Abstract

The purpose of the study is to determine the feasibility of the development of the business conducted by PT Dagang Jaya. Research method used is based on the analysis of aspects of business feasibility study, the aspects of Finance, Markets and Marketing, Management and HR, Legal aspects, Engineering and Operations, EIA, and the Economic and Social aspects. The results of the analysis of each aspect showed positive results stating that the Business Development conducted by PT Dagang Jaya feasible to run. Conclusions from this research is the development of the business conducted by PT Dagang Jaya feasible to run one way to choose business development is to increase the number and variety of products distributed by the company.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of teaching styles on student learning outcomes on subjects Correspondence using explanatory survey method. Data collection techniques used a 5-scale questionnaire with a ratting scale model. Respondents are 105 students of SMK Negeri 1 Bandung. Data analysis techniques use simple regression. The results showed that the teaching style has a positive and significant influence on the learning outcomes. Thus the learning outcomes can be improved through the increased effectiveness of teaching styles.ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untukĀ  menganalisis pengaruh gaya mengajar terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran Korespondensi dengan menggunakan metode survey explanatory. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket skala 5 dengan model ratting scale. Responden adalah 105 siswa SMK Negeri 1 Bandung. Teknik analisis data menggunakan regresi sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa gaya mengajar memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap hasil belajar. Dengan demikian hasil belajar dapat ditingkatkan melalui peningkatan efektivitas gaya mengajar.

Abstract

This study proposes a model of service performance of local government influenced by staff competencies and organizational culture and mediated by organizational innovativeness. This is an empirical study using quantitative approach and a descriptive survey method to get the data from 130 staffs of the local government office as respondents. Data were collected through questionnaire and analyzed using Partial Least Square (PLS). The findings of this study are (1) organizational innovativeness is positively affected by staff competencies and organizational culture, (2) service performance is positively affected by staff competencies, organizational culture, and organizational innovativeness, (3) organizational innovativeness can serve as mediating variable for the relationship between staff competencies and service performance, also for the relationship between organizational culture and service performance. This study fulfills an understanding of the impact of staff competencies and organizational culture on the service performance of local government, mediated by organizational innovativeness.
