Diabetes mellitus (DM) is a chronic disease which is still a major problem in the world of health in Indonesia, which occurs due to abnormalities in insulin secretion, insulin action or both. A report from the World Health Organization (WHO) states that diabetes mellitus is ranked 6th as the cause of death. About 1.3 million people die from diabetes and 4% die before the age of 70. The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of Aloe Vera Decoction on the Blood Glucose Levels of the Elderly in Type II DM Patients in the Work Area of the UPT Puskesmas Harapan Raya Pekanbaru in 2020. This type of research is quantitative with a Quasi Experimental design that is one group posttest. The population in this study were 83 people with diabetes mellitus in the Harapan Raya Pekanbaru Health Center. sample by simple random sampling until the number of samples to be given intervention is 30 people. Data analysis using nonparametic test with Wilcoxon test obtained a value of Pvalue 0.000 <0.05, meaning that the hypothesis (Ha) is accepted, it is concluded that there are differences in blood glucose levels before and after being given Aloe Vera.

In Indonesia, around 44.2% of babies have problems sleeping, but 72% of parents do not consider it a problem. And if it is considered a problem, they consider it a minor problem, while the baby's growth disorders can be caused by sleep problems, but it also affects immune function and disrupts the endocrine system. This study aims to see the relationship between baby massage and infant sleep quality in the PMB Afiyah Pekanbaru Working Area in 2021. Quantitative research, correlation analysis, samples were taken by purposive sampling totaling 23 infants. Checklist sheet as an instrument in research. Data analysis using univariate and bivariate analysis. The results of the Chi-Square Test show p-value = 0.000 and the degree of error = 0.05, which means that there is a relationship between baby massage and baby sleep quality in the PMB Afiyah Pekanbaru Working Area in 2021. Suggestions, it is hoped that this research can be used as an idea or comparison for research The next one is still discussing baby massage.Keywords: Baby Massage, Sleep Quality, Baby

In 2013, 37.1% of pregnant women in Indonesia suffered from anemia, increasing to 48.9% in 2018. Red dragon fruit can be used as an alternative food ingredient to increase Hb and human red blood cell levels. The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of red dragon fruit juice in the working area of PMB Rosita Pekanbaru in 2022 on the increase in Hb levels in pregnant women at the end of pregnancy. This study uses a quasi-experimental design. The population of this study consisted of 50 late-pregnancy mothers with mild and moderate anemia. The sample is 15 people. Data processing was the Wilcoxon test. Based on the results of the Wilcoxon test, Pvalue (0,001) and degree of error = 0.05 (Pvalue <α), then Ha accepted, Ho was rejected, red dragon fruit juice was effective in increasing hemoglobin levels in pregnant women at PMB Rosita Pekanbaru. It is hoped that the research site can provide information about the effectiveness of red dragon fruit juice in increasing Hb levels of pregnant women in Trismerter III.
