Abstract

ABSTRAKPotensi kewirausahaan di Indonesia sangat besar. Indonesia membutuhkan 2% dari jumlah penduduk yang memiliki kewirausahaan agar tercipta kesejahteraan dan peningkatan daya beli masyarakat. Namun belum terwujud secara maksimal karena masalah perekonomian masih saja menitikberatkan pada masalah pengangguran. Khususnya kota Bekasi tingkat pengangguran masih diangka 5,3%. Oleh karena itu, perlu dilaksanakan suatu kegiatan pembinaan dan pendampingan masyarakat dalam bentuk kegiatan pegabdian masyarakat guna menekan angka pengangguran. Pengangguran terbanyak yakni lulusan SMA/SMK sehingga sasaran kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat yang dilakukan adalah kepada kaum millennial usia kurang dari 20 tahun dan sedang berada dibangku sekolah tingkat menengah atas. Peserta kegiatan ini 147 orang dan 87% peserta sangat setuju bahwa topik yang dibicarakan sesuai dengan harapan peserta, 82% peserta sangat setuju bahwa materi yang disampaikan pembicara dengan jelas,  dan 84% peserta sangat setuju bahwa pembicara menguasai topik yang disampaikan. Seluruh peserta memiliki niat untuk menciptakan usaha atau bisnis yang akan digelutinya. Melalui kegiatan ini diharapkan ada pendampingan dan pembinaan secara terjadwal guna terciptanya usaha untuk kaum millennial hingga mengalami perkembangan usaha. Metode yang dilakukan dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan ini adalah sharing dan latihan membuat perencanaan bisnis.Kata kunci: Kewirausahaan; Millenial; Studi Kelayakan Bisnis;Membangun Bisnis.  ABSTRACTThe potential for entrepreneurship is huge in Indonesia. Indonesia needs 2% of the population to have entrepreneurship to create prosperity and increase people's purchasing power. However, it has not been realized maximally because the economic problem still emphasizes the problem of unemployment. In particular, the city of Bekasi has an unemployment rate of 5.3%. Therefore, it is necessary to carry out community development and assistance activities to reduce unemployment. The most unemployed are high school / vocational high school graduates, so the target of the activities carried out is for millennials who are less than 20 years old. There were 147 participants in the activity and 87% of the participants strongly agreed that the topic discussed was in line with the participants' expectations, 82% of the participants strongly agreed that the material presented by the speaker was clear, and 84% of the participants strongly agreed that the speaker mastered the topic presented. All participants have the intention to create a business or business that they will do. Through this activity, it is expected that there will be assistance and coaching on a scheduled basis for the creation of businesses for millennial communities to experience business development. Abstract

Comfort and safety are important aspects in institutional environments, including the management of parking access gates at the Arsyada Foundation, located at Jl. Pahlawan Gg. Mesjid Karang Asem Timur, Citeureup, Bogor. Currently, the foundation still uses a manual gate system, allowing vehicles to enter and exit freely. This system is often exploited by local residents who park their cars in the foundation's area, disrupting comfort and activities. This study designed a Smart Parking Gate System based on the Internet of Things (IoT) with Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) as valid vehicle identification and Blynk for parking capacity monitoring and gate control. This system is intended to limit the use of parking spaces only to those with access rights, such as foundation owners, teachers, staff, community members, and security officers, while also improving security through automatic identification integrated with IoT. Testing results showed a feasibility rate of 90.4% with a “Highly Feasible” rating, indicating the system is highly suitable for use. Thus, this smart parking gate is expected to be an effective solution for improving security, reducing unauthorized access risks, and enhancing parking management at the Arsyada Foundation.
