandemic are satisfied. However, based on the results of the IPA analysis, it is necessary to increase the cleanliness of the transportation sector, lighting, and the application of PPE. Meanwhile, in the first aid kit sector, the availability of hand sanitizer and transportation stops is considered to have low importance, so that the authorities can focus on sectors that have high importance. The results of this study can be used as a reference in improving the quality of land transportation services.

Abstract

This research aims to determine how to make bricks with additive Zeolite with a composition of 14%, 16%, 18%, and 20%. This research method using the experimental method, this research concludes that red bricks are added with additive Zeolite with variations in the addition of 14%, 16%, 18%, and 20%. 2 samples were made for each additional percentage of Zeolite Additive, with the mold size according to the fabrication length 21 cm x 10 cm x 5 cm. By going through the drying process for approximately 14 days and burning for approximately 3 days. The resulting increase in compressive strength even though some of the variants experienced a decrease. The addition of the red brick variant with a composition of 0% produces an average compressive strength of 30.95 kg / cm2 . The 14% variant produces an average compressive strength of 35.71 kg / cm2, the 16% variant produces an average compressive strength of 40.48 kg / cm2, 18% and 20% variants produces an average compressive strength of 33.33 kg / cm2. The highest increase in compressive strength is the 16% variant, with an average compressive strength value of 40.48 kg / cm2

Abstract

Road damage on several road sections in Lamongan Regency may be influenced by unstable subgrade conditions, particularly in areas with high water content and clayey soil characteristics. Subgrade soil with high plasticity and low bearing capacity can reduce pavement performance; therefore, laboratory testing is required to evaluate its physical and mechanical properties. This study aims to analyze the characteristics of subgrade soil on the Maduran road section in Lamongan Regency based on water content, Atterberg limits, California Bearing Ratio (CBR), and direct shear parameters. Soil samples were collected from the study location and tested in the laboratory to determine the physical and mechanical properties of the subgrade. The test results showed a water content of 16.66%, liquid limit of 35.82%, plastic limit of 1.21%, plasticity index of 34.61%, CBR value of 6.80%, shear strength of 0.72 kg/cm², internal friction angle of 15.03°, and cohesion of 0.0340 kg/cm². Based on the plasticity index, the soil is classified as high-plasticity clay, while the CBR value falls into the poor to fair category for subgrade material. Therefore, drainage improvement, proper compaction, and subgrade stabilization are recommended before pavement rehabilitation is carried out.

Abstract

Concrete is one of the most widely used construction materials. Therefore, efforts are needed to reduce cement consumption by utilizing waste materials, one of which is coconut shell ash. This study aimed to determine the effect of partially replacing cement with coconut shell ash on the compressive strength of K-250 concrete. An experimental method was employed using coconut shell ash replacement levels of 0%, 2%, 4%, and 6% by the weight of cement, with compressive strength testing conducted at 28 days. The average compressive strength of normal concrete was 20.81 MPa, while concrete with 2%, 4%, and 6% coconut shell ash substitution achieved average compressive strengths of 19.25 MPa, 18.35 MPa, and 17.85 MPa, respectively. The results indicate that increasing the percentage of coconut shell ash substitution tends to reduce the compressive strength of concrete. Therefore, the use of coconut shell ash as a partial replacement for cement at the substitution levels investigated was not able to improve the compressive strength of K-250 concrete.

Abstract

Public transportation plays an important role in supporting community mobility and reducing dependence on private vehicles, particularly along the Mojokerto–Jombang corridor, which has relatively high travel intensity. However, the utilization of Trans Jatim Bus services along this corridor remains relatively low compared to private vehicles and other transportation modes. This study aims to analyze the factors influencing user preferences in transportation mode choice and to identify the most dominant attributes affecting the decision to use Trans Jatim Bus services. This research employed a quantitative method with a descriptive approach by distributing questionnaires to 97 respondents along the Mojokerto–Jombang corridor. The data were analyzed using binary logistic regression with the assistance of IBM SPSS Statistics 26. The results show that the regression model achieved a classification accuracy of 85.0% and a Nagelkerke R² value of 0.602, indicating that 60.2% of the variation in mode choice decisions can be explained by the variables included in the model.
