Abstract

Kelurahan Baru Tengah merupakan salah satu kelurahan di kecamatan BalikpapanBarat yang memiliki luas wilayah sebesar 0,57 km2 dengan persentase total luas kecamatanBalikpapan Barat sebesar 0,32%. Selain itu, Kelurahan Baru Tengah juga memiliki luaspemukiman sebesar 43,26 Hektar. Selain itu, minimnya tingkat pendidikan yang diperolehmasyarakat RT.52 Kegiatan budidaya ikan lele dengan menggunakan teknik Budikdambermemiliki banyak keuntungan yaitu dapat dilakukan di lahan yang sempit, tidak membutuhkanmodal yang banyak, dan dapat menghasilkan penghasilan tambahan setelah panen dilakukan.Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan ini terdiri dari 3 tahap yaitu tahap persiapan awal, tahappelaksanaan, dan tahap evaluasi. Tahap persiapan awal meliputi studi literatur, surveilapangan, sosialisasi program kerja kepada masyarakat RT.52 Kelurahan Baru Tengah, sertapersiapan dan pembuatan alat. Tahap pelaksanaan meliputi kegiatan edukasi dan pelatihanmengenai budidaya ikan lele menggunakan teknik Budikdamber secara langsung,pemasangan spanduk, pembagian ember, bibit lele, dan kangkung, serta kegiatan monitoringdan diskusi secara langsung mengenai perkembangan ikan lele dan kangkung. Tahap evaluasimeliputi evaluasi panjang dan berat ikan lele dan analisis hasil evaluasi panjang dan berat ikanlele selama dibudidaya. Pengabdian ini menghasilkan perkembangan lele yang signifikan

Abstract

Empowerment programs must be implemented in the context of alleviating poverty in coastal communities. A program to empower poor families for coastal communities that can be carried out is by using shell waste to create creative art products because shell waste is a waste that has economic value when made into crafts. This research is a case study research with descriptive research type. This research interviewed several sources such as the local community, craftsmen and distributors or traders of shell crafts. Shellfish shell waste processed and developed by the Tanjung Balai coastal community has sales value so this program is effective in helping improve the community's economy and is effective in reducing environmental pollution. The conclusion from this research is that shellfish have economic value for the coastal communities of Tanjung Balai, making this program effective in helping improve the economy of coastal communities. The suggestion is that there is a role for the government and private sector to develop this product to be better and have a higher selling price.

Abstract

Narcotics are substances or drugs derived from plants, either synthetic or semi-synthetic, which are used to relieve pain and can cause addiction. Narcotics use requires stricter supervision to avoid drug abuse. The aim of this research is to determine the description of the use of narcotics drugs hospital X Pekanbaru city Outpatient Pharmacy Depot for the period August - October 2022. This research is descriptive and data collection was carried out retrospectively. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. The results of research on the use of narcotic drugs conducted in the period August – October 2022 showed that based on gender, there were 107 prescriptions for men (48.2%) and 115 prescriptions for women (51.8%). Narcotics use based on age was highest in patients over 45 years old with 84 prescriptions (37.84%). The most commonly prescribed use based on the name of the preparation was codeine 15mg with 2,003 tablets (47.05%). The highest use based on prescriptions from specialist doctors was lung specialist doctors with 102 prescriptions (45.94%).
