Abstract

ABSTRAK Tujuan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini untuk memberikan edukasi kepada Jamaah Musholla Al-Muqorrobiin tentang cara membuat Laporan Keuangan sederhana untuk mengakomodasi kegiatan keagamaan, serta memberikan santunan kepada para Yatim dan Dhuafa. Metode yang digunakan ada beberapa tahap diantaranya tahap persiapan, yang meliputi survei awal, pemantapan dan penentuan lokasi dan sasaran. Setelah survei maka ditentukan lokasi pelaksanaan dan sasaran peserta kegiatan. Tahap berikutnya yaitu tahap pelaksanaan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat. Tahap ini akan diberikan pelatihan kepada masyarakat akan pentingnya ilmu keuangan serta implementasinya dalam membuat laporan keuangan. Pelatihan, dengan beberapa metode diantaranya pencontohan laporan keuangan sederhana, praktik serta tanya jawab. Hasil dari kegiatan ini adalah membuat para jamaah lebih mengenal serta memahami tentang pentingnya mengetahui keuangan secara sederhana, membaca laporan serta membuat laporan pemasukan hingga pengeluaran secara sistematis dan efisien. Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat kali ini disasarkan kepada para warga khususnya jamaah Musholla Al Muqorrobin dan warga sekitar RT VIII Kedaung, Pamulang yang memiliki beragam latar belakang, sehingga diharapkan melalui program yang dibentuk ini, warga dan para jamaah lebih sadar akan pentingnya pengetahuan dibidang keuangan. Serta memupuk rasa kepedulian sosial dengan membantu sesama manusia khususnya bagi mereka yang membutuhkan.Keyword: Pelatihan, Laporan Keuangan, Santunan  ABSTRACT The purpose of this activity is to let Jema’ah Musholla Al-Muqorrobiin know how to make simple financial reports for the smooth running of religious activities and to donate to orphans and poor people. The method used includes several stages, including the preparation stage which includes initial investigation, stabilization, and determination of locations and targets. After the survey, the location and destination of the participants will be determined. The next stage is the stage of implementing community service. This phase educates the general public about the importance of financial literacy and how to apply it in the preparation of financial reports. The multi-method training includes basic balance sheet modeling, practice and Q&A. The result of this activity is to inform the congregation about the importance of knowing their finances, reading reports and compiling income and expense reports systematically and efficiently in a simple way. This community service is aimed at residents, especially the Jemaah of the Musholla Al-Muqorrobiin and the community around RT VIII Kedaung, Pamulang with diverse backgrounds. Therefore, it is hoped that this program can help residents and the public become more aware of the importance of knowledge in the financial sector. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of leadership on employee productivity at PT J&T Technology Express-SDP Pondok Aren. To find out the Effect of Work Discipline on Employee Productivity at PT J&T Technology Express-SDP Pondok Aren, and to find out the effect of Leadership and Work Discipline on Employee Work Productivity at PT J&T Technology Express-SDP Pondok Aren. The method used is Quantitative Associative method. The sampling technique used is saturated sample method with a sample of 112 employees. Methods of data analysis using simple linear regression test, multiple linear regression, correlation coefficient, determination coefficient, partial t test and F test. The results of this study indicate that partially there is a positive and significant influence between Leadership on Employee Work Productivity at PT J&T Teknologi Express-SDP Pondok Aren, this can be proven from the simple linear regression equation Y = 26.515 + 0.326X1, The correlation value is 0.413. The coefficient of determination is 17%, and the value of tcount3,655 > ttable1.99773 with a significance of 0.001 <0.05. Partially there is a positive and significant influence between Work Discipline on Employee Work Productivity at PT J&T Technology Express-SDP Pondok Aren, this can be proven from the simple linear regression equation Y = 17.441 +0.389X2, The correlation value is 0.573. The coefficient of determination is 32.9%, and the value of tcount5,640 > ttable 1.99773 with a significance of 0.000 <0.05. Simultaneously there is a positive and significant influence between Leadership and Work Discipline on Employee Work Productivity at PT J&T Technology Express-SDP Pondok Aren, this can be proven from the multiple linear regression equation Y = 13.105 + 0.197X1 +0,332X2. The coefficient of determination is 39.2%, as well as the F valuecount 19,917 > Ftable3.14 with a significant level of 0.000 <0.05.

Abstract

Employee performance is a key factor in achieving objectives and enhancing the competitiveness of a company. In this context, this research examines variables affecting employee performance, such as the work environment and motivation. This study is a quantitative research with an associative approach. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 60 employees of PT Geo Informatika Solusindo in Bogor City. The data collection was conducted using questionnaires developed with a Likert scale. The data analysis method employed is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study indicate that the t-value is greater than the t-table value (4.067 > 2.001) with a significance level of 0.000 < 0.050, which means that the work environment has a positive and significant impact on employee performance. The study also reports that the t-value is greater than the t-table value (4.496 > 2.001) with a significance level of 0.000 < 0.050, indicating that motivation has a positive and significant impact on employee performance. Furthermore, the work environment and motivation simultaneously affect employee performance. This is evidenced by the F-value being greater than the F-table value (11.702 > 3.16) with a significance level of 0.000 < 0.050. This research provides managerial implications that the work environment and motivation can influence employee performance.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the extent to which service quality (X1) and promotion (X2) influence consumer purchasing decisions (Y) at the Mujahidin Mart minimarket in Pamulang. The method used is a quantitative descriptive method. Sampling technique using Slovin theory. Data analysis uses regression analysis, correlation coefficient, coefficient of determination analysis and hypothesis testing. The results of this research are that Service Quality (X1) and Promotion (X2) have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions (Y) by showing the results of f count > f table, namely f count = 150.394 which is greater than f table of 3.09 and a significant value of 0.001. Partially, the service quality variable has a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions where the value obtained is (t count > t table), t count of 4.857 is greater than 1.985 and is significant 0.001. Simultaneously the Promotion variable has a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions where the value obtained is (t count > t table) with a calculated f result of 7.503 which is greater than 1.985 with a significance of 0.001. So it can be said that Service Quality and Promotion have a significant simultaneous influence on purchasing decisions. Thus, H0 is rejected and H3 is accepted, meaning that Service Quality (X1) and Promotion (X2) together have a positive effect on purchasing decisions (Y).

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of Website Quality and Promotion on Purchase Decisions on the Lamudi.co.id website, both partially and simultaneously. The method used is quantitative. Data collection techniques used questionnaires, with a population of 9,250 consumers. The sampling technique used Slovin’s formula, resulting in a sample of 99 consumers. Data analysis techniques included validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, regression analysis, determination coefficient analysis, and hypothesis testing. The results of this  study indicate that  Website Quality has  a  significant  effect  on  Purchase Decisions, with the regression equation Y = 10.492 + 0.723 X₁. With a correlation coefficient of 0.490, the two variables have a strong relationship. The coefficient of determination is 0.428, meaning that purchase decisions are influenced by Website Quality by 42.8%. The hypothesis test obtained a t-value > t-table (8.525 > 1.984), so H₀ is rejected and H₁ is accepted. Promotion also has a significant effect on Purchase Decisions, with the regression equation Y = 6.425 + 0.742 X₂. With a correlation coefficient of 0.388, the two variables have a strong relationship. The coefficient of determination is 0.489, meaning that purchase decisions are influenced by Promotion by 48.9%. The hypothesis test obtained a value of (9.629 > 1.984), so H₀ is rejected and H₂ is accepted. Website Quality and Promotion both significantly influence Purchase Decisions, with the regression equation Y = 2.119 + 0.393 X₁ + 0.505 X₂. With a correlation coefficient of 0.752, Website Quality and Promotion have a strong relationship with Purchase Decisions. The coefficient of determination is 0.566, meaning that purchase decisions are influenced by Website Quality and Promotion by 56.6%. The hypothesis test obtained an F-value > F- table (65.508 > 3.09). Thus, H₀ is rejected and H₃ is accepted.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of price and promotion on consumer buying interest in Kopi Dari Hati in Sawangan Depok. The method used is quantitative. The population in this study was 2483 with sample determination using the Slovin Formula, resulting in a sample of 96 respondents. Data analysis uses Validity Test, Reliability Test, Classic Assumption Test, Descriptive Analysis, Simple Regression Analysis, Correlation Coefficient Analysis, Determination Coefficient Analysis, and Hypothesis Testing. The results of the Price variable have a positive and significant influence on Consumer Purchase Interest with a value of tcount > ttable or (9.559 > 1.661) Sig value < 0.05 (0.000 < 0.05). The results of the Promotion variable have a positive and significant influence on Consumer Purchase Interest with a value of tcount > ttable or (7.744 > 1.661) and a value of Sig. < 0.05 (0.000 < 0.05). The results of the variables Price (X1) and Promotion (X2) have a significant effect on Consumer Purchase Interest (Y). Hypothesis testing shows that Fcount > Ftable (51,498 > 3.094) and the Sig. < 0.05 (0.000 < 0.05).

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh harga dan promosi terhadap keputusan pembelian pada produk Lore Luxurious Beauty di Shopee Indonesia. Metode yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif. Populasinya adalah 961 konsumen di Shopee Lore Luxurious Beauty. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan rumus slovin dan diperoleh sampel sebanyak 91 responden. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi, koefisien korelasi, koefisien determinasi dan uji hipotestis. Hasil penelitian ini adalah harga berpengaruh positif namun tidak signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian dengan nilai determinasi 0.31% dan uji hipotesis t hitung < t tabel atau (1.680 < 1.987). Promosi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian dengan nilai koefisien determinasu sebesar 17.6% dan uji hipotesis diperoleh nilai t hitung > t tabel atau (4.366 > 1.987). Harga dan promosi secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian dengan persamaan regresi regresi Y = 1.652 + 0.129 X1 + 0.420 X2. Nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 19% sedangkan sisanya sebesar 81% dipengaruhi factor lain dan uji hipotesis diperoleh nilai F hitung > F tabel atau (10.296 > 2.708).

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh antara harga dan kualitas produk terhadap keputusan pembelian di Nuansa Cake Bintaro. Metode yang digunakan adalah jenis penelitian asosiatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Dalam pengambilan sample digunakan rumus Slovin dan diperoleh 98 responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial maupun simultan, harga dan kualitas produk berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Variabel harga memiliki pengaruh sebesar 49,9% dan kualitas produk sebesar 64,6%, sedangkan secara simultan kedua variabel memberikan pengaruh sebesar 65,9% terhadap keputusan pembelian. Temuan ini menunjukkan pentingnya strategi penetapan harga dan peningkatan kualitas produk, terutama dalam aspek suhu penyajian dan nilai manfaat produk. Nuansa Cake disarankan untuk meningkatkan kualitas layanan, memperkuat nilai tambah produk, serta melakukan segmentasi harga agar dapat menjangkau lebih banyak konsumen
