Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out whether the effect and how much work experience on employee performance.This research is a quantitative research using primary and secondary data. The method of collecting data uses a questionnaire distributed to employees of Garuda Indonesia airlines. Sampling Random Sampling that uses all members of the population and sample. Primary data is processed using SPSS 16 to determine the characteristics of respondents, simple linear regression test to determine the effect of work experience on employee performance. The results of these data researchers have the effect of work experience on employee performance. this is indicated by a significant value of P 0,000 <0,005, concluded that work experience has an effect on employee performance at t count 8.216. This shows that Ha is accepted, meaning that it has a positive and significant effect of work experience on employee performance by 64% and the remaining 36% is influenced by other researchers.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work motivation on the work productivity of West Nusa Tenggara Province Transportation Department employees in the air sector. The population in this study were employees who worked in the air field at the West Nusa Tenggara Provincial Transportation Department with a total of 25 employees. This research is a quantitative study conducted by distributing questionnaires to 25 respondents and doing documentation, and processing data using SPSS 16.0 Windows application. Based on the results of the study indicate that work motivation has a significant effect on the work productivity of the West Nusa Tenggara Provincial Transportation Department employee in the air sector Agustus 2018 and has an influence of 40%, the remaining 60% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

The research aims to examine the effect of customer value on customer satisfaction Indonesia Air Asia Airlines Domestic Flight SUB-DPS Routes in Terminal Two Juanda Airport Surabaya. The object of this research is the customers of Air Asia Domestic Flight SUB-DPS Route in Juanda Airport Terminal Two Surabaya. This study uses quantitative medote, the independent variable (X) in this study is the customer value and the dependent variable (Y) in this study is customer satisfaction. With a population of 158, the data analysis method used is simple linear regression. Data analysis techniques and hypothesis testing using SPSS V.22 software tools. The results of data processing are obtained that the customer value variable has no significant effect on customer satisfaction indicated by the value of t count of 0.487 <1.981 from t table and a significant value of 0.487b> 0.05 significant probability. So Ha is accepted and H1 is rejected. The effect of customer value on customer satisfaction is shown by R Square of 0.004 (0.4%) so that there is no effect on customer value on customer satisfaction.

Abstract

Karyawan di dalam organisasi perguruan tinggi merupakan kunci keberhasilan perguruan tinggi. Arah penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi dan menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan di STTKD, sehingga dapat memberikan masukan bagi perguruan tinggi dalam merumuskan strategi sumber daya manusia. Variabel Independen dalam penelitian ini mencakup kepemimpinan (X1), Budaya organisasi (X2), dan variabel moderat, yaitu interaksi antara variable kepemimpinan dan budaya organisasi (X1*X2). Sedang variabel Dependen adalah kinerja (Y). Nilai korelasi berganda (R) sebesar 76,9% yang berarti bahwa hubungan antara Variabel Kepemimpinan, dan Budaya Organisasi dengan Variabel Kinerja Karyawan adalah mempunyai hubungan yang erat.

Abstract

Semakin berkembangnya jasa transportasi udara saat ini, perusahaan penerbangan berusaha meningkatkan kinerjanya termasuk kinerja petugas Arrival Hall yang bertugas menangani pelayanan bagasi. Garuda Indonesia merupakan maskapai terbesar Indonesia dan terkenal memberikan pelayanan yang prima. Oleh karena itu dalam memberikan pelayanan bagasi petugas Arrival Hall dituntun untuk menghasilkan kinerja yang baik agar dapat memberikan kepuasan kepada penumpang. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah ada hubungan antara kinerja petugas Arrival Hall dalam pelayanan bagasi dengan tingkat kepuasan penumpang Maskapai Garuda Indonesia di Bandar Udara Internasional Juanda Surabaya. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer. Data yang diperoleh dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada penumpang Garuda Indonesia di Bandar Udara Internasional Juanda Surabaya. Metode analisis data menggunakan analisis koefisien korelasi (Correlation Analysis) dengan program Microsoft Excel 2007 dan SPSS 15.0. Hasil pengujian hipotesis dengan menggunakan analisis koefisen korelasi menghasilkan nilai r = 0,5721 dikategorikan bahwa variabel kinerja petugas Arrival Hall dan variabel tingkat kepuasan penumpang mempunyai hubungan cukup kuat. Hasil tersebut menunjukkan bahwa H0 ditolak dan Ha diterima, artinya bahwa ada hubungan antara variabel kinerja petugas Arrival Hall dengan variabel kepuasan penumpang Maskapai Garuda Indonesia di Bandar Udara Internasional Juanda Surabaya.
