Abstract

Dalam masa nifas dapat terjadi infeksi dan peradangan pada payudara, infeksiterjadi melalui luka pada puting susu, tetapi mungkin juga melalui peredarandarah. Oleh karena itu perlu pencegahan salah satunya dengan perawatanpayudara. Tujuan penelitian penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh konselingperawatan payudara terhadap pelaksanaan perawatan payudara pada ibu nifas diBPS.Nurul Ma’rifah,Amd.Keb. Jenis penelitian praeksperimen, pendekatan perbandingan kelompok statis,populasi 32 orang, sampel 30 orang, metode pengambilan sampel accidentalsampling. Teknik pengambilan data menggunakan checklist, analisis bivariat ujiIndependent t-test. Hasil Penelitian dari 30 responden, hasil t hitung 5,651 > t tabel 2,048,menunjukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh  pemberian konseling perawatan payudaraterhadap pelaksanaan perawatan payudara pada ibu nifas. Berdasarkan hasilpenlitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh konseling perawatanpayudara terhadap pelaksanaan perawatan payudara.

Abstract

Achieving ability Kepmenkes No.900/2002 midwife in accordance with the demands contained in the ability of midwives as professionals and independent . The achievement of these capabilities can be started from the educational institution based on the core competencies of midwives . The ability to measure the achievement of measurable learning achievement premises . The high interest in becoming a midwife , the amount of family support , the discipline is followed in the study would affect learning achievement . The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of interest into midwife , family support , and discipline of learning on student achievement.   This study is an observational analytic cross sectional approach . The study was conducted in December 2013 until May 2014 . The sample amounted to 88 respondents. The sampling technique using simple random sampling. Measuring instrument using a questionnaire with likert scale . Analysis of data using multiple linear regression analysis with α of 5% .   The results of multiple linear regression analysis of the independent variable of interests being midwife ( X1 ) , family support ( X2 ) , and the discipline of learning ( X3 ) on the dependent variable learning achievement ( Y ) p-value obtained ( 0.000 ) <α ( 0.05 ) . Value of F ( 126.687 )> F (2.72 ) . Effective contribution ( R2 ) jointly acquired 0.819. There is a strong positive influence and significant correlation between interest in becoming a midwife , family support , and discipline of learning on student achievement STIKES Aisyiyah Surakarta .   Keywords :interests being a midwife , family support , disciplinary learning , learning achievement

Abstract

The third trimester is a condition where the mother experiences very significant changes. This anxiety is different for every pregnant woman, but primigravida mothers experience more anxiety than multigravida mothers. This condition requires the support of the closest people, especially the husband as a main supporter. A preliminary survey study conducted at the Bayan Health Center showed 18 primigravida mothers, 8 of whom experienced anxiety. This study aims to analyze the relationship between husband's support and anxiety about physical changes in primigravida in the work area of the Bayan Health Center. The method used is an analytical survey, with a cross-sectional approach. The population of TM III pregnant women with a sample of 36 respondents, the technique used was accidental sampling, which was carried out at the Bayan Health Center, in March. The instrument used was a questionnaire and a statistical test used Chi Square. The results of the Chi Square test are that there is a relationship between husband's support in dealing with anxiety and physical changes in Primigravida in the Bayan Health Center with the result that the p value (0.001) < (0.05) then Ho is rejected, Ha is accepted. It is hoped that health workers can improve health services for pregnant women, especially providing counseling and ANC examinations.

Abstract

Antenatal care (ANC) examination is a pregnancy examination to optimize the mental and physical health of pregnant women so that they are able to face childbirth, the postpartum period, preparation for breastfeeding and the return to normal reproductive health (Manuaba, 2010). ANC visits at least 4 times consisting of K1/1st trimester (0-12 weeks) 1 time, 1 time in the second trimester and 2 times in the third trimester (Bartini, 2012). The majority of pregnant women at the Kaligesing Community Health Center (90%) complied with the minimum ANC visits and there were 2 respondents who did not meet the standards. This research aims to determine the description of the implementation of antenatal care for pregnant women in the third trimester at the Kaligesing Community Health Center. The research method is descriptive research type, the population of all pregnant women in the third trimester at the Kaligesing Community Health Center is 33 respondents, total sampling technique, research time October 2018- June 2019, percentage and central tendency formula analysis, MCH book measuring tool. The research results are based on the results of research on the coverage of antenatal care visits for pregnant women in the third trimester that meet the minimum visit standards, there are 31 (93.94%), while those that do not meet there are 2 (6.06%). Coverage of antenatal care visits for pregnant women in the third trimester at the Kaligesing Community Health Center in 2019 is according to standards. It is hoped that health workers will maintain and improve ANC services for third trimester pregnant women. Keywords: Antenatal Care
