Abstract

This study aims to provide empirical evidence of the effect of Net Profit Margin, Working Capital Turnover, and  Debt to Equity Ratio on Financial distress . The type of research used is quantitative descriptive in nature and the data used is secondary data in the form of financial reports. This study uses a sample of food and beverage sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the 2018-2023 period. Determination of the sample using purposive sampling in order to obtain 12 companies with a total sample of 72 units of analysis. Data analysis in this study uses panel data analysis using Eviews 12 software. The results showed finansial partial effect of Net Profit Margin on Financial distress where the t-count value is 0.310419 <  t table 1,99546893 with a significant value of  0.7572 >  0,05,. Working Capital Turnover partially affects on Financial distress where the t-count value is 4.102105 >  t table 1,99546893 with a significant value of  0.0001 < 0,05, Debt to Equity Rasio partially affects on Financial distress where the t-count value is -3.206088 > t table 1,99546893 with a significant value of  0.0021 < 0,05.  Simultaneously Net Profit Margin, Working Capital Turnover dan Debt to Equity Ratio have an effect on  Financial distress where the F-count value is 7.535781 > F table 2,7395 with a significant value of 0,00200 < 0,05. While the coefficient of determination (R²) value is 21,63%  the remaining 78,37% is influenced by other variables not examined.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of service quality and promotion on consumer satisfaction in Satuang Coffee Shop Banjar Wijaya Cipondoh, Tangerang City. This type of research is quantitative. The data source for this research is primary data originating from a sample of consumers at Satuang Coffee Shop Banjar Wijaya Cipondoh, Tangerang City. The population in this study was 2801 consumers at the Satuang Coffee Shop, so the sample was determined using random sampling and obtained 97 respondents. The results of this research show that based on the results of a simple linear regression test, it has a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction. The Correlation Coefficient value for service quality is 0.909, meaning that the determination value of service quality is strong, namely 0.825 or the equivalent of 82.5%, while 17.5%. the rest influenced by other factors. The results of the hypothesis test show that the t value calculated > t table or (21,197 > 1.661). Based on the results of a simple linear regression test, promotion positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction determination or influence contribution value being 0.843 or equivalent to 84.3%, while the remaining 17.5% is due to the influence of other factors, the Promotion correlation coefficient value is 0.918 it means very strong. And test the hypothesis obtained a calculated t value > t table or equal to (22.610 > 1.661). Based on the results of multiple linear regression tests, service quality and promotion simultaneously have a significant influence on consumer satisfaction with the regression equation Y =9.321 + 0.319 X1 + 0.460 X2 + e. The correlation coefficient value, which measures the level of relationship between independent variables and dependent variables, is 0.909, indicating a very strong relationship between the two. The coefficient of determination or contribution of simultaneous influence is 0.825 or equivalent to 82.5%, while others 17.5% influenced by other factors. Result of  hypothesis test show that the calculated F value is greater than the F table value (297,444 > 3,090).

Abstract

Employee performance is a key factor in achieving objectives and enhancing the competitiveness of a company. In this context, this research examines variables affecting employee performance, such as the work environment and motivation. This study is a quantitative research with an associative approach. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 60 employees of PT Geo Informatika Solusindo in Bogor City. The data collection was conducted using questionnaires developed with a Likert scale. The data analysis method employed is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study indicate that the t-value is greater than the t-table value (4.067 > 2.001) with a significance level of 0.000 < 0.050, which means that the work environment has a positive and significant impact on employee performance. The study also reports that the t-value is greater than the t-table value (4.496 > 2.001) with a significance level of 0.000 < 0.050, indicating that motivation has a positive and significant impact on employee performance. Furthermore, the work environment and motivation simultaneously affect employee performance. This is evidenced by the F-value being greater than the F-table value (11.702 > 3.16) with a significance level of 0.000 < 0.050. This research provides managerial implications that the work environment and motivation can influence employee performance.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of Current Ratio (CR) and Net Profit Margin (NPM) both partially and simultaneously on share prices at PT Hanjaya Mandala Sampoerna Tbk for the 2013-2022 period. The method used in this research is a descriptive research method with a quantitative approach. The population in this research is all financial reports of PT Hanjaya Mandala Sampoerna Tbk for the 2013-2022 period. The sample used in this research is the balance sheet and profit and loss report of PT Hanjaya Mandala Sampoerna Tbk for the period 2013-2022. The analysis techniques used are Descriptive Analysis Test, Classic Assumption Test, Multiple Regression Analysis, Hypothesis Test (t Test, F Test) and Determination Coefficient Test (R2). Based on the research results, it shows that the Current Ratio partially has a significant effect on the share price at PT Hanjaya Mandala Sampoerna Tbk for the 2013-2022 period. Net Profit Margin partially has a significant effect on the share price of PT Hanjaya Mandala Sampoerna Tbk for the 2013-2022 period. Current Ratio and Net Profit Margin simultaneously have a significant effect on the share price of PT Hanjaya Mandala Sampoerna Tbk for the 2013-2022 period.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is a type of quantitative research with the aim of knowing the financial performance of PT. Astra Internasional TBK Period 2018- 2022 based on liquidity ratios and profitability ratios. The sample is taken from the company's financial statements PT. Astra International TBK. The type of data used in this study is secondary data obtained from the company's annual financial statements. Data collection was carried out using documentation techniques, namely recording the required data from the Indonesian Stock Exchange website. In this study, the data source used was secondary data collection. Based on the results of research data using the calculation of liquidity ratios and profitability ratios regarding the financial performance of PT. Astra International TBK 2018-2022, the authors conclude that financial performance in terms of liquidity ratios, seen from the calculation of the current ratio and quick ratio is still not optimal because the value is still below the industry average standard. This means that the company has not been optimal in managing its working capital. And financial performance in terms of profitability ratios, seen from the calculation of GPM, NPM, ROA and ROE also the number of ratios obtained is still below the average standard ratio. Overall condition of the company in terms of profitability ratios can be said to be less than optimal. The company's management has not been maximal in managing liabilities and maximizing the use of its current assets. Keywords: Liquidity Ratio, Profitability Ratio, Financial Performance.

Abstract

The aim of the research is to determine and analyze the effect of recruitment on employee performance, the effect of training on employee performance. As well as to determine the effect of recruitment and training together on the employee performance of PT Ziben Indonesia Bogor. The population and sample in this research were employees at PT Ziben Indonesia Bogor, totaling 102 samples using a saturated sampling technique. The research method used is a quantitative descriptive method, collecting data by distributing questionnaires which are then processed using regression analysis. The tests used to test research instruments are validity and reliability tests, classic assumption tests, namely: Normality test, multicollinearity test, and autocorrelation test. Meanwhile, hypothesis testing consists of: correlation test, determination test, regression test, t test (partial) and F test (simultaneous) with the help of SPSS 24 for Windows software. The results of the t statistical test analysis for the Recruitment variable have a calculated t value of 3.886 > t table 1.664 with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05, the Training variable has a calculated t value of 3.147 > t table 1.664 with a significant value of 0.002 < 0.05. The correlation value is 0.881 or with a very strong interpretation and the determination value is 77.6%. From the results of the F statistical test (simultaneous), it can be seen that the F-count value is 171.008 > F-table 3.09 and the significant value is 0.000 < 0.05, so it can be concluded that Recruitment and Training have an influence on Employee Performance.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the extent to which service quality (X1) and promotion (X2) influence consumer purchasing decisions (Y) at the Mujahidin Mart minimarket in Pamulang. The method used is a quantitative descriptive method. Sampling technique using Slovin theory. Data analysis uses regression analysis, correlation coefficient, coefficient of determination analysis and hypothesis testing. The results of this research are that Service Quality (X1) and Promotion (X2) have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions (Y) by showing the results of f count > f table, namely f count = 150.394 which is greater than f table of 3.09 and a significant value of 0.001. Partially, the service quality variable has a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions where the value obtained is (t count > t table), t count of 4.857 is greater than 1.985 and is significant 0.001. Simultaneously the Promotion variable has a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions where the value obtained is (t count > t table) with a calculated f result of 7.503 which is greater than 1.985 with a significance of 0.001. So it can be said that Service Quality and Promotion have a significant simultaneous influence on purchasing decisions. Thus, H0 is rejected and H3 is accepted, meaning that Service Quality (X1) and Promotion (X2) together have a positive effect on purchasing decisions (Y).

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work motivation and work environment on employee performance at PT Sinar12 Bukit Barisan Gunung Sindur, Bogor Regency. The method used is quantitative. The sampling technique used saturated sampling, and obtained a sample of 50 respondents. Data analysis using validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, regression analysis, determination coefficient, and hypothesis testing. The results of this study are Work Motivation (X1) has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance (Y) with a coefficient of determination of 53.5% and hypothesis testing obtained tcount> ttable (1.824> 1.677). Work Environment (X2) has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance (Y) with a coefficient of determination of 40.1% and hypothesis testing obtained t value> t table or (5.673> 1.677). Work Motivation (X1) and Work Environment (X2) have a positive and significant effect simultaneously on Employee Performance (Y) with a coefficient of determination of 0.620 or 6.20% and hypothesis testing obtained F count 38.307> Ftable 3.20.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect partially or simultaneously of Organizational Culture and Work Motivation on Employee Performance at PT. Diamond Prima Indonesia Tangerang city. This type of research is quantitative. The sampling technique used saturated sampling, and a sample of 70 respondents was obtained. The data collection used was a questionnaire, the data analysis technique used was data validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression test, and hypothesis testing. The results obtained in the study based on the t test on organizational culture variable tcount 4.195 > ttable 1.995 with a significant level of 0.000 <0.05 means that organizational culture (X1) has a partial and significant effect on Employee Performance (Y) and Work Motivation variables (X2) tcount of 4.729 and ttable 1.995 with a significant level of 0.000 <0.05 means that Work Motivation (X2) has a partial and significant effect on Employee Performance (Y). Meanwhile, based on the results of the F test, it was found that the Fcount value was 72.599 > Ftable 3,13 with a significant level of 0,00 <0.05, it can be concluded that Organizational Culture (X1) and Work Motivation (X2) simultaneously have an effect on and are significant on Employee Performance (Y) at PT. Diamond Prima Indonesia Tangerang city. With a coefficient of determination of 67,5.% while the rest (100 –67,5%) = 32,5% is influenced by other factors.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of motivation and physical work environment on employee performance at PT Wahana Kalyana Mitra Mahardika. The research method used is quantitative descriptive method. The sampling technique uses saturated sampling and obtained a sample of 50 respondents. Data analysis uses validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, regression analysis, correlation coefficients, determination coefficients and hypothesis tests. The result of this study is that work motivation has a significant effect on employee performance with a coefficient of determination value of 47.6% and the hypothesis test obtained t calculate > t table or (6.601> 2.011). The physical work environment also has a significant effect on employee performance with a coefficient of determination value of 62.0% and the hypothesis test obtained t calculate > t table or (8.841 > 2.011). Work motivation and physical work environment simultaneously have a significant effect on the performance of employees
