Abstract

Kembang Duren Kulon Progo is a souvenir design for a tourist village in Kulon Progo. Along with the development of natural tourism in various regions, the Kalibiru destination still requires a variety of souvenirs that characterize the destination specifically. Based on sharing with the destination management during the study of the potential for sustainable tourism, the problem of souvenir needs was identified so that an idea was developed to realize souvenir work. Furthermore, collaboration with Puissance Clothing was carried out to realize the prototype. The sketch has been formed from previous activities so that the finalization to production is carried out in collaboration with the partner. In line with the tourism village development model as nature tourism, the design concept appreciates the natural wealth around the destination, namely Durian Menoreh, so the term Kulon Progo Durian Flower is used. The output is a Kembang Duren Kulon Progo T-shirt with a motif of nine durian flowers with the basic colors of black-and-white, blue-white, and red-and-white for the Independence Day edition. Collaboration provides solutions for destinations in the form of souvenir designs which in the future can be developed by the manager in various media such as mugs, drinking bottles, tumblers, cloth bags, or masks. Through the branding, "Kembang Duren Kulon Progo" gives a message that in Kulon Progo there is a Kalibiru destination and in Kalibiru there is Durian Menoreh so that both are promoted to encourage community welfare and maintain environmental conservation. Through collaboration, it contributes to maintaining the sustainability of rural tourism development in Kulon Progo.

Abstract

In line with the let's save the program in the previous activity, the agenda for this activity aims to ensure the sustainability of saving for children in Raudhatul Athfal Taufiqurrahman Beji Timur Depok. Through collaboration with Bank BRI Agroniaga, abdimas activities have succeeded in opening TabunganKu, so the next task is to help ensure the sustainability of this saving behavior. Thus the approach is carried out in two ways, namely: first by ensuring that the pick-up service facility from Bank BRI Agroniaga officers can run smoothly, while the second way is by motivating through stories themed about saving. The output target is an increase in the amount of savings and a simple story about saving that is appropriate for children's level is composed. The approach is carried out through joint assistance with Bank BRI Agroniaga with evaluation results showing that there are still many savings books whose balances have not increased. Meanwhile, for students who have made additional savings, the value varies between Rp. 300,000, - to Rp. 400,000, -. This happens because learning activities have not been fully face-to-face so that the savings deposit pick-up service process has also not been running. To overcome this condition, some parents took the initiative to add savings independently through transfer to TabunganKu. Concerning the second outcome target, a simple story or fairy tale about saving has been produced. Mrs. Ina as the accompanying teacher has provided education through the fairy tale to touch the hearts of children about the benefits of saving. In line with the activities with children and accompanying teachers, it shows an increase in the number of savings, but this addition has not occurred in all savings. Therefore, the role of parents and teachers is needed to continuously motivate children to save in order to form sustainable saving behavior.

Abstract

Jamu is a product of local genius passed down by ancestors with benefits as a supplement drink to maintain body fitness from children, adolescents, pregnant and lactating women, adult men to the elderly. The raw materials are a result of Indonesia's natural resources, so that through local genius it is created into kunyit asam, beras kencur, cabe puyang, pahitan, kunci suruh, kudu laos, uyup-uyup/gepyokan, and sinom. These eight types are not just herbs but the taste of herbs symbolizes the cycle of human life that begins with a life that tastes sweet and sour, then a slightly spicy-warm taste, turns to spicy taste, begins to feel bitter then becomes tasteless, and finally returns sweet. As an appreciation of this philosophy, the community takes advantage of it as a business opportunity. Meanwhile, in the face of the pandemic, there are many limitations at the grassroots level trying to survive through this endeavor. Therefore, an activity was carried out with Jamu Budhe Sum partners in Beji Timur to overcome sales problems through designing pamphlets that were sent via WhatsApp to customers. In addition, assistance was provided for six quality management activities through mentoring cards. The output target of this activity is an increase in the number of sales and knowledge of maintaining quality so that a continuation of the herbal medicine business is formed during the pandemic. In line with the activities with herbal medicine traders, there was a slight increase in herbal medicine sales with the target of collaborating with herbal retailers and direct consumers. Realization can increase orders by about 5-10% per week although it fluctuates. In addition, there is an increase in knowledge of herbal medicine management so that consistency is formed in activities to maintain personal hygiene, handling raw materials and equipment, processing preparation, serving, maintaining service quality, and establishing relationships with the environment. This aspect makes consumers still believe in Jamu Budhe Sum. It is hoped that there will be consistency in carrying out these activities so that they will help maintain the traditional herbal medicine business during the pandemic.Jamu merupakan produk kejeniusan lokal yang diwariskan oleh leluhur dengan manfaat sebagai minuman suplemen untuk menjaga kebugara tubuh mulai anak-anak, remaja, wanita hamil dan menyusui, pria dewasa sampai orang tua. Bahan baku sebagai hasil sumber daya alam Indonesia sehingga melalui lokal genius dikreativitaskan menjadi jamu kunyit asam, beras kencur, cabe puyang, pahitan, kunci suruh, kudu laos, uyup-uyup/gepyokan dan sinom. Delapan jenis tersebut bukan sekedar jamu tetapi rasa jamu tersebut melambangkan siklus kehidupan manusia bahwa diawali kehidupan yang terasa manis asam, kemudian sedikit rasa pedas-hangat, beralih pada rasa pedas, mulai merasakan kepahitan kemudian menjadi tawar dan akhirnya kembali manis. Sebagai apresiasi pada filosofi tersebut, masyarakat memanfaatkan sebagai peluang usaha. Sementara itu dalam menghadapi pandemik banyak keterbatasan pada tingkat  akar rumput yang mencoba bertahan melalui usaha ini. Oleh karena dilakukan kegiatan dengan mitra Jamu Budhe Sum di Beji Timur untuk mengatasi masalah penjualan melalui mendesain pamflet yang dikirimkan melalui whattapps kepada pelanggan. Selain itu dilakukan pendampingan terkait enam aktivitas pengelolaan kualitas melalui kartu pendampingan. Target luaran kegiatan ini adalah peningkatan jumlah penjualan serta pengetahuan menjaga kualitas sehingga terbentuk kelanjutan usaha jamu di masa pandemik. Sejalan dengan kegiatan bersama pedagang jamu dihasilkan sedikit peningkatan penjualan jamu dengan target bekerjasama dengan pengecer dan konsumen langsung. Realisasi dapat meningkatkan pesanan sekitar 5-10% per minggu meskipun secara fluktuatif. Selain itu terdapat peningkatan pengetahuan pengelolaan jamu sehingga terbentuk konsistensi dalam aktivitas menjaga higienitas pribadi, penanganan bahan baku dan peralatan, persiapan pengolahan, penyajian, menjaga kualitas layanan, dan menjalin hubungan dengan lingkungan. Aspek inilah menjadikan konsumen masih percaya pada Jamu Budhe Sum. Diharapkan terdapat konsistensi menjalankan aktivitas tersebut sehingga turut membantu mempertahankan usaha jamu tradisional di masa pandemik.

Abstract

Along with the development of the entrepreneurial sector, including the laundry business and environmental changes, it demands awareness of environmental sustainability among business actors. Knowledge of this aspect is still relatively new so that the understanding of business actors is still limited. Based on this consideration, a socialization activity was initiated regarding awareness of water management with Laundry Boy's business partners in the Beji Timur Village, Depok. This business is still new so there are still many limitations including those related to this information. The laundry business has a lot to do with the use of clean water and disposal of used laundry water directly into ditches or rivers, so it needs to be supported by an awareness of keeping clean water. There are five indicators used for outreach including: trust in water supply, knowledge of water quality, quality of water obtained, knowledge of water pollution, and awareness of water sustainability. The approach is carried out by way of outreach, evaluation and reminding of the impact on business continuity. This activity is the pilot for a clean water-saving behavior campaign for micro and small businesses. Through this socialization, it is hoped that business actors can understand and disseminate it to consumers so that the responsibilities of business actors and consumers are formed in protecting the environment. The formation of this awareness as added value to consumers. It is possible to carry out further activities for other business groups that use a lot of clean water, for example car washing or motorbike washing. In addition, educational activities can be carried out for children through schools. With the formation of awareness of environmental sustainability among entrepreneurs as a form of contribution in carrying out sustainable development ABSTRAK: Seiring dengan perkembangan sektor kewirausahaan diantaranya usaha laundry serta terjadi perubahan lingkungan menuntut adanya kesadaran terhadap kelestarian lingkungan di kalangan pelaku usaha. Pengetahuan tentang aspek ini masih relatif baru sehingga pemahaman pelaku usaha masih terbatas. Atas pertimbangan tersebut dirintis kegiatan sosialisasi tentang kesadaran tata kelola air dengan mitra usaha Laundry Boy di Kelurahan Beji Timur Depok. Usaha ini masih baru sehingga masih banyak keterbatasan diantaranya berkaitan dengan informasi tersebut. Usaha laundry banyak berhubungan dengan penggunaan air bersih serta pembuangan air bekas cucian secara langsung ke selokan atau sungai sehingga perlu didukung oleh kesadaran menjaga air bersih. Terdapat lima indikator digunakan untuk sosialisasi meliputi: kepercayaan pada pasokan air, pengetahuan kualitas air, kualitas air yang didapatkan, pengetahuan terhadap pencemaran air, dan kesadaran pada keberlanjutan air. Pendekatan dilakukan dengan cara sosialisasi, dilakukan evaluasi serta mengingatkan dampaknya pada keberlangsungan usaha. Kegiatan ini sebagai rintisan kampanye perilaku hemat air bersih pada usaha mikro dan kecil. Melalui sosialisasi ini diharapkan pelaku usaha dapat memahami serta menyebarluaskan kepada konsumen sehingga terbentuk tanggung jawab pelaku usaha dan konsumen dalam mempertahankan lingkungan hidup. Terbentuknya kesadaran ini sebagai nilai tambah kepada konsumen. Kegiatan selanjutnya memungkinkan dilakukan kepada kelompok usaha lain yang banyak menggunakan air bersih misalnya jasa cuci mobil atau cuci motor. Selain itu dapat dilakukan kegiatan edukasi kepada anak-anak melalui sekolah. Dengan terbentuknya kesadaran terhadap kelestarian lingkungan di kalangan wirausaha sebagai bentuk kontribusi dalam menjalankan pembangunan berkelanjutan
