Abstract

School Operational Aid (BOS) is a government policy through the Ministry of Education and Culture, which is fully authorized its management to the schools by referring to the conditions set by the government. Schools with School Committee work together in utilizing the BOS funds to improve access and quality of education. With the implementation of BOS policy on school, then it have need of evaluating the BOS policy which this studydiscuss the empowerment of schools and the School Committee in the management of BOS. The problems of this research are about how: (1). The level of policy performance of the BOS program; (2). The level of policy effectiveness of BOS program; (3). The level of policy outcome of the BOS program; (4). The policy impact of the BOS program. These four issues are analyzed in relation to empowerment of school and school committee. This research applied descriptive qualitative method, with the data in the form of descriptions of the activities, work systems or behaviors exist in Pacitan Education Department, Schools and the School Committee recipient of BOS funds as the subject of the research. Data obtained by interview, observation and documentation studies. From the data analysis and discussion, it is concluded as follows: First: The level of performance of the BOS policy have achieved the objectives which the BOS has been targeted to help the poor students and ease the burden of other students; Second: The level of efficiency indicates that with the lack of BOS funds schools can still carry out activities to reach the standard results; Third: The level of outcomes have succeeded in increasing APK, control for APS, graduates proceed to a higher level, the BOS fund management transparent and accountable, the increase of parents participation in helping schools, results of Nilai Ebtanas Murni (NEM) increases, an increasing number of schools are accredited B; Fourth: The impact of policy on the BOS program, among others, the increase in the Human Development Index (HDI), the increase in students passing the national exam and an increase in per capita income.Empowerment Schools and School Committee be realized where the school and the school committee has been undergoing development, strengthening the potential / power and independence.Keywords: empowerment, School and School Committee, Policy on the BOS program.

Abstract

Setiap pendidik seharusnya menyadari pentingnya pemberdayaan berfikir dalam proses pembelajaran. Rendahnya tingkat berfikir peserta didik biasanya disebabkan metode pembelajaran yang digunakan kurang merangsang pemberdayaan berfikir, apalagi metode yang digunakan adalah metode konvensional seperti ceramah. Pola pembelajaran PBMP sangat sejalan dengan filsafat konstruktivisme. Pada pembelajaran ini tidak ada proses pembelajaran yang berlangsung secara informatif. Karena, penerapan pola PBMP yang menggabungkan strategi pembelajaran kooperatif dengan model TGT mengedepankan peran aktif peserta didik, tidak lagi dari pendidiknya.

Abstract

Efektifitas pembelajaran sejatinya berbarometer pada hasil pembelajaran siswa-siswi di suatu sekolah. Semakin tinggi tingkat ketuntasan siswa menyerap pembelajaran, berarti proses pembelajaran yang berlangsung bisa dikatakan efektif (berhasil). Sebaliknya, semakin minim kemampuan daya serap siswa-siswi mengusai pembelajaran, berarti proses pembelajaran yang berlangsung kurang berhasil (tidak efektif). Media pembelajaran merupakan bagian yang tak terpisahkan dari proses pembelajaran itu sendiri. Terlebih, untuk mengoptimalkan proses pembelajaran. Bahkan media pembelajaran yang tepat, disinyalir dapat pula meningkatkan kemampuan siswa-siswi mengingat materi dan topik pembelajaran.

Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan Penelitian Tindakan kelas yang dilaksanakan di STKIP PGRI Pacitan. Subjek penelitiannya adalah mahasiswa Program Studi Pendidikan Matematika tingkat I semester ke 1 (pertama). Tujuannya, untuk memperbaiki proses belajar mengajar (perkuliahan) dan meningkatkan semangat kerja sama dalam pemecahan masalah distribusi frekuensi. Hasil penelitian; 1) terjadi peningkatan keaktifan dalam pelaksanaan proses belajar mengajar pada bahasan Distribusi frekuensi Mata Kuliah Statistik dengan menggunakan pembelajaran model gotong-royong teknis two stay two tray; 2) dalam proses belajar mengajar bahasan Industri dengan menggunakan pembelajaran model gotong-royong; 3) prestasi belajar terjadi peningkatan dengan adanya siklus 1 yang lebih dari 70 ada 23 mahasiswa pada siklus ke 2 menjadi 34 mahasiswa atau dari 51,10 % menjadi 75,60 % atau naik 24,50 %

Abstract

One of the most important keys of the university advancement in Indonesia is thecompetitive grant research scheme. As one of that mentioned research scheme, thisresearch had been the second year to accomplish. The purpose of this Researchand Development (R&D) was to enhance the competence of students using themodule of scientific language philosophy. This research was carried out from 2016on Indonesian Literature and Language Education Study program in STKIP PGRIIndonesia Pacitan up to 2017. The research consisted of 12 meetings within 4 trialsusing the single one-shot case study experimental method. This method aimedat revealing the effect of the local wisdom-based scientific language philosophymodules toward language competence. The research findings showed that theresult of the first test compared to the second test was t12 = 2.77 ≤ t table 2,021 withinthe degrees of freedom 38 which meant that the language competence had beenincreased. Furthermore, the second test compared to the third test was t23 =2.88≤ ttable 2,021 within the degrees of freedom 38. Finally, the third test comparedto the fourth test result was t34 = 2.79 ≤ t table 2,021. Based on t test results, it canbe inferred that the module of scientific language philosophy based on the localwisdom is effective to increase the language competence.
