Abstract

Tujuan pada pengabdian masyarakat ini memberikan informasi dalam upaya meningkatkan pemahaman masyarakat tentang peran aktivitas fisik bagi tumbuh kembang anak di Boyolali. Metode yang dilakukan pada pengabdian masyarakat ini memberikan penyuluhan tentang peran aktivitas fisik bagi tumbuh kembang anak di Boyolali. Pada tahap pertama dilakukan wawancara untuk mendapatkan data tentang aktivitas fisik pada anak, selanjutnya didapatkan rumusan masalah, kurangnya pemahaman kader, terbatas sarana dan prasaran deteksi tumbuh kembang, kepercayaan sekitar terhadap pelayanan alternatif dan kurang kooperatifnya antara keluarga pasien dengan fasilitas kesehatan sehingga pada kondisi ini diperlukannya strategi untuk meningkatkan pemahaman masyarakat terkait tumbuh kembang dan peran aktifitas fisik bagi tumbuh kembang anak di Boyolali sehingga tercapai pemahaman masyarakat yang menyeluruh dan optimal.Intervensi yang dilakukan pada kegiatan ini adalah dengan menggunakan analisis SWOT didapatkan hasil melakukan penyuluhan guna meningkatkan pemahaman masyarakat terkait tumbuh kembang serta peran aktifitas fisik bagi tumbuh kembang di daerah sekitar klinik Intan Fisioterapi Anak Boyolali.

Abstract

Introduction: Cerebral Palsy (CP) is a neuromotor disorder that affects the development of a movement, muscle tone, and posture caused by abnormalities in the developing part of the brain. Ataxic cerebral palsy is one of the most common types of cerebral palsy. The characteristics are by producing abnormal movement patterns due to disturbances in the cerebellum where the function of the cerebellum is as a center for controlling balance, coordination, and muscle tone. Physiotherapy can improving functional abilities and conditions with a Multidisciplinary approach (MDT), to reduce functional limitation, psychological limitations, and improve quality of life in children. Physiotherapy focuses on function, movement, and optimal use of the child's potential. Objective: to determine the effectiveness of the physiotherapy program in cases of cerebral palsy ataxia. Methods: The study design used a single-subject research conducted on 18-month-old patients with cerebral palsy. The interventions used were patterning, exercise therapy, atlantooccipital mobilization, and standing frame exercise which were performed 3 times a week for 4 weeks. Results: Evaluation was carried out 2 times using Gross Motor Functional Measurement (GMFM). After doing physiotherapy, it was found that there was an increase in motor functional activity as measured by the T1 result of 49.4%; T2 52.7%; and T3 59.7%. Conclusion: From the results, there was an increast in motor functional abilities after being given physiotherapiprograms for 4 weeks.Keywords: Cerebral Plasy Ataxia, GMFM, Patterning, Exercise, Standing Frame, Atlanto Occipitalis Mobilization

Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this study is to analyze the phenomenon of work stress that occurs to employees of the Energy Transaction Division of PT PLN ULP Way Halim during the P2TL joint operation, starting from the causes of stress, the impact of stress, how to manage stress and the relationship between work stress and employee performance during joint P2TL operations. This research uses a descriptive qualitative research method with an intrinsic case study approach. Research data collection was carried out by means of observation, documentation and interviews with 5 main informants and 1 key informant. Based on the results of the study, the stress experienced by employees refers to symptoms of mild stress experienced by employees of the energy transaction division during joint P2TL operations. (1) The triggers for work stress are high workloads, role conflicts and an unsupportive physical environment. (2) The impact of stress is that employees become more sensitive to criticism, headaches, acne and digestive disorders. (3) Employees manage stress by listening to music, thinking positively, building good team communication and minimizing conflicts. (4) work stress at this level makes employee performance increase.
