Abstract

The research aims to (1) describe emotional intelligence on the learning motivation of East Jakarta junior high school students during the Covid-19 pandemic, (2) analyze the effect of emotional intelligence on learning motivation of East Jakarta junior high school students during the Covid-19 pandemic. Using quantitative, with associative types. The sample is 100 junior high school students in Jakarta. The results of simple linear regression analysis, obtained the equation that learning motivation: 26,151 + 0,755 emotional intelligence. The constant value of learning motivation is 26,151, while the regression coefficient for emotional intelligence is 0.755. The constant value is positive, meaning that if there is no emotional intelligence, the learning motivation is 26,151. The regression coefficient is positive, meaning that there is a positive relationship between emotional intelligence variables and learning motivation. If emotional intelligence has increased by 1% then students' learning motivation will increase by 75.5%. Based on the results of the t test, obtained a significance value: 0.000 and t count: 14,404. Significance value: 0.000 less than 0.05, meaning that there is a significant influence between the independent variable of emotional intelligence on the dependent variable of learning motivation of East Jakarta Middle School students during the Covid-19 pandemic.. Research on the analysis of students' emotional intelligence on student learning motivation during the covid-19 pandemic is expected to find out new information about the factors of students' emotional intelligence problems during online learning so that it can increase students' online learning motivation. Abstract

The research aims to (1) describe the increase in the digital skills of Komed Depok teachers using the Knowshare method during the Covid-19 Pandemic, (2) Analyze the effect of increasing the digital abilities of Komed Depok teachers with the knowshare method during the Covid-19 pandemic. Using quantitative. The sample is 47 teachers from the c community in Depok. Respondents from various levels of kindergarten, elementary and high school. public and private schools. 80% private and 20% state. Female respondents 44 (93.6%) male respondents 3 (6.4 %). The results of the analysis of teachers' digital abilities before and after participating in KOMED: A. 21 people, 47.18% of respondents have increased digital skills. Comparison of teachers' digital abilities and pedagogical and professional competencies is increasing. B. Teachers whose ability remains at 46.9% as before, there is no increase and the intensity of following Shareknow komed is also high at 93.18%. C. komed participants with digital skills decreased by 6.1% because the intensity of participating in komed knowshare was low by 62.50%. Thus, it can be concluded that there is a positive and significant effect between increasing the digital skills of Komed Depok teachers and the knowshare method during the Covid-19 pandemic. Abstract

Understanding literacy in grade 4 is already a very important part. If you still find many students whose ability to understand the meaning of their reading is poor, it will greatly affect the process of self-development of students and the learning process in class. The ability to understand reading has a big impact on all subjects so that it affects student learning outcomes. The research objective was to improve learning outcomes and reading comprehension using the SQ3R method for fourth grade students MI Cibuntu. This type of research is Classroom Action Research (CAR). Where the teacher as the executor of learning while the researcher as an observer. The research design uses the Kemmis and Mc. Taggart. The subjects of this study were students of class IV MI Cibuntu which consisted of 30 students. The object of research is the result of learning reading comprehension. Data collection techniques using observation and interviews. Data were analyzed descriptively and presented in tabular form. The results showed that there was an increase in reading comprehension learning outcomes, namely in the first cycle by 69% (enough category), then in the second cycle it increased to 82% (very good category). This means an increase of 13%. Thus the use of the SQ3R (Survey, Question, Read, Recite, Review) method in Indonesian subjects can improve learning outcomes in reading comprehension for class IV MI Cibuntu Bogor. Abstract

Mathematics is an important science. Therefore mathematics needs to be applied early on in children. before the research, in adding hours, minutes and seconds in Grade III MI Cibuntu using the equivalence technique of hours, minutes and seconds. It turned out that after this technique was implemented in grade III, the learning outcomes achieved by students were always unsatisfactory with an average evaluation result of only reaching 57, and some students actually experienced difficulties with obtaining scores far below the KKM mathematics score that had been set, namely 65. The problem Another thing that arises is the length of time to complete. For this reason, a research was conducted entitled "Application of the talking stick model to improve learning outcomes in mathematics material (Time Unit) in grade III MI Cibuntu, Cicurug sub-district. This type of research was classroom action research using the talking stick model. Each cycle consists of four stages, namely Planning, Implementation, Observation and Reflection. As research subjects are grade III students of MI Cibuntu. Data collection techniques using observation, written tests,. From the research results, it was found that student activity increased in each cycle, namely active students asking questions increased 25%, accuracy in using the talking stick base increased 20.2%, and accuracy increased 23.75%. While the learning outcomes are an increase in the average value of Mathematics learning outcomes obtained by students from before. In the first cycle the percentage of student completeness was 66.67% then in the second cycle it became 100%. Based on the results of the research above, it can be concluded that learning mathematics using a talking stick basis can improve the skills of adding up units of time in third grade students of MI Cibuntu. Abstract

Based on the results of observations, the researchers observed that in Grade II MI BPPI Cisaat when the teacher explained in front of the class the students were less enthusiastic and tended to be busy with their own activities so that students became unfocused and unable to concentrate in listening to learning. Therefore, this study aims to improve the skills of listening to fables through the Paired Storytelling model of wayang cartoon media with the Project Base Learning (PjBL) technique in class II MI BPPI Cisaat. The subjects of this study consisted of 12 male students and 14 female students with a total of 26 students. Instruments used in data collection using the method of observation and written tests. The results showed that there was an increase in students' listening skills. This is evidenced by the average class score in the first cycle of 69 with the listening skill mastery criteria of 70.91% (enough category) and the completeness of learning outcomes of 61.5% (incomplete category). In the second cycle, using the Paired Storytelling model through wayang cartoon media using the Project Base Learning (PjBL) technique, the class average was 82. The criteria for mastery of listening skills were 81.73% (good category) with a completeness percentage of 84.6% (complete category). Based on observations of the results of the first and second cycles, it showed that there was a significant increase in students' skills in listening to fables in grade II MI BPPI Cisaat.
