Abstract

Provinsi Sulawesi Utara memiliki masyarakat yang mayoritas bermata pencaharian petani yang merupakan sumber ekonomi. Sekitar 70% mata pencaharian dan pendapatan masyarakat berasal dari tanaman perkebunan seperti Kelapa, Cengkeh, Pala, Vanili, Coklat dan lainnya. Sekitar 60% dari seluruh luas tanaman perkebunan yang adalah perkebunan kelapa dilakukan baik dalam perkebunan besar maupun perkebunan kecil. Sulawesi Utara sebagai daerah produksi kelapa dan turunannya tentunya memiliki jumlah petani dan pedagang dalam jumlah yang besar. Perusahaan-perusahaan yang menampung produk berbasis  kelapa juga tersedia walaupun dalam jumlah yang tidak begitu  banyak.              Salah satu permasalahan dalam hal rantai pasokan kelapa dapat dilihat dari 2 sisi, sisi petani dan sisi penggunanya (atau dari pengumpul skala menengah dan besar). Petani merupakan pihak yang selama ini terjebak dalam sistem penjualan dengan cara ijon, sedangkan penggunanya mendapatkan keuntungan yang lumayan besar dari kondisi ini, seperti hasil penelitian Sumarauw (2013). Untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut maka dirasakan perlunya memperpendek rantai pasokan bahan pangan dengan  menggunakan sistem daring yang dewasa ini umum digunakan oleh para petani.

Abstract

Manado State Polytechnic’s LSP (Institution of Professional Certification ) is an institution within Manado State Polytechnic that runs its function to do competence tests at each TUK (Competence Test Place) according to MUK (Competence Test Material). Students who are at their last semester will be tests their competence based on their field of study. Sometimes the tests are conduct online which leads to the need of website system that contain MUK. The system shoould also cope with scoring of the students and their pass or not pass status. These data will be reported to BNSP (National Institution of Professional Certification). So, website and its application is a need to cope with competence test processes, from TUK data, MUK materials, up until recapitulation of students that has K or BK status, which will be reported to BNSP. During website development, it needs a well organized system modelling. The modeling is planned to be fast as the system is in urgent. Since the system is not a large one, the development could be done using Rapid Application Development (RAD). The system will be used in logical design as well as physical design, to become a full functional and responsive system.

Abstract

In an increasingly competitive world of work, the balance between work demands and employees' personal lives is an important issue that affects job satisfaction and productivity. The purpose of this research is to design a fixed asset accounting information system application using QR codes to facilitate inventory in bookkeeping. It can store more comprehensive data, on fixed asset data accurately in recording in each entity. The research method applied is the software development method using Prototyping, where the software creation process will be carried out module by module with testing, starting from tagging, and creating a unique QR code for each fixed asset in each existing entity. The result study results indicate that using technology can make it easier to record assets by simply scanning the QR Code label, which is attached to each asset. So that the process of recording or managing assets can run accurately and quickly. The output of the research is the creation of a web and mobile application to manage asset information systems by utilizing QR Code technology. The implication of this research is for companies to develop wellbeing programs that not only focus on stress reduction but also pay attention to the need for work-life balance. This research also contributes to the development of HR management theory in the context of employee welfare management in modern industries.

Abstract

The implementation of maintenance and repair activities at the Manado State Polytechnic is currently still manual so the evaluation of these activities cannot be monitored properly. Apart from that, reporting of damage to goods and repairs from units and departments is still manual with a letter signed directly and taken to Deputy Director 2 for approval. This will slow down the work process because UPT MR will carry out another evaluation which will then be reported to Deputy Director 2 for improvements. Therefore, we need an application that can make the steps for proposing repairs and maintenance digitally based on a website so that it can be done via a laptop, computer, or Android device. Apart from that, the existing inventory items are not properly recorded. Where no application can display the quantity and condition of goods, whether the goods are in good condition, damaged, or can still be repaired. This inventory process will be created in an integrated application through this system so that agency and unit leaders can monitor the condition and quantity of existing goods directly anywhere. Therefore, this application speeds up the process of collecting data on goods and can also repair all existing goods based on the correct rules and steps. Likewise, leaders can print reports on the condition and quantity of goods at any time for any purpose without needing to search for these data. Apart from this application being able to store data digitally, this application will also speed up and simplify the process of collecting data on goods by simply scanning the QR Code to see data on certain goods. This application will also speed up and make it easier for units and departments to propose repairs and maintenance of goods at the Manado State Polytechnic.
