Abstract

Sebagai organisasi yang memberikan layanan prima, tentunya PT. Angkasa Pura I Yogyakarta International Airport, harus memberikan pelayanan yang terbaik untuk mendukung keamanan dan keselamatan penerbangan. Salah satu cara yang dilakukan PT Angkasa Pura I Yogyakarta International Airport ialah menjamin kehandalan operasional fasilitas penerbangan dan bandar udara. Dari segi tuntutan akuntabilitas kinerja, Bandar Udara Yogyakarta International Airport harus memberikan efektivitas dan tentnya efisiens guna mencapai sasaran-sasaran perusahaan terutama kinerja dalam memberikan pelayanan. Dalam upaya memberikan pelayanan prima, maka PT. Angkasa Pura I Yogyakarta International Airport mengikuti standar pelayanan yang harus sesuai dengan peraturan perundang-undangan, yang diamanatkan dalam Undang Undang No 25 Tahun 2009 tentang Pelayanan Publik

Abstract

Transportation has an important and strategic role in implementing the archipelago concept and in strengthening relations between nations. Methods and tools for creating customer satisfaction using this marketing mix refers to customer retention as an obligation to buy or reuse a product or service. with Super Air Jet airlines. The survey method is a quantitative method by collecting a sample of 100 respondents by distributing surveys via Google Forms using data collection technology. The purpose of this study is to identify and analyze the marketing mix of its Superair jets at international airports and its effect on customer loyalty. Soekarno Hatta. The results of this study concluded that the marketing mix variable has value. From this it can be concluded that H1 is accepted or rejected as the marketing mix variable (Y) which affects customer loyalty. Several respondents agreed and specifically agreed with the survey results. Superjet physical signs such as: B. Automatic check-in facilitates passenger check-in. The market mix produces a positive coefficient of determination with an R-squared value of 0.771. From these results, there is an influence of marketing mix variables on customer loyalty of super air jet airlines of 58.9%.

Abstract

Fast and efficient transportation is a must, with transportation we are able to meet the needs of life. With so many enthusiasts in the aviation industry, airline entrepreneurs must meet these needs. This study aims to determine whether there is an Effect of Flight Ticket Selling Prices and Advertising Attractiveness on the Buying Interest of Flight Service Users on Super Air Jet Airlines at Hang Nadim International Airport Batam. This research method uses a quantitative approach. The number of samples in this study was 100 respondents. The respondents in this study are people or users of Super Air Jet air transportation services. Sampling using random sampling technique. Data collection techniques by giving questionnaires to respondents. In analyzing this, validity and reliability tests are used, multiple linear regression tests, f tests (simultaneous) and t tests (partial) and Coefficient of determination (R2). The test results show that: Partially affects the interest in buying tickets for super air jet air transport users at Hang Nadim International Airport Batam. The test results partially show that the price (X1) has a significant value of the price variable of 0.000 ≤ 0.05 so that it can be concluded that H1 is accepted or the price variable (X1) affects buying interest (Y) and Ho is rejected. Ad attractiveness (X2) has a significant value of ad attractiveness variable of 0.000 ≤ 0.05 so it can be concluded that H1 is accepted or ad attractiveness variable (X2) affects buying interest (Y) and Ho is rejected. Simultaneously affects the interest in buying tickets for super air jet air transport users at Hang Nadim International Airport Batam. The test results are obtained from the F test results with significant values of 0.000 ≤ 0.05. So it is concluded that H1 is accepted or in other words price (X1) and advertising attractiveness (X2) simultaneously affect buying interest (Y) and Ho is rejected

Abstract

The development of air transportation, the airport as an aviation service provider company must balance with quality human resources, especially in the quality of employee performance. The quality of performance of an employee depends on the duties and responsibilities imposed on him. In addition, employee performance also depends on incentives, motivation and workload obtained. This study aims to determine the effect of incentives, motivation and workload partially and simultaneously on the performance of Aviation Security Employees of Pt. Angkasa Pura I at General Ahmad Yani International Airport Semarang. This study used quantitative research methods using questionnaire data collection techniques through Likert scale. And the sample taken in this study amounted to 63 respondents from Aviation Security Employees of Pt. Angkasa Pura I at General Ahmad Yani International Airport Semarang. The results showed that partially the three variables of incentives, and workload on employee performance got positive and significant results, while the motivation variable on employee performance got results that did not have a positive and significant effect. Simultaneously, this study obtained equally positive and significant results with the value of the calculated value of the fcalculate > ftable, which is 119.61 > 2.761, and for the coefficient of determination obtained the result of the rsquare value of 85.9%.
