Abstract

This community service aims to improve the understanding and skills of travel entrepreneurs in Samarinda in using integrated information system applications with macro in excel. The problems faced by travel entrepreneurs are bookkeeping and financial management which are still conventional so that the majority of them cannot know for sure their financial position and assets. This community service is carried out with training that begins with a process of observation and discussion with travel entrepreneurs in Samarinda. Furthermore, the entrepreneurs were given material about the urgency of an information system based on Macro in Excel for business management. The results of the service activities reveal that travel entrepreneurs can practically use the macro in excel well, but still need to be careful in the data input process. Programs that have been created can be developed because the facilities available in macro is very customizable.

Abstract

The abundantly harvested dragon fruit has encouraged the people at Batuah Village to make secondary product, in order to avoiding loss because the fruit is rotten, such as the dragon fruit crackers. Nowdays, the product has already marketed in the Mercure-Ibis Samarinda hotel chain. For the purpose it is considered important for the products to have good packaging. Therefore, the community service team do the coaching on how to make basic packaging design. The coaching trainee is taught on how to make packaging design from existed packaging pattern and then adjust it to the size of their products. The trainee was also taught on how to make simple design with design software. The results are that the trainee can make packaging design which the design and size are already adjusted with their product’s needs.

Abstract

Salo Palai Village is one of the villages in Kutai Kartanegara Regency, East Kalimantan which has the superior commodity of pepper 'Malonan'. Pepper land in Salo Palai Village reaches 169 ha with a productivity of 1.9 tons/ha. The pepper harvest is sold in granular form at a price of IDR 30,000.00/kg and there is no product diversification, such as pepper powder. This is what makes there is no increase in the selling value of pepper that has been produced by farmers. Community service activities in the marketing of powder pepper are expected to be an effort to provide an understanding of the importance of product diversification as an effort to increase selling value. The methods used are tutoring and training. This activity results the pepper powder products in packaged bottles with labels, which are expected to increase values.

Abstract

Standar kualifikasi tenaga kerja bidang akuntansi perlu ditetapkan untuk keselarasan hubungan timbal balik antara dunia usaha dan dunia industri sebagai pengguna tenaga kerja, dengan pihak pendidikan dan latihan formal maupun non formal yang menghasilkan tenaga kerja. Pemahaman terhadap ilmu dan praktik akuntansi sangat penting sehingga tenaga kerja bidang keahlian akuntansi dapat disebut kompeten. Agar dapat bekerja dan melaksanakan fungsi jasa teknisi akuntansi secara profesional, maka tenaga kerja di bidang ini harus memiliki basis kompetensi berstandar nasional dan internasional. Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah memberikan sosialisasi dan pelatihan skema sertifikasi teknisi akuntansi ahli bagi calon peserta uji kompetensi akuntansi. Kegiatan ini ditujukan untuk karyawan/pegawai atau calon karyawan/pegawai di instansi atau perusahaan, serta alumni dan mahasiswa bidang keahlian akuntansi. Kegiatan dilakukan dengan melakukan sosialisasi dan pendampingan kepada calon peserta uji kompetensi akuntansi. Diharapkan kegiatan ini dapat memberikan manfaat atas permasalahan yang secara umum sering dihadapi terkait pemahaman mengenai skema sertifikasi teknisi akuntansi ahli.

Abstract

Peraturan Presiden Nomor 8 Tahun 2012, tentang Kerangka Kualifikasi Nasional Indonesia (KKNI), merupakan acuan yang bersifat legal formal dalam penataan kualifikasi nasional dalam bidang ketenagakerjaan. Permasalahan yang ada di SMK Kaltim dalam mewujudkan lulusan yang kompeten yang daya saing untuk mencapai serapan lulusan yang tinggi masih cukup kompleks. Kegiatan diskusi dan sosialisasi sesama pengelola atau pimpinan/kepala sekolah bersama mitra baik lembaga pendidikan, dunia industri dan juga masyarakat khususnya orang tua siswa diperlukan untuk menemukan solusi bagi permasalahan yang dihadapi sekolah. Komitmen pimpinan sekolah, guru, orang tua/wali murid, dan dinas pendidikan sangat dipelukan untuk memenuhi kualifikasi lulusan sebagaimana yang dibutuhkan oleh dunia kerja. Program sertifikasi lulusan sangat penting untuk diperhatikan oleh sekolah, pemerintah dan orang tua/wali murid. Mutu guru juga perlu ditelaah agar dapat memenuhi strategi mengajar yang baik sehingga transfer informasi kepada siswa berjalan dengan lancar. Sosialisasi yang lebih masif sangat diperlukan oleh sekolah terkait sertifikasi kompetensi bagi siswa dan lulusan sekolah.

Abstract

Amplang MSME have difficulty promoting their products and need an alternative sales system as a promotional medium. As a solution, the service team developed a web-based application 'eAmplang'. Activities carried out by the process of designing applications, testing and publication through domains and hosting with the site https://amplang.eminat.store, as well as socialization of applications to MSME Sinar Terang and Nazwa. This application is very useful for expanding product marketing and product introduction to the public and supporting the sustainability of MSME businesses in digital competition.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out the comparison of channeling funds for micro businesses between conventional banks and Islamic banks, then to find out the implementation according to the Financial Services Authority Regulation Number 42 / POJK.03 / 2017 at PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk and PT Bank Syariah Mandiri. Problem solving uses a method that is done by combining observations, interviews, documentation and regulations of the Act. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of channeling Credit or Micro Business Financing funds at PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk and PT Bank Syariah Mandiri Samarinda Branch is in accordance with the Financial Services Authority Regulation Number 42 / POJK.03 / 2017, the application of the principle there are differences in the implementation of the contract , the application of the system there is a significant difference, the application of the procedure there is no difference in the stages of completeness of the file and the settlement of credit or bad financing.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui berapa selisih laba kotor dan penyebab terjadinya selisih laba kotor pada PT. Tangguh Triperkasa Samarinda. Metode yang digunakan dalam memperoleh dan mengumpulkan data yang diperlukan untuk penelitian ini adalah observasi. Kemudian alat analisis yang digunakan bersumber dari alat analisis laba kotor, yaitu Selisih Laba Kotor, Selisih Harga Jual, Selisih Harga dari Harga Pokok Penjualan, Selisih Kuantitas Penjualan, Selisih Kuantitas Harga Pokok Penjualan, Selisih Penjualan, Selisih Harga Pokok Penjualan, Selisih Kuantitas Bersih, Selisih Komposisi Penjualan, Selisih Kuantitas Penjualan Final dan Skema Analisis Laba Kotor. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukan bahwa penyebab perubahan laba kotor dikarenakan selisih penjualan terutama pada elemen selisih kuantitas penjualan. Ini adalah sebuah keuntungan bagi usaha.

Abstract

Orientasi etis diperlukan untuk mengambil suatu sikap yang wajar dalam situasi dan kondisi masyarakat yang majemuk (pluralism). Manfaat etika antara lain sebagai pembeda antara yang baik dan buruk, sebagai penghubung antar nilai, menjadikan individu memiliki sikap kritis, dan membuat sesuatu sesuai dengan peraturan. Etika komunikasi adalah tanggung jawab etis dalam berkomunikasi, baik secara langsung atau melalui teknologi informasi, seperti gadget dan media sosial. Etika dalam komunikasi penting karena kredibilitas yang baik akan membuat penyampaian pesan menjadi valid. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat skema penugasan prodi dilakukan dengan mitra dari Dharma Wanita Persatuan dan Karyawati Lembaga Pemasyarakatan Kelas IIA Samarinda. Kegiatan ini bermanfaat bagi mitra karena dapat membekali dan membentuk peran istri dalam mendukung kinerja suami yang merupakan seorang Aparatur Sipil Negara.

Abstract

Salo Palai Village is experiencing significant growth in new Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs), particularly in the culinary sector. However, management practices are still conventional. Therefore, this community service aims to enhance the skills of MSMEs, especially in promotional media design and financial reporting. The activities involve lectures and hands-on practice. As a result of this training, all participants can now operate Corel Draw for promotional media design and are proficient in creating simple financial reports to monitor business performance.
